Mark was a great communicator and knew exactly what repair I needed, no up selling or trying to over state what repair was required. They were able to repair the…read morescratches on the bumper, timing was as promised (2 days) and Laura had good communication throughout the process. The only reason for the rating is due to the finished product of the paint. After the initial repair, there appeared to be "dimples"/fisheye around the whole bumper with a slight overspray on the grill. I brought it back to have them attempt to sand and repolish but no luck and there was a tiny scratch from where they tried removing the overspray. They asked me to bring it back a week later to repaint, but still the same issue and the scratch was still present. Definitely still grateful for the repair but will need to eventually find another shop to respray the whole bumper.

He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough. They completely informed him of what to expect throughout the repair of his car and advises that he highly recommends this group if you should need auto auto body repair. The new owner quoted my Mom's car for around $3000 with upholstery for leather seat, and easy fix paint job for Mercedes ML350. Those were paid with insurance prices. We were going to pay cash only. He stated the amount would still be the same. We had worst damages from before, and the most we paid was around $400-$600 for bodywork. The 2 small paint chips was fix with Mercedes touch up paint. and the scratches were removed with turtle wax. It took about an hr for my friend who is a mechanic to fix it for $50 Labor. 3 stars because I know they do great work. I'd still recommend this shop if you use insurance to pay for your damages. Don builded a great reputation along with his team. The shop was also approved by insurance companies a long time ago. Thanks Don for your great service all these years.
