She took off a lot of my length and because I know my hair will grow back I'm not that mad. However.... This grown ass stylist did not put a LICK of product in my hair. No heat protector, no gel, NO PRODUCT anywhere... if I would've known that she was that lazy, I would have just gone to GREAT CLIPS instead b/c I KNOW they would've done a better job. I tried to call ahead but got a busy signal. When Lupe greeted me she was visibly upset, and as soon as I got in the chair she reprimanded me for being late and not respecting her time. When I tried to apologize again she cut me off and told me to "be better next time." She was so obviously annoyed with me that she poked me in the eye with the round brush, hit my ear with a hot straightener, and accidentally cut off my necklace.... Honestly the cut itself is great. But the experience was so uncomfortable that I'll never be back. If a 5 minute delay is so inconvenient that you're yelling at a customer (that you're charging $120 btw), maybe you should space out your appointments more.
