The price is low for the wonderful work they do. I brought in a jacket and the sleeves were totally floods on me. I looked ridiculous. The place is very clean and the machines are efficient. There is free Wi-Fi. There is a change machine, a supply vending machine (dryer sheets, detergent, etc.), a pop machine, and a snack machine. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty uncomfortable, but there is a TV to watch and the climate control is good, not too hot, not too cold, with lots of ceiling fans. I found the machines to be fast and reasonably priced. My clothes came out very clean. It's currently $2 per load to wash and $0.25 for 10 minutes in the dryer. The owners/management are very friendly. You can tell that they truly care. The place would be perfect, if they would replace the horribly worn out blue plastic chairs in the waiting area.

When I was traveling around the U.S. (and then some) for security conferences and security site reviews, I would drop off 20-30+ lbs of laundry, sometimes really sweaty workout t-shirts, clothes that could almost walk by itself and more than occasions, a few pairs of 5.11 pants that were so caked in mud that I thought they were completely trashed, but fear not... These instances were no challenge for the staff at JetXpress Laundry. Just like the sign says at the door, two minutes to drop off laundry and two minutes to pick it up again. The turnarounds were never an issue, and sometimes when I knew I might have to jet out someplace, and didn't take care of my laundry, they were able to wash and fold it often within the same day. The staff is always friendly and would challenge my Rosetta Stone Spanish skills while I was dropping off laundry and picking it up again. An added plus is that they accept credit and debit cards unlike some of the other drop-off laundry locations around Elgin and Dundee.
