This cleaners gets my clothes clean. They get stains out. They also clean big bulky items like my floor rug. I have been very happy with everything I've had cleaned there. I did have an issue where I thought a pair of my pants was missing. When I asked if my order could be looked up in the computer I was told they lost all their information in the computer two weeks ago. Yeah ok. I went for my first time and it will be my last. I dropped off 9 items on a Saturday and it said it'll be ready Thursday. Got a ticket and noticed on the way home it didn't note the cost. I thought it was odd but figured it can't be that much; however, all the other cleaners I've been to will have the price. The next day something prompt me to look at their reviews. After ready a couple of reviews regarding the price i got nervous. Since they're closed on Sunday I decided to call Monday. If the price is crazy I'll cancel it. No one picked up on Monday after calling twice so I decided to stop by since its on my way home. It was a different lady behind the counter. I asked her what my price is and she told me its $82. I was astonished. I am not a cheap person but I've never been charged so high for dry cleaning. The lady said I need to ask what the cost is. I told the lady to cancel it and could i get my clothes back, she said its been shipped out. So apparently they don't do it in house. I said could you call and tell them not to proceed. She said its too late its going to be delivered today. No idea why the ticket said Thursday versus Tuesday. Who knows if its a lie. She said when i pick it up Thursday the owner will be here and I could talk to her. I went and told the owner I wasn't aware of the price. She said how come I didn't ask? I said you are the merchant you should tell your customers how much it'll cost versus you working on our clothes and we have to pay to get our clothes back. I am more astonished that we the customer have to ask how much. And my clothes wasn't ready so did it really get delivered that Monday? What business doesn't tell you the price in advance so we can decide to move forward or not. I won't be going back there. I won't give business to a place that makes you feel like its your fault you didn't know how much it is. read more

They quoted me one price over the phone then charged me a significantly higher price. When I asked why it was so much higher then what they quoted me she simply kept asking for the higher payment. If it's a job they can't do, they will be honest with you and let you decide if you want to take the risk. It's a store that makes you feel like you're family. I walk in, give them my number, tell them when I need it by, and I'm off. Easy and convenient. The best part is that they do "ALL" kinds of alternations. They charge minimum amount for any quick fixes. I dropped off 2 dresses and needed them to be 2 sizes smaller. They had it done in less than 2 days and only charged me $30.00 for both dress. Other places that I've been to charges $10.00 for a simple stitch, and for the same two dresses I would've been charged more than $50.00. Easy, convenient, timely, and cheap! now that I'm back in town, I'm back to getting all my dry cleaning needs done here once again. Before moving out of the country I use to come here all the time. I believe it's a husband and wife team and they are both very nice. The wife is always welcoming and cheerful. I've had some pants/dresses hemmed and very reasonable at $10. Dry cleaning of maxi dresses are alittle tight at $10 but since I don't have much and i know they do a good job, I don't mind paying it. I take all my sweaters there and they come out nice and clean and never shrunken. My mom now is a fan and goes there. read more

This is a good dry cleaner that also does alterations. While they do a very good job with cleaning and performing alterations, it is very expensive for a dry cleaner. Since there are so many options for dry cleaning services around here, I would recommend you check out other places in the area. I read some negative reviews and had my reservation bringing my clothes, but since i go to the restaurant in the same shopping plaza a lot, I decided to give it a try. It seems that the place is a family operated cleaner and the lady at the counter was very friendly and nice. I tried with my old white silk blouse first and was very satisfied with the result. I started bringing more clothes since and have never had any issue. I like the fact that they are small neighborhood place and seem to give a genuine care to their customers. For this establishment I would have to agree with great customer service and excellent dry cleaning. I drop off three pieces of clothing 2 for dry clean and 1 jump suit that need alteration for a small rip. For the one jump suit I was charge for alteration only $5.00. And for the two other pieces where about $6. The two dry clean pieces where fine. My jump suit alteration I didn't really like the stitching. I think they could of done better. I would check my clothing at the register next time before leaving. read more

Dropped off nine shirts as a trial run (quite the trial) after reading previous reviews. In by noon and ready by 5pm the next day. Very reasonable prices on dry cleaning and the shirts look great! They even managed to get the massive amounts of cat hair off of everything for me. Easy parking makes for a quick stop, and the service was very friendly. The first couple of times I went here I was very happy. My pants were well cleaned and pressed and so were my dress shirts. My wife start taking her skirts and blouses and we said to each other " finally a good cleaners!" WRONG! We dropped off 12 items for cleaning and pressing. When we got the clothes back I discovered 2 large reddish colored stains on 2 of my dress shirts and my wife found a big one on her skirt. We could not get the stains out. I know that accidents happen but these stains were too big not to notice so wrapping them up, not saying anything to me and charging for my damaged clothes is not what a good business does. read more

This was an amazing experience. I called for a quote to press and handmake blanket. The quote was $10, which I felt was very reasonable. This was the first time for me at this cleanings. I asked if they could press the blanket while I waited and they said yes. I sat for five minutes or so and the blanket was ready to go. I'm was delighted. I was given the $10 quote, so I gave the women the $10 and she gave me back $5.00. What a surprise. This is why I gave this business 5 stars. JP Cleaners is the best cleaners I've ever been to. We've been trying out different cleaners around town, and honestly, JP is the place we keep coming back to. All the employees there are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and warm people. The lady there, especially, is so sweet to everyone: she greets you as you walk through the door with a smile. Their quality, as the other reviewer mentioned, is also very good. I trust them with any stain and any alteration--literally, any alteration. JP does pretty much everything for an incredible price. I have taken my dry cleaning here several times and they are always kind, and my clothes are always in great shape when I pick them up. Also, I sometimes drop off my clothes at inconvenient times for them (like later than I should on a Saturday) and they are almost always accommodating and helpful to do a same day dry cleaning. Terrible. Brought in suit and shirt for my father's funeral. Pick up time was Monday, 9:00am as agreed by the person working there (owner?). Got there about 9:50 suit wasn't ready. Looked like it wasn't pressed so they pressed it and gave it to me about 5 minutes later. Shirt was still wet and I couldn't even put it in the plastic covering to help keep it clean. Glad I didn't need it until the next day. The person would only offer an apology and charged me the full price. Couldn't even take responsibility and not charge me. I don't even know if they cleaned the suit at all. I will not be back. read more

I entered the cleaners and said I was new to the area and presented my clothes. I asked a few questions but it appeared they didn't speak much English. I left my clothes anyway. When I collected the clothes and took them home I realized there were metal staples (holding a ticket) on each item. I examined my linen duvet cover / pillow cases, and the staples were in those too. I was furious that my clothes etc would be stapled this way. My husband sometimes has 10 shirts at a time to be cleaned. The inconvenience of having to take out all these staples is one thing, the damage they could do is another . I called to complain and the owner refused to speak to me in English. I have never experienced this anywhere else and am quite frankly disgusted. We will not be going there again. read more
