This review was long overdue. Sadly I've had quite a few incidents over the past few years and I've dealt with them both via insurance and out of pockets. I picked Winners Circle initially since it was close to where I live. They did a perfect job restoring the vehicle on my 1st incident, there was a minor hiccup during pickup but they were able to fix that quickly on the spot. My 2nd and 3rd visits with them were smooth. I believe Carlos was the guy I was dealing with. My 4th and hopefully my last visit there's a new guy so we'll see how they do but based on past experiences this is the go to shop. read more

Stay away from this company!!! We were sent to them by the car insurance company after a collision. They completed half of the job good and the rest "as if a gorilla had worked on it". Cables spliced together with tape rather than buying the $15 "connector" and making the repair right. This caused several electric items in our car did not function (horn, rear break light, gear shift, multiple fuses blown, etc.). Another thing is they just flat out did not replace the plastic protective mud flap/"inner fender liner". The Manager kept telling us that they received our car with those failures. This was a LIE as we proved to the insurance company after our mechanic evaluated those failures. The insurance company told us to get all items fixed and submit the bills directly to them. Winners Circle doesn't take responsibility for their actions, the neglect, the unprofessional behavior and WORK!!!! . Believe me, they are not going to respond to you when they give your vehicle back with more problems than originally you brought to them. We were in a car accident back in November, and took it to Winners Circle for a quote even though it didn't look too bad. We thought we wouldn't have to go through our insurance, but the tech found some internal damage, and advised we would should go through our insurance since it was cheaper to go through them than have us pay out of pocket. When the day arrived to drop our car off, the front office was friendly, and called Enterprise for us to be driven to get our rental. They advised our car would be ready in about 3 days, so we were expecting it then. We were not too worried since we were covered for a 2 week rental. They ended up finding some more damage that was hidden behind the bent frame, so we were glad they caught that! A couple of days then turned into 2 weeks. The rating I chose is for the communication with Winners Circle. Unless my husband called, we wouldn't hear anything. If he would have not called, he would have not found out about the damage they found. Even after that second damage was found, we were promised the car would be ready Friday, which was 2 days after they originally said it'd be ready. When my husband called, they had to call him back to see the status after a several minutes on hold. The mechanic had gotten busy with another car, then would finish our car. They also advised they were waiting for a final part to finish fixing our car. After about 10 calls back and forth, they said our car MIGHT be ready Monday. That was the last day we had coverage through the insurance though, so my husband had to let them know we were not looking to extend a rental that our insurance covered for a certain amount of timeframe. We had to rush to get to Winner's Circle before they closed on Monday, then ran to the rental location to get the car dropped off. Overall, the body work they did was great! They were able to fix our car, and also get our front bumper to look like new. The paint job was also great, but the communication and the feeling of having to hunt information down was unappealing. I understand they got/are/were busy working on multiple cars; but I would have felt more comfortable if they were reaching out with updates, which should not be too much to ask for if they have people's cars. read more

He was the one who took on my case and assured me everything with be fixed quickly with no issues. If I could leave no stars, I would. In previous years, this has been our auto body shop of choice, up until recently...my husband and I are extremely disappointed to say the least. We took our truck in to get some work done on the door, and my husband had to go back three times to get the job fixed. On the third visit, his gun was stolen out of truck. He's had to jump through hoops just to be able to speak to someone, when he finally got a hold of the person in charge, they didn't accept any responsibility and basically washed their hands of the situation. After 2 full weeks including weekend days, my car was done getting body work, and now Carlos told me he was waiting for the guy to Come And do stripes on my car. Long story short, I told Him I will Come get my car and come back when the stripe guy is ready(first he was sick, now he's really busy) I picked my car up Monday may 17th and I still haven't heard back from the guy to Do my stripes. I am speechless! I got in an accident back in July, long story short I got hit by another car on the passenger side. I found Winner Circle through the insurance that was paying for the damage and I could not be any happier! I scheduled an appointment to drop my car off on September 7th. I had my rental car scheduled for 3 weeks because that's how long it was supposed to take to fix my car. After 10 days I got a phone call from Winner Circle saying my car is ready to pick up. Not only my car looks like it never got in an accident but also they fixed it really fast! I selected Winners Circle from a list of auto body shops on my State Farm app. Their Yelp reviews were great and I didn't want a cookie cutter national chain working on my Lexus. This was the worst experience ever. It took 10 months to get my car back from this shop. Definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. Lots of parts were on back order because of covid 19. Thats understandable. This company bought out a local shop called Image Makers. From then on it was downhill. Bad communication from all levels. Management. Damion lying about cars Eta. Said it would be ready so I popped in to check unannounced. Car was in pieces. Not even close to being ready. Parts manager Anthony, lied to me also. Said car almost ready and not even close. Car still in same condition. But the kicker was their new claims