They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I've also tried some seasonal options which I've enjoyed. For proteins, the grilled chicken, spicy chicken, panko crispy chicken, shrimp, tofu, and baby Bella mushrooms are all good!
