I really should like Jollibee because 1) I'm Filipino 2) It's in my hometown. However my latest experience here was not good, not good at all. We ordered through the drive-thru about 9:30 and was told it would be "seven minutes" and asked if we'd be willing to wait, which we were. So we paid and parked in front, as asked to. After about 15 minutes, and noticing cars piling up, we went inside to ask about order. "Sorry, four more minutes..." After another 15 minutes, we had to go back inside again and wait a few more for our order to be ready. Mind you, this is simply for a two-piece combo. Not a bucket or a few buckets...two pieces of chicken. Food is still good but not wait 30 minutes good. An email to their corporate was met with a "Sorry about that, we're working on it". read more

I'm heated! Pulled into drive through. I car ahead. They order and proceed. I pull up to menu where I have done so a couple times a week. I wait, I wait. I honk. Nothing! So I pull to the window saying oh we can't take your order here you have to pull back around. So I did. 2 cars in front of me, place orders & proceed to next window. Again I'm at the intercom, I hear some static and then something in Tagalog. I say hello. Nothing. Several hellos and now 3 cars behind me. Nothing. 9 minutes have gone by. I call the store number. I ask if someone can come take my order. I repeat the whole story only for them to ask me to pull forward. I do. Same person as before. Oh no you have to go around. Really?!?! I can hear the person on the phone somewhere in the back echoing and then hanging up. Oh and the person said I was supposed to push a button. The cars before me didn't push a button nor have I ever had to push a button. In fact, Wednesday I didn't have to push a button so you could hear me as was stated. They still refused to take my order. You just lost a faithful customer that's been coming wee several times a month since Covid. This was the most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever had at a food establishment. Be careful and check your food before feeding it to your kids. My daughter almost ate this cup of mashed potatoes and gravy that has an insect in it. I received poor customer service from Princess. I always come to this jollibee and order my spaghetti and ask for extra cheese when I order. Today, I pulled into the drive through and made my order, only to come to realize I forgot to ask for extra cheese. As I pulled up to the window less than 1 minute after I ordered, I politely asked if I can add it to my order, where the lady named Princess proceeds to tell me no and that it's too late. There were no efforts into helping accommodate me like ringing in a side of cheese, or just going to grab the side of cheese? She said I'd have to come in and get it. It's a tablespoon of cheese. I work in hospitality, I know that making customers is the priority.. unless Jollibee doesn't strive for those measures? I highly doubt that, as the many times I've been to this Jollibee I experienced good customer service, Princess was the first rude employee I've come across here. They usually don't make it a big deal for a side of cheese especially as I'm willing to pay???? I honestly think this employee was being petty as she didn't care to help me. Ate here yesterday got spicy chicken and mash potatoes I had been craving jollibee for a while get there its under construction but it's been a while. I noticed there was something in my mash potatoes gravy I don't know if it was a bug or what now my stomach has been hurting all night. I am a person of color and I'm thinking did they put something in it because I'm black. I thought nothing of it but as I kept eating it was definitely some bug in my gravy. Went to drive thru to think that it was faster since i was kinda hungry and was barely cars in front of me. Ordered worth $23 only at 9:40pm and lady told me to wait in the parking lot for my food (didn't tell me how long) and I waited for almost an hour. If you've never had Filipino spaghetti before (like me), it tastes a bit different than Italian spaghetti. It wasn't my favorite, but my Filipino friends tell me it's legit. What I ordered: + Chicken Joy - this is their fried chicken. SO GOOD. Moist and juicy inside and very crispy outside. They give you gravy, which you should dip your chicken in. Trust me. It's good that way. + Mashed potatoes - good + Spaghetti - Filipino style. Sauce is somewhat sweet. Probably made with banana ketchup. Not bad, but not my favorite. + Peach mango pie - similar to McDonald's apple pie. Pretty good. Would come back for their chicken for sure. read more