writer, Murphy. Not only did he lie on several occasions, but he had the worst customer service ever. He talks to people with no respect. He drove my car to Porsche dealership to fix some things and then refused to go pick it up. Insisted that I go get my car. Then after I found a friend to drive me over to get my car he said car would be ready on the next Monday. He also said he'd call me to let me know. He never called. I called and was given more excuses to why car not ready. He said it will be ready on Tuesday and would call. No call again. I called and got more excuses. Then it was too be ready on Wednesday. Hmmm. This time I waited for call until 4:30. Guess what, no call. So I dropped by. Car was filthy, and not in condition to be turned over to a owner. I then said get my car now. They didn't clean it or walk the car for checking work thIat was done. I drove car home. Washed it and then seen the poor quality of work. Bad paint job. Bubbles and drips on hood, fender had glue residue on it, round sticker left on air intakes in front bumper, the intakes sucks in air that cools engine Fyi., so this would be a major issue, broken gas cap strap and hood release latch not working. Guess what had to take car back to fix issues. Murphy refused to repaint the hood and said it is expected to have flaws. Even when it comes from the manufacturer its not perfect. Exact words. That Definitely didn't fly with me. I told him I will contact my insurance company and then see what happens. Only then did he look at the hood closer and see the paint defects. He then agreed to fix everything. I dropped off car on 9/6/22. I was told it would be ready on Friday 9/9/22. 2 weeks later car still in shop. After several verbal altercations with Murphy over the phone, I finally got my car on 9/22/22. He actually said I want nothing more than to get your car completed so that I don't have to deal with you anymore. Great customer experience. Not. .. I did everything in my power not to drive over there and tell him to say it my face. Wouldn't have been a good seen for sure. I finally got my car and repaint was to my satisfaction and all repairs were done. But here's the kicker, I took a picture of my odometer and gas when I dropped off car. There was 9 miles driven on my car. Not sure as to why. There was no mechanical problems.I can understand maybe a drive to make sure everything is put back tight and no rattling. But 9 miles? Sounds like a joyride in my Porsche 911 Carrera. What's your thoughts? Stay clear of this place. Just wanted honesty and follow through on what they say they will do. Today is 12/29/2021, I stopped by a body shop on galleria because it is on my way to my house and I was told "no I can't help you not today" so I left. If it wasn't for that experience I would never have met two of the most amazing guys. Kustom Auto Body Jorge Serrano manager Dale Dlugos President I pulled up and was greeted by a wonderful courteous lady Julie I think. I kindly asked if someone can take a look at my bumper on my truck Jorge came out to my truck looked at it called a guy on his radio and Dale came over, looked at it looked at me and asked " you want me to fix it now" I said heck ya. I pulled to the front he (Dale owner) came over with his forklift hooked up a chain and bang it was repaired. I offered him cash and he said no. I as a business own myself will take this experience to ALL of my customers because service like this deserves as much publicity as possible and I will do that. What a breath of fresh air!!!! The entire staff is so friendly and honest. They fixed a quick problem without a hassle. Thank you for making the squeak in my minivan disappear. This was fixed in a matter of minutes and the Honda dealership wouldn't even look at it without taking it apart for a minimum of $500 and I would need to leave it there for days. I was rear-ended while working in Las Vegas and needed my vehicle repaired, the other guy was at fault and he had State Farm Insurance which recommended Winner's Circle in Henderson, NV as their top preferred(tm) choice to repair my vehicle. I also had a 25mm crack on my front windshield that my personal insurance claimed they would cover if I had the windshield repaired. I dropped off my vehicle and explained several times to the receptionist and mechanic to go ahead and repair my windshield and I would pay out of pocket and then my insurance would reimburse me. They said it would take about 3 days to repair the rear and windshield, but ended up taking four days which I expected added the windshield repair. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that the wiring was loose on the lighting control unit. I assumed it was loose due to work on the front windshield but never asked. I asked for a receipt for the front windshield repair to submit to my insurance and a week later I was called by my insurance claim agent and explained that she was not able to understand the cryptic wording on the receipt. I gave her the auto body shop number and had her call them. She called me back and explained that they claimed that they had not repaired the front windshield, but rather, replaced it. I called Winners Circle to confirm and they claim they had replaced it. I explained to them many times that when I went in that I explained many times that my insurance wanted the front windshield repaired. Their mechanic claims he called me and that I gave him permission to replace the windshield numerous times which I never did give permission or receive calls from them (in fact they have never called me according to any of my phone records). I did speak with the manager who was a bit more polite than the mechanic but he claims there was nothing he could do. My main complaint with this place is their mechanic, who made a lot of claims that aren't factual in my experience and rather rude at times. When I picked up my vehicle I asked him if my rear bumper brackets have been replaced, as they customarily are when there is an impact as they are the weakest point and absorb the impact the most in theory. He claimed that bumper brackets do not absorb impact in any way and only hold the bumper up. I spoke with the manager and he verified everything I said was in fact correct in theory. Overall I'm out over $300 which is a lot of money for me and I would have rather waited for the windshield to crack and break and have that covered. With exception to the windshield and bad experience with the mechanic I would give this place 4-5 stars. The work on the rear was decent and I was satisfied with it. However, being accused of giving permission to replace the front windshield over a phone conversation that never occurred was unacceptable to me. I have absolutely no tolerance for those accusing others of fictitious acts. read more

