This Jolllibee is located in the Seafood City waipahu. On the right side upon entering. I'm really boring and always order the same thing every time. My order usually consists of one or a combination of the following items: spaghetti and chicken, chicken sandwich, hotdog and pineapple juice. Each item is always prepared well and consistently delicious. The Filipino titas working are always friendly and professional. They use a buzzer system to alert you when your food is ready. Very efficient and effective system. Service is waaaaaay better than the original Jollibee in Waipahu, which used to be in the shopping center next to Pacific Market. One thing I noticed was the chicken sandwich I ordered tasted a little different from Jollibee kapolei, but it was still good. I think the mayo was a little different? Idk. Lol. I was so excited to finally try a Jollibee as I have only ever heard great things about the chicken!! I was so excited to find it inside Seafood City after shopping there for the first time and I knew I had to come back. The spicy chicken sandwich hit the spot but honestly it wasn't spicy at all. I have to say these have been my favorite chicken tenders as I actually taste the chicken and it wasn't overly covered in batter. You had me at UBE There's plenty of chicken joints (I know you read those reviews) : KFC, Popeyes, heck I remember going to Church's every now and then when I was little. But how many serve their fried chicken with gravy? Yea, it's a strange culture shock here in America but it's a good idea. The gravy is a good consistency and taste ok. Plus it's used on their burger steaks. But the star is the friend chicken and it's juicy enough that you don't need the gravy. It's battered perfectly so there's no flour aftertaste and it's really crispy minus the greasy feeling. Like the fries from five guys. And wait for it.......they have spaghetti. Yea it's sweet and instead of meatballs there's hotdog pieces but I really enjoy the dish. And this location does the standard chicken tenders and like almost everywhere - a chicken sandwich. Also on the menu are the standard yumburgers (aka hamburgers), palabok (aka Filipino noodles), ube halo halo or pie (aka yummy dessert), and peach mango pie (aka uhhh peach mango pie). I do love the food here but I think it's the crew that's always causing the problem.. I went to order 10pcs fried chicken today - I specified that I want 2pcs spicy and 8pcs original. This is my go-to place when I want to eat chicken and pasta, and I always put my trust on their personnel because they are fellow Filipinos. But today was the worst of all the worst! I took my order(chicken in a bucket) and went home, only to find out that what they gave me was 8pcs spicy and 2pcs original. I specifically told their crew 3x about my order but still they made a mistake. I am really disappointed This is not the first time that this happened in that store..They need to train their crew to focus more on the orders of their customers instead of yapping with each other while being stationed at the front register. Decided to order via Uber Eats instead of waiting in a long line. I had Jollibee chicken once before and I must say it's one of the tastiest moist chickens I've had. With this order I bypassed the chicken and decided to order enough food to last me the whole weekend. My first order was the Cheesy Yum Burger which was surprisingly very good. My first time having Jollibee and it was a great experience! This location is located inside grocery store but they have their own seating/entrance. (Kind of like McDonald's in Walmart's.) I ordered the spicy chickenjoy bucket and spicy chicken sandwiches and both were super flavored and so good! Great portion sizes for the price. I live about ten minutes away and my food was still hot once I got home which was nice! Staff was also very welcoming and made sure guests remained 6ft distance by guiding where to stand. Sanitizer was available by the front counter and they pour the drinks from the fountains for you, I assume for sanitary reasons. Overall great experience and would return! read more

Wow this Jollibee inside of seafood city is busy!!! So they have updated the restaurant so that there in one entry and one exit! You enter inside of Seafood City and there is a door attendant who will let u know when it's your turn to enter. Once inside 1/2 the seating area is closed and the other 1/2 is spilt into two sections. One section for waiting customers and another section for employees on break. When your food is ready they will call your number. I highly recommend calling and placing your order then just picking it up. Even with the door attendant is was packed inside the jollibee!!! It took me 5 min to get in, 10 min to get to the front to order and 15 min for my food to be ready. If u think it's going to be a quick in and out, think again. Jollibee is located inside of Seafood City Market in Waipahu Town Center. Apparently it's the only restaurant since the other one is now closed. Ample free parking, friendly staff (greets you "Jolli afternoon"), and clean. Upon ordering, they'll give you a blinking pager telling you when to pickup your order - nice feature for a fast food establishment. After all the Popeye's chicken sandwich hype, had to try Jollibee's chicken sandwich. Sandwich is cheaper ($4.49 - deluxe is $4.99) but it's also smaller. The flavor is also garlicy so if you're into garlic, you'll like it, I'm not. The adobo rice was like eating "garlic" rice - very hard to enjoy. For my money, I will continue to go to Popeye's despite the price difference. read more

I would crave for anything Jollibee once in a while, and this branch is my go to place. Recently though, we keep on getting disappointed with the quality of the fried chicken. It just does not taste the same. It seems that it was just directly thawed out, rolled in breading and dunk fried it. The meat is tasteless and watery, not juicy and not tasty. Please, please, check the food quality always. It's been a hit or miss at this place. On a positive note, the Aloha burger and deluxe chicken sandwich had never disapppinted us yet. We went ahead and ordered the 2pc chicken joy meal deal (2x) which it states that it comes with a pie both online AND on the menu board in the store. The supervisor or manager whoever she is tried to tell us that we didn't ask for the pie for one of the meals (when it states that it does, see the picture) and that the price difference was because there was no tax to it between the meal with the pie and meal without the pie (no damn idea what the hell she was talking about.) She also had mentioned that the cashier did not select the correct option and proceeded to tell us that we needed to pay for the pie. I had mentioned to her "what's that have to do with me? You're menu AND online states otherwise" my daughter was going to pay for the pie and I told her not too since it supposed to come with the meal already. Had the B bucket with the fried chicken, spaghetti, and the peach mango fried pies. Also ordered a palabok just to try it. The chicken was good. Crispy, flavorful, and juicy. It was a 4 out of 5. The spaghetti was sweet as advertised, and unfortunately it was probably too sweet for people not used to sweet spaghetti so it gets only 3 out of 5. The fried peach mango pies was the star of the show and everyone's favorite. 5 out of 5. They were crispy, gooey and sweet. Palabok was definitely the loser in the bunch.
