The company as a whole is phenomenal--whenever an issue comes up, they are quick to address it, provide clear communication, and even offer additional or in-between services beyond the regular bimonthly schedule. Tony is my Pest Control Technician. I use this service every month. Tony is always on time. He is friendly and accomodating and conscientious. He makes sure every crack and crevice is sprayed. We called Jones Pest Control after uncovering a flea infestation. We were laying concrete blocks along the perimeter of our outdoor shed to keep animals from burrowing underneath. Once we started disturbing the dirt around the shed, the fleas began hatching and multiplying. Before we knew it the entire back yard was infested and we couldn't go outside without fleas immediately getting on our legs and in our socks. Jones Pest Control sent out Jerry Tippit, one of their most experienced pest control technicians. He warned us that it would take more than a few applications to get them all, and it did. But once the problem was under control we settled into the normal bimonthly service. No more fleas, spiders, roaches, ants, silverfish, earwigs- all gone!