I was hit on the rear passenger side of my truck. My insurance sent me to Winners Circle for the repairs. I really didn't know what too expect but they were wonderful from entering the office. I was walked to my truck while they inspected her and went over the repairs and time frame. The lady in the office was very nice and always on top of everything, she called me every time there was an update to let me know when to expect repairs to be done. I was very surprised that they were done with my truck 4-5 days before expected time. She looked great!! You could not tell at all that she has ever been hit!! After my accident, I chose to do a photo estimation on the back of my car where I was hit. After a few days I accepted their offer on the back panel and bumper of the car where the physical damage was. But then I realized I started hearing a sound in my engine. I told progressive I would like to have the engine looked at to see if any damage was due to the accident. I will not fix the back (old car and wasn't bad) but if something in the engine was related to the accident then I wanted it fixed. Anyway, Progressive chose a shop, told me to drop my vehicle off, and they will give a rental. All goes well and I drop the car off. Carlos comes out to do a walk around and he puts an "X" on the back damage and I said I'm solely here for my engine. Do you check engines? He said yes. I go in and give them the keys. The next day, I get a call from Winners Circle Kustom Autobody informing me of the damages they fixed, which was my back bumper and panel. When I told them I was only there for the engine, they asked me why I didn't tell them not to work on the back of my car... First of all, what? Why are you even calling me. This is a Progressive and Winners Circle transaction. I didn't choose them, I didn't give them the information. Everything was setup and handled through the insurance. They were ONLY supposed to see if any engine damage was related to the accident. Instead, they assumed they knew what was going on or what was best for my vehicle. They fully fixed the back bumper and panal. Which was a mistake, I only authorized engine work with Progressive because I planned on accepting a check for any damage done to the back. Progressive calls and says how sorry they are, and that Winners Circle should have never contacted me. Also stating they should have never worked on the car without permission. She said, "We left very detailed instructions for your vehicle and they messed up. So, good news is your car is fixed for free, and we will be giving the check for the damages this week." If you're looking for an honest mechanic company, don't go to Winners Circle Kustom Autobody. They obviously take advantage of people and situations, but it's absolutely horrible that they are doing it during this pandemic. They're open as an essential business, and you should definitely take your business elsewhere. read more

I needed bodywork done on my 6-month old Jeep, and my insurance set up my car to be taken to Winners Circle. I dropped off my car no problem and felt good about the area. The cars aren't crammed into a little fenced in area like a lot of autobody places around- instead they're in a parking lot which is SUPER comforting. Carlos called me two days later with the estimate of how much it would cost and when it would be done (8 days). Not even two days after that, he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up!!! a whole SIX DAYS early. It was perfect when I picked it up and I was super happy with the service I received across the board. You would never even know my car had been damaged in the first place. I was in a significant accident and chose Winner's Circle from a list of options provided by my insurance company based off of the stellar reviews. I dropped my vehicle off and was greeted by polite staff members who completed a walkthrough of the vehicle with me and gave me an estimate of two weeks for completion. One week later I received the call that my truck was ready for pick up and it was good as NEW! All of the damage was gone to both the exterior and interior of the vehicle and you could not even tell that the vehicle had been in a minor fender bender let alone a major collision. Plus it only took half of the estimated time to fix which saved me lots of out of pocket expense for a rental car. After calling back, for my keys I spoke to the owner who said the keys were found. Not to mention they did not call me (the owner of the car) they called another person on my insurance. I'm very disappointed and upset on the job they did on my Mercedes, I dropped it off on Nov 8th and picked it up today Nov 24th and the job looks like a "1 day paint job" for the time they had it I wasn't expecting all the flaws in the paint job. Needless to say I picked it up at 5pm right when they were closing so I didn't catch anything because we didn't do a proper walk around the car before I drove off which I should've, but the pictures speak for themselves. So much orange peel on the paint, a lot of over spray on the body and roof, the front grille doesn't line up, there's clear coat runs in the front bumper, the hood they re painted looked better before being repainted by them so many fish eyes in the paint and orange peel. This car was not wet sanded nor polished before delivering it. They also painted over the rubber trims so unprofessional coming from a body shop of this caliber. Pretty sad not taking the time and pride in this work this is a "Mercedes S550" if you don't want a rushed job skip this place, I hope this review helps someone out there i will be spreading it in every platform possible, I'm very upset!! Because the money they are charging "State Farm" is not worth the job they did, I will be contacting them as well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HIGH END OR ANY VEHICLE HERE!!! read more
