The place needs deep cleaning! The walls right next to the tables are filthy. The food is ok but nothing so good to make me go back to it. Only the salad was weird which was supposed to be a Greek salad but only had one piece of tomatoes. The service was good and the waitress sweet

So this is a little neighborhood bar that looks like it gets a lot of business. The outside has a patio area and that's usually full on a nice days. More so than the inside. So if you want to go ahead and sit out side then that would probably be the move. The inside is a typical sports bar kind of situation, has a full bar if you are trying to drink. The service was good, everybody seemed to be nice and friendly and help me as soon as I sat at the bar. I got to carry out order so I sat there and waited while my order was being prepared. The bartender offered me a drink while I waited, and was super friendly. The food was nothing amazing. I ordered some lemon pepper wings, which are actually pretty decent. The fries were really flimsy and didn't have any crisp or crunch to them. The calamari breading was not super amazing, and it started to dissipate as well. The wings were probably the best thing that I had in my order. It was a standard sports bar environment, nothing with any fancy bells and whistles, if you need some quick bar food this would be the place but it was only okay, and nothing to ride home about.

We came here for dinner tonight, arriving a little after 6:30 pm on a Thursday night. Jo's Grille has a free parking lot, but it's just too small for the number of customers that could fill up the restaurant. Blackburn Park has a parking lot very close by, and it looked like some of Jo's Grille's customers parked there. We walked in and were told by one of the three servers rushing by us to sit anywhere we wanted. We chose a table next to the fireplace that's in the middle of the indoor dining area. There are many tables in the indoor dining area, and large groups could be accommodated by pushing tables together. There is an outside patio surrounded by a low fence, and this area had many tables, with shade provided by large umbrellas. One of the servers came by to drop off menus and find out what we wanted to drink. She seemed to be in a hurry, which, I noticed, she actually was the entire time we were there. She really moved fast among the customers' tables and the kitchen. I wish that this equated to great and efficient service, but it didn't actually turn out that way. She wasn't bad, it's just that we couldn't quickly find her when we needed her for something. The way I saw it was that there were three servers handling all the customers, and the place was near capacity with customers while we were there. R ordered a meal with one kabob skewer of grilled shrimp (and bell peppers, onions and mushrooms), seasoned rice and a Greek salad. I ordered a meal with two grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes and a Greek salad. Our meals were served within 15 minutes. I just loved my meal - absolutely seasoned well and delicious, and the pork chops were meaty. The first pork chop I ate was juicy, tender and full of flavor. The potatoes were fluffy and also delicious. The only hitch with my meal was that the second pork chop was slightly undercooked and I sent it back for more cooking. It came back with even more grilled/charred flavor, so this was a win for me! R loved his meal too. We were both surprised that the portions were generous, even for the salads. Neither one of us had any room for dessert, so it was a pass. I'm looking forward to trying more items on the menu, which has a nice variety of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, house specials, wings and kids' meals.

First time trying Jo's Grille. Service wasn't great- we sat for 10 minutes before even having someone come over. Yet other tables who sat after us were served. The waitress wasn't very friendly but refilled our water at least. I would say the service was extremely casual to the point where we had to chase down servers when the order was wrong. Food was pretty good! The southwest burger was good and the side of sweet potato fries hit the spot. Just know it's a $1.95 charge to substitute sides. The Mac n cheese with chicken was just ok. It looked super creamy and cheesy but it wasn't. I added salt and pepper which helped the flavor a lot. There was plenty of seating on the patio tonight (Wednesday) which was nice!

Hidden lil gem in the Sandy Springs area! 3:30pm ish. Not crowded at all. Greeted promptly and seated. Very nice waitresses. For the appetizer we had mild hot wings. Wings came out fresh and crispy as requested. Fries were seasoned really good. I loved the fries. I had the House Kabobs with rice and Caesar salad. You get 3 kabobs, chicken, steak, and shrimp. Veggies. Delicious. The steak was cook perfectly... med well. Chicken was succulent and not dry like chicken kabobs can get. Really good. My friend had the ribeye steak and fries. The ribeye was very tasty as well. Quiet atmosphere. Outside/ Patio and bar area seating. They have TVs inside to watch as well. We were hungry and decided to stop. This place didn't miss.

This place is great! The menu is loaded with options, i have only had the lemon pepper wings , Philly and the Howard's special hot wings along with fried okra and fries on separate occasions. The bar tender Doris always takes care of patrons and customers at the bar and handles all the to go orders and she doesn't miss a beat. She is always on it and remembers customers by name and knows sometime what they ordered last time. I will always visit here for the many things they have on the menu. I want to try the lobster tail next time.

I had the chicken shawarma plate with rice, fries, fresh pita, and tzatziki, and everything was excellent. The chicken was flavorful, the pita tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. The biggest thing that stood out, though, was the service. Patrick at the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He made the whole experience feel genuine, and that's something you don't always find anymore. He did an outstanding job and definitely left a great impression. Great food, great service, and a place I'd happily recommend if you're looking for Mediterranean food in the Chamblee area.

I was leaning toward something Mediterranean-ish but also wanted to try somewhere new, which is how I stumbled across Sabaraba's. First things first: parking was pretty convenient! I lucked out and found street parking, but there's also a garage directly next door, so you have another option if street parking isn't available when you arrive. When I walked in, the staff was immediately friendly and welcoming. There's also a good amount of seating inside. I wouldn't necessarily choose it for a huge party, but for solo dining or groups of around 2-4, you'll be perfectly comfortable. I couldn't decide what I wanted, so the young lady at the front was really helpful with recommendations. I also made sure to tell her that I was fresh out of the gym and HUNGRY , so she steered me toward the laffa. I ordered mine with shawarma and added fries on the side. Now... I don't know exactly what they put on those fries, but they were HITTING. It may have been the seasoning, and yes, I was extremely hungry, but I'm also very critical when it comes to fries --so I'm giving them their credit! I also ordered the mango lemonade slushy. Did I need it? Absolutely not. Did it hit the spot? Absolutely YES. It was such a refreshing little treat, especially in this Georgia heat. Overall, this was a great random find! The staff was welcoming, the recommendation was exactly what my post-gym hunger needed, and there's still plenty on the menu I want to explore. I'll definitely be back!

