Dropped by the place over the weekend. I've been here a few time in the past but not since 2012 as I move out of the area. The service was good, but I think something happed when I was there. The drive through line was moving fast but inside there was a line forming. Orders were taken inside but for a while there wasn't many people getting their orders, but like I said the drive through line was moving. Our food came out at a respectful time. Cos of the recent low ratings, took to online preorder instead of getting there and waiting some ridiculous time for what should be fried chicken and ready to box. Not a bad idea since order was ready for pickup after 15 minutes. Everything was correct too, this was a small order of 2, separately 2pcs with a side and palabok. 1st time trying Jollibee's, Have never tried palabok before but it was swimming in garlic sauce. Very heavy on the garlic if you're into that but the noodles were probably a bit more wet than it should've been. The chicken here is more juicy and normal sized than Popeyes. Skin is still VERY CRISPY after about 10-15 mins drive home. Maybe cos of the rise in omicron cases, they currently keep the doors closed. You wait outside until they see and address you. If there's a zero star I will give this to this location. We went here around 1:40 pm on August 11 and they let us wait for more than 20 minutes then when I followed up my order, they let us wait again for another 20 minutes. It was not so busy when we arrived but all in all, we waited for almost 40 minutes or more . We don't order a lot but they forgot to place our order. The service here was very slow. VERY, VERY, VERY OVER THE TOP SLOW SERVICE. The manager here is very rude, he just ignored us and gave us an angry look. Food is okay and what really hurt the rating was the slow service. We got the aloha yumburger, spicy chicken sandwich, palabok fiesta and peach mango pie. The aloha yumburger was good and spicy chicken sandwich was really good. Buns in both were great. We don't have a frame of reference for the palabok fiesta and felt it was okay. The peach mango pie was unique and crispy on the outside with a tasty filling. We came in to order instead of drive thru and that turned out to be a poor choice. We saw multiple parties who ordered after us inside get their food before us. We continued to see cars moving through the drive thru as we waited for our food. We checked in 15 minutes after we placed our order and the response was they were still working on the chicken sandwich. The rest of our order was on the counter for minutes already by that time. We checked in again after the 20 minute mark and were told it'll be another minute. We eventually got our food and didn't even get an apology for the wait. We ordered this for pick up on the way home. Since we ordered one of the set meals, I checked to make sure we had everything and of course they forgot our peach pies! So we had to go back in to ask for it. Definitely a good call to order fries as it's easy to eat while driving back hungry! Their fries were really good (either that or we were just really hungry)!! The chicken was just average but it tasted good with the gravy sauce. The gravy sauce made is so much better! I would not recommend the mash potatoes. The peach pie is basically the apple pie from McDonalds. It was stuffed with sauce and peaches so be careful eating it haha. This was my first time trying Jollibee. This was my first time going to a Jollibee and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. It was completely unlike any other fast food chain I've been to and I enjoyed it a lot. The food comes out very quickly and most of it is cheap. I'll definitely go to another Jollibee if I come across one. I really liked the Palabok Fiesta which is made with rice noodles and some kind of sauce. I couldn't really tell what sauce it was, but it was savory and went well with the ground meat and other mystery ingredients in the noodles. Surprisingly, I liked the palabok better than the spaghetti. I'm not really a fan of sweet spaghetti sauce, but if you are, you will like the spaghetti here. I also liked the halo halo. Usually, desserts at fast food places are super sweet, but the halo halo here has just the right amount of sweetness. When you mix the ice cream, shaved ice, and sweet beans, you get a great combination of richness, sweetness, and earthiness that you can't get with any other dessert. read more

