OUTSTANDING!! Our "go to" place on Friday night. Two for one beer and wine until 7pm. Food is always great. Their grilled veggies are one of their signature items. I would give negative stars if I could. We made a reservation a day in advance and called to confirm. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes. Asked for the manager and they would not come. A waitress with. snobby attitude told us we had to make a deposit but that was NEVER mentioned. A party of 8 came in waited 15 minutes they were sat. The staff was completely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend having a celebration there. We had to leave because we were not seated. Horrible. read more

Great location and ambience. The fajita nachos were yummy with enough for two. The bam bam tacos left a lot to be desired however the Santa Fe chicken sandwich made up for it. Worst service I've ever had. Walked in the restaurant and the host was rude. I asked for a both and the host said they were for larger parties even though the restaurant was practically dead. Then I asked our waitress and she said the same thing. After taking our order I checked out the restroom and it was the grossest thing I've ever see. Take my word and go somewhere else. My mother and I visited this restaurant on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised on the freshness and quality of our meal. The staff/waitress was attentive and returned to our table often enough to check on us. We would recommend this eatery to our family and friends. read more

2 stars, because the wait staff couldn't have been nicer. That's it, period. I got a Manhattan (they advertised Woodford reserve and it was 2 for 1 shot night) nope, swing and a miss. Nashville has some good micro brews, just don't sell them here. For dinner I ordered a Rueben with a side salad, didn't need fries. It was $2.50 more but what's your health worth? The fries probably had less calories than this miniature salad, that had more shredded cheese than lettuce and was buried in dressing. It was THE smallest salad I have ever seen, McDonald's has more lettuce on a big Mac. Anyway, I don't know how they get 3-1/2 average rating. read more

The staff is so great and they tried as hard as they could to put the game that came there to watch on and after struggling with it for a little bit we finally got it, hands down would recommend! Had lunch at the Cool Springs location yesterday. While the food was very good, the waitress was very rude. I asked for a couple of deletions to an order based on healthy choices, and she got the order wrong. (By the way, they don't write anything down...... ). When I received my food, I saw that they deleted an additional ingredient that I wanted and was clear about. The waitress then rudely told me that " I did not tell her that !! ". After that, she never came back to our table other than to drop the check off. Jonathan's is my favorite restaurant in the Nashville area, so I will just eat at the location in Murfreesboro from now on. read more

Jonathan's Grille is hands down my favorite spot to go after work for a couple of drinks and good food with friends. The restaurant and bar area are both spacious and well equipped with multiple TVs in each area. Its super clean and many times I see families bring children here to eat. My friends and I always sit in the bar area which is usually pretty full but we have almost always been able to find a spot to sit at right away. Staff is friendly and food is AMAZING. I would suggest any of their pizzas, the nachos with chicken or any of their sandwiches (basically, you cant go wrong with anything on their menu!) While I do feel that their beer is a bit over priced, they usually have nightly specials and two-for-one deals during happy hour every day. Overall, Jonathans is a spacious/clean sports bar that has fantastic food and has yet to disappoint me! read more

It's a sports bar, folks, so don't go in there expecting gourmet food. But for me, this place deserves a solid three and a half stars!!! For one, it's close to many of the hotels in Franklin, which is convenient to out-of-towners like us. They have plenty of TVs to follow the games, if that's why you are going. We've been there a handful of times in the last year, and the service has been good each time, from the time we arrived and got seated, until we left. Their menu offers a pretty wide selection for a sports bar. The pizzas on the menu come in different sizes, and are better than what you would get at Dominos or PapaJohns. Not NY Pizza, or Italian pizza in Italy, but ok. - I have had the Fish Tacos (grilled fish, not fried), which were not too shabby. My youngsters have had and finished (!) the BBQ flatbread, different salads, and burgers. Yup, that's the sad "eating out" standard sometimes. That said, I'd choose to take my family to a place like Jonathan's anytime, over a sodium-overkill chain restaurant like Carraba's and the likes. So there! read more

Pleasantly surprised with the food after reading previous reviews wasn't sure what to expect. Nice mixture between bar food and healthy food. The fish and chips were perfect not to greasy and perfect golden crust. If your in the mood for a salad there are several to choose from and portions are quite large. The acoustics are the only issue I have with the place as it is very difficult to talk to people even when the place isn't busy. read more

Came here yesterday with my family of 4. Got seated pretty quickly. Hosted sat us a table in middle of the restaurant with a toddler which can be difficult. We asked to be seated at a booth instead. She says hold on let me check. She comes back and says oh I'm sorry we try to save our booths for parties of 5 or more on Friday's and Saturday's. It was 5:45pm, their was no wait to get into the restaurant as we were seated right away, and at least 6 vacant booths were available. I'd give zero stars if I could. Won't ever return read more

If you want great service with a smile - sit in KELSEY's section! I ordered the guacamole dip and was disappointed after a few bites because it was obviously made yesterday. Kelsey was kind and quick to rectify the situation. My friend ordered a salad and forgot to order the dressing she liked, and again Kelsey was magic on the spot with a new salad and the right dressing. Kelsey gets 5 STARS - the food gets 4 Stars. This place is another one of my favs.. half of the place has a bar area and the other half is separated for a more casual family area.. So if your going out with the guys to have some drinks.. its a fun place.. and if your going out with your family or friends you can sit down and enjoy a nice meal.. I give Jonathan's a 5 star because the only entree I ever eat there is consistently great. The ribeye and baked potato is fantastic. It is such a relief having a chef understand the words medium rare. They have a great selection of appetizers. I think it is the egg rolls that were so delicious, oh and the fried cheese. Very disappointed. Called to get information regarding the BOGO Tuesday night pizza deal. Was told there was an additional $4.00 charge to carry out. Ok, not pleased with that but willing to accept it, still good deal. Until, I get to the restaurant to pick up the order to find out the special was for ONLY 12" pizzas!! Would have been great idea for the person who took the order, the manager, to have told me that considering I had just inquired about the BOGO deal! Spoke to her and she offered no apologies and implied that it was my complete misunderstanding, rather than her misinformation. Sixty dollars later for four pizzas (two of which were 12" cheese), needless to say they will not get anymore of my business! How disappointing!
