But it also caught me off guard -- most restaurants have no idea about gluten and I'm used to having to check everything myself, so there was a mismatch between his obvious knowledge and how rushed I felt trying to keep up and make decisions. I feel like if you go out of your way to try to appear supportive of a community, you don't get to pull out halfway through. It's really expensive to eat here otherwise, it's like $18 for a pizza, and it's usually a little burnt. I think Antonio's does pizza better and certainly does it cheaper.