Jolly bee spicy chicken where have you been all my life. so good that I have had it 3 separate times after my initial introduction. Don't judge but that was in a 30 day time span. We recommended to other to try and it became a thing from there. Not to mention the prices are awesome especially if you are feeding a number of people. The sides to me do not shine as well and I can do without the side of gravy but the chicken flavor is on point. I'm a bad Filipino. A very disobedient Filipino. I did not even try a Jollibee until I was well over 27 years of age. Gasp, I know. But in my defense, they weren't really around in my neck of the woods growing up. Now also because of my aversion to fast food in general, I still haven't tried 80% of the menu here, as my gut feeling is telling me it simply ain't all that. But I did find a few things here that are not bad and actually do consider getting again, a few times a year even. Chicken Joy (3*) This is their fried chicken. Yup on the bone. Though I think I've only seen drumsticks and thighs. It doesn't have a thick crust as you can often still see the skin and the chicken. It does have a subtle crunch, but is no where near Popeye's or KFC's "extra crispy" status. Their chicken is also well seasoned and pretty juicy. I don't love it, but I certainly don't hate it. But for fast food I gotta give them props. I usually get the chicken with white rice as the salty chicken balances well with the neutral rice (an Asian principle). I don't trust their gravy and took a taste once, and it didn't do anything for me. So now the cap never even comes off. Recently I tried their Palabok (2*) as a side and it tasted exactly how I imagined it, a fast food version of a classic Filipino noodle dish. The sauce is gloopy and thick, but it is steeped in garlic, which is the saving grace. It is garnished with the tiniest of shrimps, a few slices of egg and some ground pork. I've had too many good versions of this dish, for me to accept this as a green light. I'll just stick to their rice. Peach Mango Pie (4*) I am enamored with these. Not because they are outstanding but more so out of nostalgia. You see back in the day Mickey D's used to fry their apple pies. The crust would get all blistered and crispy while the sugar fruit filling would spill out like delicious lava. They eventually starting baking it as a healthier move. #partypoopers Well since Jollibee can care less about our health, they still immerse their pies in a pool of molten grease. And to that my loyalty lies. The texture is exactly how I remembered it being, only these are stuffed with peach and mango, which is even better than plain old apples. Now it is more of mango-peach flavored goop, with little chunks of fruit, but come on, I'll take this and run. Sometimes if I'm having dinner in the area, I'll swing by here and pick up some pies and bring them home to eat with scoops of vanilla ice cream. Jollibee got me on this one. Oh man, came on here expecting to see some wonderful reviews, but I see pissed off reviews. Sad. I'll do my part to give them 2 thumbs up! Not quite a 5 star place, but in terms of food, execution and delivery I got you with 4 stars! I, for one, love this place. Growing up, well at least spending all my childhood, in Guam. I grew up eating a lot of Filipino food. My first girlfriend was Filipina ;). And her mom made the best homemade food!! Yum! Jollibee is not for everyone, I get it. But for us Asians, we love fried Chicken with Rice. It's funny how the way we ate growing up (like going to KFC and bringing it home to only eat with Rice and Kim Chi), there are now actual restaurants that combine the items we like all together. So special and so great! So here are my thoughts about this particular Jollibee. Positives: 1. They open early. Like 7am or something like that. I start work early so...donuts? Or Fried chicken and rice? That's a no brainer answer. Duh!? 2. Their fried Chicken and rice is super tasty! 3. Their Gravy. Yes, that alone is a positive. It's amazing, over the rice. 4. The Peach/Mango Pie. It's like the McDonald's apple pie, except on Crack Cocaine. If you have never tried Crack Cocaine, trust me it's fantastic addicting and it's in their pies. 5. Mostly all the customers are Filipino, so you should and could trust that. It's epic and tasty and I'm starting to not make sense. 6. The food is prepared relatively quickly. Considering how they always have a ton of customers. Which is definitely another positive. Negatives: 1. They are always busy and always have a line. Which we just discussed this can be a positive sign. People like their damn food! 2. They do seem to run out of food items quite a bit. Again, possibly because they are so damn busy. Or possibly, the inventory manager is on crack Cocaine. 3. Uhm, can't think of anything else that is "negative." If I think of more, I'll do an update. Until then, be well and may you choose wisely. This is the closest Jollibee to us. When we're in the area, we pass by to either pick up a whole tray of their spaghetti. The " Blow out" package, which feeds about 7-10 ppl? We're a family of seven and still leftovers the following day. Costs about $30. My husband also orders the spicy chicken with rice and with extra gravy. We're also a fan of the ube pearl cooler and pandan cooler. Pretty good on a hot day. They're 24 hours. It can be crowded at times- usually during lunch and dinner. They close at 10 pm but the drive thru is open past then. You can go inside and order for take out during these times or can go through drive thru. The service was nice. Super long line, the restaurant was a mess and service was horrible. So disappointed. After I waited forever to be helped the only cashier working on a busy night (super tired and grumpy) tells me that they were out of everything I wanted. The place was a mad house with employees joking around with customers I guess they knew and taking their time filing orders. The drive through