When I called him, he promptly answered and thoroughly described the process of how he would remediate the toilet leak that stained my bedroom cream carpet. 3. His quote was very competitive, the same as a guy who supposedly would give me a discount. 4. He promptly set up a next morning appointment for me though I originally called him in the late afternoon the day before. 5. He used technology effectively to confirm his appointment via a text message. 6. He showed up on time. 7. He was thorough in pulling up my carpet and leaving me a fan to dry the subfloor thoroughly. 8.