I have the rewards program, but if you're doing delivery and don't order here often its cheaper to go thru Uber Eats based on fees, at least in my experience. Uber Eats has gotten sooo much better about refunding for little things like that, so it hasn't been an issue. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I like their mushroom mix as well, probably even more than their steak. Their rosemary focaccia is a nice compliment to the bowls as well. I haven't had any bad items here so far. The portions are generous, which is not always the case with every salad place. I look forward to trying more things.

My go-to flavor is typically the ginger lime peanut (which is what I did this time), with the crispy panko chicken and avocado, but I also love the tahini cucumber feta (my husband's go-to). I've tried the sweet soy sriracha, queso verde queso, and polynesian chili mango which have all been pretty good but not my favorite. I do love their queso as a side with flatbread though. I've also tried some seasonal options which I've enjoyed. For proteins, the grilled chicken, spicy chicken, panko crispy chicken, shrimp, tofu, and baby Bella mushrooms are all good! I was not a fan of the new grilled steak sadly. Don't forget their chips! The bbq and regular sweet potato chips are both yummy. Additionally, service is always excellent! Based on the reviews and pictures I saw I decided to give Three Buddies a try. Three Buddies was easy to find as it sits right on the main road. They have their own parking lot so there is ample parking so once I turned, I hopped into a park and we headed inside. Three Buddies has a simple decor as the design aesthetic is straightforward and leaves the focus on the restaurant name itself. The restaurant was very clean and had a diner style setup with ample seating. Once seated, the waitress approached us with a warm smile and cheerful greeting. She provided us with menus, took our drink order, and allowed us some time to review the menus in full. With a variation of halal items on the menu, Three Buddies had me wanting a little bit of everything. However, I decided to go with a classic approach and get the Chicken Sandwich (fried) with Onion Rings (both well done). Once our order was placed, it was back to the enjoyment of the ambiance as we engaged in our conversation. When our food arrived at the table, the visual presentation was extra enticing. After a few visits, I've tried a good variety of the menu: * **Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich:** This is served open-face and uses a mix of Sichuan and Calabrian chili. It is absolutely amazing, but fair warning: it is *hot*. Even if you're used to Sichuan spice, this one may still be tough to deal with, but it's still incredibly flavorful and enjoyable. Just keep in mind that they don't adjust the heat level for this one. * **The Greens:** These are wonderful. They have a rich, savory pork flavor and are easily a must-order for me every single time. * **Shrimp and Grits:** This has a fantastic sauce that strikes the perfect balance--not too heavy, but not watery either. My only minor wish is that they'd add some andouille sausage to it (even if raised the price), but it's still a really well-executed dish. * **Southern Pho:** Really great and super hearty. It's a comforting bowl, though probably best enjoyed during the winter months. * **Drinks:** The cocktails are always creative and well-made, and they keep a really interesting beer list on hand too. ### 2. The Ambience The vibe here is great. The interior feels like a charming, cozy little house you'd find in Savannah. I especially love the bar area, which has these really cool copper chandelier lights that give the space a warm, inviting glow. ### 3. The second I saw it, I didn't care about the price -- I knew I wanted it, so I planned us a date night. When we arrived, there was a birthday party going on, and I asked the maître d' if they were limiting seating because of the event. He didn't quite understand me, so my fiancée just asked for a table for two, and we were seated quickly. The setup was nice, although I'm personally not a fan of pre-set plates and glasses on tables (you never know how long they've been sitting there). Still, our server was fantastic -- attentive, helpful, and made the night smooth. We came for the famous Piraye Kebab Tray. At first, we were looking at the $165 option (Chef Tray + 1 Meze Board + Shepherd Salad + 4 Orders of Piraye Kebab with rice, all baked inside the dough). When we mentioned the price, our server kindly told us about the smaller 2-order option for $85 -- perfect! And let me tell you, Lord above, when I say I would do some things to eat this food again... words cannot describe how incredible it was. It has been three days since, and I'm still thinking about it. I even posted it on my stories, and over 10 people have messaged me asking about it. Chef Tray: Overflowing with juicy, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned rice with chickpeas (I swear it was made with veal stock), and that roasted pepper and cheese-stuffed dough on top -- divine. Meze Board: The hummus was creamy and rich, paired perfectly with fresh pita. Shepherd Salad: Fresh, crisp, and balanced. My only small regret was that our server misunderstood when we asked for the dough crust to-go -- I realized the next day it wasn't packed up. Honestly though, I couldn't even be upset, because the food was just that good. For drinks and dessert: Turkish Coffee - small but strong, beautifully presented with a piece of Turkish delight on the side that was everything I had ever imagined a Turkish sweet to be: chewy, fragrant, and delicately sweet. Künefe - a dream come true! A warm, crunchy pastry with gooey melted cheese inside, topped with sweet syrup and pistachios. It was rich, nutty, and sweet without being overwhelming -- the perfect ending. Turkish Martini - decent, but not nearly as memorable as the food. All together, including tip, it was about $140. For the amount and quality of food, the attentive service, and the one-of-a-kind experience, it was absolutely worth every single cent. Piraye Kitchen isn't just dinner -- it's an experience.
