For our appetizer we ordered the Garlic Twits which were drenched in butter and Parmesan cheese plus for the main pie we did NYC style half cheese and half halal pepperoni. Pizza was good and fresh and is worth trying if you are in the downtown Glen Ellyn area.

We're not super familiar with Jersey style pizza, but it is nice being able to get really nice pizza by the slice. We tried the pepperoni, the sausage, the three sauce (with vodka sauce and pesto), and the white pizza (with garlic and ricotta). All were great, and surprisingly my preschooler's favorite was the three sauce (which I think is also mine), while my wife liked the white pizza. The slices are huge with a good crisp undercarriage, and lots of flavorful sauce on top. The service we experienced at both locations were top notch as well. To top it off, when we came here, there was a table with a couple people who looked straight out of Jersey (at least from my limited knowledge), and they were big fans as well. I ordered food Last night and I was quoted 45 min I didn't get it until a hour in a half later, when I called and asked to talk to the manager I heard the manager tell her what I wanted as if he didn't want to talk to me and I found that to be very disrespectful. If this is supposed to be a business why wouldn't you want to be the first person to talk to an unhappy customer. Not only was the pizza late but it was not even all the way cooked. My pizza had a staple in it and I called to speak with a manager, I swear it took 10 min for me to actually talk to a manager and I could hear the girl on the phone telling the manager to talk to me but I guess he didn't want to. Add toppings and you get a good amount, although like with any pizza place, the price gets high quickly with those toppings - especially with that stadium size pizza.

Food 4 + did not skimp on cheese or veggies and - the sauce is a bit more garlicky than my go to…read morespot. Leftovers were less appealing. Poor order experience: Called to place order for largest size pan pizza (16") - I mentioned not having the coupon card at hand (I was at work) and online offers seemed to be applicable to 18". He said to bring coupon with me (not listening). After hanging up, I spotted the free small thin cheese deal that would have applied (but didn't call back). On my arrival, he was willing to fulfill it but naturally we would have to wait 15 minutes. This didn't appeal as we hadn't eaten since 9 am. Mostly, I was annoyed that I spent over $35 and knowing I was on his website he didn't offer it up at the time of the order. Will I return and try a different style pizza? Perhaps, something I can't try elsewhere such as from the Indian Pizza menu offerings, but not without a deal.

I recently received a flyer offering a free pizza from Alfred's. I hadn't noticed the pizza place…read moreso I tried it. Ordered pizza on line and it was ready when I arrived. The person in there was friendly and gave me a menu. The pizza was good and I will probably go there again.
