The receptionist called me the same day and said it was going to be ready at 6pm. When I arrived, not only was the car no where near being finished, but nobody was working on it. My time and Uber money were wasted. I was then told it would be ready the next day, so I went home and had to Uber back... AGAIN! Once i got there, the car had some swirls on the hood. I was told that it was the paint. It was not! I paid them and left. MISTAKE!!! After further review, I found scratches and marks all over the car. I called them to mention the issues and they denied everything and asked me to bring the car back. I've had several heated debates with them and they've even said "We're too busy with insurance jobs!" The long and the short of this is that these people don't know what they're doing and are horribly unprofessional and negligent. My attorneys will be contacting them. STAY AWAY! They're CROOKS!!!!

Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be challenging, but every visit we've had to Leavitt's has been a positive experience. Our most recent visit came after my car had multiple warning lights pop up: check engine, cruise control, and traction control. I initially took the car to another shop, USA Auto, because of their flexible hours. Unfortunately, that visit resulted in a nearly three-figure diagnostic fee and an estimated $3,000+ repair bill. After doing a little research, I discovered this is a common issue with her car; caused by not properly securing the gas cap after refueling. To confirm, I purchased an OBD2 scanner from Amazon, took photos of the codes, reset the lights, and took the readout to Leavitt's Auto Care. At Leavitt's, they confirmed no immediate repairs were needed. While there will eventually be work required on the catalytic converter due to normal wear and tear, the current issue wasn't urgent. Best of all, they didn't charge me anything for the inspection! This honesty and professionalism are exactly why we keep coming back to Leavitt's Auto Care. They've consistently proven to be one of the most trustworthy repair shops in Las Vegas, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto care.

I verify the price of the hardware and checked with two other mechanics in this guy is way way overboard. Taking a $600 job to 1200 and 1500 for a Simple power steering pump replacement. Rest assured, I will be reporting this guy to the bureau of automotive repair as well as the Better Business Bureau if he does not remedy this situation immediately.

A month after purchase the windows all stopped working, but that's the least of my current worries. Fast forward to March 2021, I go in to have them look at my car and give me an estimate on the work needed to be done.. I ended up getting a majority of the repairs needed on my car, which they finished in 1 day and I was able to drive it off the lot. The next morning, my car stopped driving completely whilst in the middle of the road. A DAY after I got it back from this shop, literally about 12 hours later. I called a billion times to let them know what had happened, and once I finally got ahold of them I was told if I wanted to tow it down to their shop I needed to pay for the fee. MY CAR WAS DRIVEABLE WITH NO TRANSMISSION ISSUES BEFORE I TOOK IT HERE!! But once I got it back, after paying almost 1k in repairs, my car can no longer be driven. What a waste right?? LOL it gets better!!! They had no remorse for my vehicle and insisted I pay the tow fee because apparently "it's nothing they did" which is complete crap, if I didn't bring it to THIS shop my car would still be driving right now.. After going and back forth with Sergio, who apparently is the owner, I decided that it may be best to get my lawyer involved. You scammed me out of repairs that don't even matter now that my car won't even go in drive lmfao.. The irony in that is beyond me! BEGGING YOU NOT TO COME HERE, not for a car or a service.