I'm only giving 3 stars because of the service. Most of the workers are VERY rude. I come here a lot and I honestly prefer the drive thru because I don't have to wait in the line inside and they have no choice but to acknowledge me lol. The food here is sooo good though, that's the only reason I keep coming back. I love the chicken, flavor is unmatched and the spaghetti is sweet but delicious. The pies and mango drink is also good. I would definitely recommend this place, just be patient with the workers. It can get busy and just know the food won't disappoint. Jollibees in Fairfield. Crunchy and enticing describe the fried chicken with gravy sauce that comes with the chicken. I also enjoy the palabok noddles. It's just the right side dish to serve your cravings. Of course I crave for more toppings but it passes. I can't pass up on the mashed potatoes and gravy. For fast food it works. There's no way I can resist ordering the mango pies. The crunchy pastry combined with the goopy mango delights when heated is irresistible. I wished they offer spicy fried chicken. That's why 4 stars. For fast food chicken this is definitely my go-to. Be prepared for 5-10 minutes waiting period. It's worth it. read more

I'm usually a big fan of Jollibee. Spicy Chicken Joy is life! What I experienced today was everything short of what I'm used to with Jollibee. First of all, we ordered at the drive thru which was a pretty quick process. Unfortunately they were out of spicy fried chicken but we were willing to wait 15 minutes for the spicy chicken. We order a 6 pc spicy chicken bucket and large mashed potatoes. Paid at the window and the cashier told us to park in front to wait for our chicken. Time passed and we noticed a worker come out with a large paper bag hoping it was ours. She walked around the lot and passed our car 3 times before realizing it was our order. Supposedly she was looking for our license plate number which was only half written on the back of the order receipt she had. Eventually we got our chicken hand delivered to the car and she repeats our order to us. We take the bag and drive away. Half way home we check the bag and realized we only had the order of chicken and gravy, no large mashed potatoes. Totally disappointed but wasn't gonna go back in traffic on the 880. Finally got home after a 35 minute drive and was ready to enjoy this Spicy Chicken Joy. Placed 2 pieces of spicy chicken with the signature red flags on my plate with a side of gravy with my homemade brown rice. Remember, no mashed potatoes. After my first bite, I realize it's not even spicy! Needless to say I ate both pieces of chicken but felt cheated out of a proper spicy chicken joy meal. No Spicy Chicken Joy. No Mashed Potatoes. I'm giving 3 stars because my beloved spicy chicken joy is indefinitely out of stock at the moment I visited on 01/05/2024. In true Filipino culture this is typical. That's truly all my family really wanted on this Friday night and after waiting in the drive through there was no backing out and having to simply opt for something else... Honestly the most authentic Jolibee experience you are going to get is in the PI with a menu selection unlike any other. The prices have also gone up but like anything else post pandemic it is what it is. At least they are giving out bags and utensils with every order again. Y'all remember that?! Comparing all fast food dining options, I think Jollibee is one of my favorites. They carry fried chicken, burgers, and fries just like other fast food joints. But they also have their own items obviously geared to Filipino food. Majority of items I really like, some things I'm not crazy about. For example: Fried Chicken: the fried chicken is really good. It's moist on the inside and nice and crunchy on the outside. They are better than almost all fast food fried chicken. Yum burger: the burger is solid. Decent in sized burger. Fresh tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and a generous amount mayo. Tocino: for $5.99 this is a great breakfast. Served with rice and one egg. Peach Mango pie: get it. You'll love it. Adobo rice and spaghetti: many will disagree but I feel like I can live without both of these items. They aren't really that great, just fillers in my opinion and when it comes to spaghetti I'm more of a traditionalist. Overall Jollibee is one of my favorite fast foods. I lived in Singapore for a couple months about 12 years ago and when sick of eating at the Hawker centers I would seek out Jollibee and Mos Burger. Glad they started expanding in the US and gave this location a shot to see how it is now. This location always has long drive-through lines since Covid and also noticed a lot of people eating in their car our outside to get the food hot and fresh. Chicken was fried nicely and love how the bucket was dark meat only. Did notice it did taste a little bland but it was interesting that it tastes basically the same when heat up. I liked the spaghetti and didn't think it was too sweet. There was also plenty of sauce, cheese, and hotdogs in mine w/out having to ask for extra. The peach and mango was like the old macdonalds apple pies but tasted a little more dough-y. Wife loved the adobo rice, it went really well with the chicken. Would not recommend the fries, they aren't as good as other fast food fries and there are way better fries to choose from. Reason for 2 stars is I ordered a chickenjoy combo and noticed after we left that I was charged individually for the bucket and 3 sides making lunch way more expensive. read more

