Hawaiian style poke bowls and delicious looking sushi . I waited online, signed in and tried a piece of a sushi roll with a slice of ginger on the side., it was tasty. I'm not quite sure what was in it, there were some greens with a crunch. Soy sauce would have improved my bite.

Tuna sushi crunch and salmon crispy rice

Really enjoyed the quick service and versatility of this spot in Grandview Marketplace. The quality of food is pretty solid for fast service. The burrito was basically an uncut sushi roll so it was not exactly what I was expecting but it was tasty. We ordered at the counter and took our food to the living room which is basically a dining hall for venders in Grandview. There's also an outside eating area or tables around the interior of Grandview but the living room is more open for large parties. I can't wait to come back to try more.

Griot bowl

This gem of a place is located in the Grandview Public Market. I've only ever gotten the griot bowl and yes it worth making this review for. If you ever have had a taste of Haitian Cuisine, you'll enjoy the griot bowl. So griot is fried pork and it's served in a fried plantain shaped like a bowl with their special sauce and pikliz -which is a spicy slaw, very tasty and it comes with a total of 4 bowls. You must try! So if you're looking for something to eat not too heavy nor too light this is a great option or this can be a great choice for an appetizer to share. I'm looking forward to try their other menu items everything on the menu looks and just sounds amazing. Will definitely be back with a follow up review.

We chose this cafe because of Groupon. Tasty eats, from scratch kitchen, kind staff and outdoor seating

Food was excellent! Very flavorful and unique. Location is in Grandview Marketplace downtown West Palm Beach - It's basically a hippie food court... love it. I got the fried pork bowls (that's not what they're actually called)... they're pork, sauce, and slaw in a fried plantain bowl w/ a side of rice. Really good. It took a while for them to make it, but it was fresh.

Pokerrito

Had the pokerrito. It was really hard to eat; I took one bite and the whole thing exploded. I can't really pick it up by hand either because the sauce is already drizzled. Service was nice. A regular food court spot, so not much scenery at the place. I wouldn't go again myself.

Loaded fries with bacon

What a disappointment! I paid $14 for loaded fries with bacon and they were AWFUL! The cheese tasted powdery and the fries were so greasy they were inedible. I would not recommend this place.

Chicken tenders and mac and cheese

Dry and flavorless. Chicken was burnt, tough and tasted like old oil. I'm surprised they decided it was appropriate to serve this. No utensils in to- go order. Mac and cheese was bland with little cheese. Disappointed.

Poutine fries with chicken was good, coulda used note gravy though but overall food is really worth the drive up to WPB. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back

The octopus is delicious and served beautifully.

I had the most beautiful and delicious octopus served over cauliflower and beet purée at Joi Eatery for the first time the other day. I will definitely order this again. I really like this eatery. The restaurant team is super friendly and the food is made with love. Thanks, guys!

Bacon egg and cheese on croissant with hash brown in middle !! So yummy

Always amazing and attentive service! Food is delicious,…read morebeautiful presentation. The toro roll is my absolute favorite, fresh and simple, it's perfect. The deep fried roll was delicious and not oily but still crispy. The crispy rice is also one of my favorites. The restaurant is small and quaint, low lighting perfect for a date. Definitely skip the teriyaki though. Everything else we had was decent! The biggest issue was unfortunately the service/organization. They were clearly very busy, which I 100% try to be understanding about. That said, we did have a reservation and things still felt extremely disorganized. There was a significant wait before anyone even took our order/got waters. We then ordered our food and drinks at the same time, and then our food came out before the alcoholic beverages. We also never got water refills, and we had to go ask for utensils and sauces we ordered. At one point, our plates were brought to the wrong table and things seemed to spiral a bit from there. The food itself was genuinely pretty good, which is why I'd probably give them another chance. Just good to know going in that service may be very slow depending on the night!

I've visited every Chef Conley venue, including Stoke Barn. As of this writing,we are not…read moreconsidered stalkers, just normal people who love exceptional dining and service. I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Chef Conley has created a friendly and welcoming experience from curb-to-table. It starts with the complimentary valet. Finally. Finally. I learned about our regular valet: MANNY! Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. This is a true success story. Thank you Buccan-Imoto-Grato-Sandwich Shop-Stokes Barn Team!!!!

Not only did we love the food but we also got to learn the history behind Buccan which was fascinating to hear about. I got the steak tartare to start and it was impeccable!! The fried yolk on the top was so different than what you would usually see at most places. I got the swordfish for my entree and it's by far the best swordfish I have ever tried. Their short rib empanada at first bite tasted like every other empanada but once you really dig into it, it was very good! To end the night, we tried their chocolate chip cookies which was made to perfection sprinkled with a little salt on the top! Will definitely be back!

I knew what I was in for and it delivered. Highly recommend to sit at the bar or outside and enjoy some delicious rolls and some Sake. The outdoor patio is beautiful and such a great setting for a brunch date. Service was also solid across the board, attentive and pleasant, nothing over the top but everything flowed well. Food-wise, everything was good, just nothing that really stood out. We tried a mix of dishes and while they were enjoyable, nothing had that "I need to come back for this" factor. I was especially excited for the crab rangoons since I had seen so many great things about them, but they ended up being a bit of a letdown. They were light on the filling and the wrapper texture wasn't my favorite. The rest of the dishes were consistent, just more in that "solid but not memorable" category. We tried the beef tataki, Bulgogi noodles, and a couple sushi rolls. Overall, I'd come back for the ambiance and the patio alone, but I'd probably explore different menu items next time around.