was the same and Im surprised they had so many customers and I guess they didn't mind the lack of choices and bad service but I did. I have been here many times since I lived close by before. The service here is not that good however during my most recent visit on Aug 8, 2022 , service was somewhat good. The fried chicken here is always a good choice, tastes good, great size & is quite crispy. On my latest visit, I ordered Palabok which is a noodle dish. This is also quite good and you are given lemon packets which pairs with this dish. I also got the spaghetti which is good as well. For dessert, I got the peach mango pie. This is hot and crunchy and be careful when eating as it can be messy. The Halo- Halo is also good here. Lastly, I got Pineapple Juice which is refreshing and goes well with any dish. If you come here on a Friday or weekends at night, be prepared to wait a long while in the drive thru line. read more

I came here on a Friday afternoon after work to get my favorites. I ordered the 2 piece ChickenJoy, 1 side and 1 drink for $9.96. When I looked on the menu, I should had order the other combo meal which is 2-piece ChickenJoy, 1 side, 1 drink plus a Peach Mango pie. But that's okay because this time I ordered a cheesy yumburger with burger dressing on the side. ChickenJoy always are fresh because these are flying like hotcakes or been popular for all patrons who go to this restaurant. This location's kitchen is small, but they work as a team to make and deliver food with precision. Customer service is a 5 here. Miko was very polite, respectful and calm to customers. I enjoyed eating my food here and ate it with gusto. The chicken was cooked fresh and the gravy was warm. It was probably the best chicken I ate on that day because it was juicy, moist and chicken skin with breading was crispy. I ate this chicken to the bone. I was kind of bummed when they ran out of the Spicy ChickenJoy, but maybe I will eat at other locations next time. This location is closest to where I live and work. I just hope Jollibee will reintroduce their breakfast menu, and probably sell some of their savory hand pies like the tuna pie, ube pie, chicken ala king pie and choco mallow pie. And please bring back the jolly hotdog. Jolly hotdog was probably the first time I fell in love when it was introduced in the 1990s in the Philippines. Hopefully these items will make a come back as LTO. I miss these items. Also, I only eat Jolly spaghetti at this restaurant because at home. My family doesn't cook Filipino-style spaghetti at home. So I get my cravings at Jollibee. I also grew up on Jollibee during my childhood and teenage years. So I still have my favorites like Jolly spaghetti, Jolly hotdog, spicy tuna pie, peach mango pie, mini choco twirl sundae, silog breakfast meals, choco mallow pie, burger steak, aloha burger, regular and spicy chickenjoy and the pineapple quencher. My retired favorites in the Philippines were the choco mallow pie, chicken ala king pie, spicy tuna pie, silog breakfast meals, The Champ burger, and corned beef pandesal sandwich (in the US). Went to get diet Pepsi but just got clear water. Told the clerk and after 15 minutes it was still not replenished. Told the clerk again as there were no other diet for diebetic people. After our experience tonight I can say that this is the worst Jolibee I have ever been to. We waited for our food for over an hour with no explanation or apologies from the management or staff. We ordered 2 chicken joy combo meals at 5:54PM and didn't receive our food until 7PM. We could clearly see that there was chicken ready, but it seemed like they were prioritizing the bucket meals over our smaller meal which made zero sense to me. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location at all unless you're willing to wait. The only positive to come out of this was the food was good (literally the only reason I came here was for the chicken because it's my favorite). Seeing only one vehicle in the drive thru during lunch hour should've been a sign. First off, I thought it was closed indefinitely since the place looked deserted. I reluctantly agreed to go with my boyfriend after he raved about this place. I wasn't sure how I felt about fried chicken and spaghetti, BUT the chicken was damn good and proved me wrong. The spicy fried chicken was hot, crispy, and so delicious. I got it with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and in my opinion, it is the best drive thru potatoes compared to Popeyes and KFC. Very interesting flavors here. The spaghetti sauce taste like ketchup and it comes with slices of hotdogs. Filipino food is usually sweet and savory but I'm surprised the fried chicken and chicken tenders were bland. The chicken sandwich comes with a good garlic aioli but the workers don't spread it on the bun. There was just a dab of aioli in the corner of mine. For the burger, the patty taste like a Salisbury meatball from the frozen aisle of a grocery store. The hotdog had a hotdog texture but there was no flavor. Weird. My main reason for stopping by was try the ube pie. It's not shown on the menu via drive thru but they do offer it here. I preferred the mango peach pie. read more