I love Jollibee Chicken! It's always juicy and flavors are consistent. I like this spot because it's open 24 hours! Im always on the lookout for their specials. ( I'm not sure when they have it, but when they do the specials are different every day) I also like their spaghetti. It's Filipino style, so it's on the sweet side. I'm not quite sure if they use the "traditional" red hot dogs, but the texture seems a little soft. I also like getting their tapsilog for breakfast. Garlic rice with eggs and beef... DO NOT eat here if you are expecting somewhat decent customer service. My husband and I came into Jollibee this evening ordering just two meals, and we had to wait over half an hour just to receive our food. When we walked into the store, the cashiers did not acknowledge us for the first ten minutes we were standing in line. Once we were finally called upon to order, the cashier was impatiently rushing us with our order. When we finally were seated down and waiting for our food, we noticed that other customers who had come in after us were receiving our food way before us. My husband constantly went up to the counter to check on our order multiple times since we had received nothing, (not even a drink), and the workers at the counter kept shooing him away and telling him to wait, as we watched every other person in line receive their order.It is ridiculous to have to wait for over 30 minutes at a fast food joint. If we wanted to wait 30 minutes for our food we would have just gone to a nice sit-down restaurant. This was a horrible experience and we will not be coming back to this location. Was worried when I saw the reviews but after scrolling through it looked most were frustrated with getting their orders wrong. Got their early and hit the drive through, ordered the beef tapa which comes with a scoop of garlic rice and a Sunnyside egg cooked hard. Asked that they add a chicken joy leg and a Peach and Mango pie. Drove home and was really surprised, food was super tasty, beef marinated and tasty. Garlic rice tasted homemade, fried chicken crispy outside and moist inside. And the best for last, loved the Peach Mango pie which is like old school McD's & KFC's fried hand pies. First time at Jollibee and I am so excited. Came on a Sunday afternoon and the place was PACKED. Ordered a 6-piece bucket and a family-sized Palabok Fiesta. The fried chicken was super crunchy on the outside of the combination of dark and white meat. Do have to note that there was a lot bones in comparison to the amount of meat on the chicken. This was my first time trying Palabok and it was delicious! The crunch of the fried pork skin paired well will the smooth salty sauce and flavorless noodles. Do have to say that the sauce didn't cling Fried Chickenonto the noodles so at time it felt like we were eating the sauce and noodles separately. Now I know Jollibee is a chain. But never had it and I've always heard of the talk and as my curious self (it also involves food) I felt the urge to slap all this flavour on to my buds. When one goes in, the place is bright and full of red like most chains. Menu is fairly looks simple to read and understand. Only one registered worked but the staff were very prompt in fashion manner. My party ordered plenty and our food was fast. The seating area was an okay amount during the pandemic. Tables were dirty and patrons had to yo that themselves. I was recommended to try the palabok which I was curious and craving noodles. You are also given a choice if you want one or two pieces of chicken. Gravy and adobo rice on the side made the meal and experience enchanting. Oh and how can I forget the pineapple drink. Tastes pretty nice and it has pineapple pulp. Now I don't know if it's real or not but it's not artificial tasting, it's not hella sweet, it's not bitter or acidic. There's a perfect balance and I love it. I did not like the peach mango pie, I mean it was below okay but the sauce is very watery, the bread crust was on point a little too much. Dropped by the place over the weekend. I've been here a few time in the past but not since 2012 as I move out of the area. The service was good, but I think something happed when I was there. The drive through line was moving fast but inside there was a line forming. Orders were taken inside but for a while there wasn't many people getting their orders, but like I said the drive through line was moving. Our food came out at a respectful time. We had the family meal. The chicken was made perfectly, the mash potatoes and fries too. The adobo rice was a tad hard. I think it may have been out for a bit of time.
