"Steamed" should mean clean, moist, and simple -- this was none of those things. It tasted old and unappetizing, and I couldn't eat more than a bite. For a dish that's a Thai staple, this was shockingly bad. Pad Thai is not complicated -- when it's done right, it's comforting and balanced. This was bland, greasy, and poorly prepared.
