This being my first Lamborghini and not knowing a lot of things about it, he was able to navigate me through the process and was super informative and patient with me when I had questions for my visit. I'm not sure where to begin. The closest dealership to me was Newport Lambo. My friends have all purchased or serviced their vehicles there and my experience with them wasn't so pleasant. They were short, entitled, and had lack of empathy. Perhaps I just got someone on an off day, or maybe I just didn't have a spec'd SVJ that was 700k so I wasn't a big fish. I had been in Vegas, so I decided to give Lambo of Vegas a ring. I got in contact with Ben who I believe is a service manager and a certified Tech, possibly master tech on Lamborghini himself. This guy was the most down to earth, funny, easy going guy you could hope for. Outgoing, concerned and never once tried to rush me off the phone. He sorted everything beautifully, provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle which Rolls Royce didnt even do for the Dawn!?! He walked me through every step of the process, even sent a vid of one of the mechanics going through the Huracan and explaining in depth everything they were inspecting and searching for. When someone takes this type of pride and care in your vehicle it hits a certain way. My visit for my Huracan's 1st service was smooth from start to finish. Ben was really attentive, friendly and professional. He promised the car would be ready by end of day (6p) and I got a call from him at 5p that my car was now having a wash and it would be ready right after. The sales manager, Rod, was also very friendly. He introduced himself and showed me their newest addition, Urus, by letting me sit inside to experience the luxury interior of the car. I was also offered a clean loaner to use for the day. I did not get the gentleman's name but he was the first one greeted me with a smile right when I first stepped off my car. He was also the one getting the loaner ready for me, started the engine in advance & making sure the compartment of the car was cool when I got in. At first, I was skeptical about the service provided by the only Lamborghini dealership (I believe) in Nevada. My worry was totally unnecessary. I left this same review on Audi Henderson yelp page as I am an owner of 2 Audi's and a Lamborghni Huracan. They share the same roof, same service advisor and the same service manger. The "service department" is ran by multiple clowns. I feel like I'm visiting a zoo every time i put my foot inside the door. Bunch of uneducated monkeys working there. Ben and Bryce are the biggest r*tards to ever work at Audi Henderson. Don't trust them to work on your car. They will do whatever it is to VOID your warranty and scam you for money. If they treat you unfair, get a lawyer and get it handle. They also love to FAVORITE their customers. They treat one person different than the other. They're always so quick to blame the customer for everything. To top it all off, they have the biggest technician turnover rate EVER! You simply cannot trust who is working on your car. They've REHIRED "technicians" that has been fired from Lamborghini Las Vegas tech department for unlawfully sharing customer information and posting videos & pictures of clients cars on YouTube without clients consent. And EVEN to the extent of shop foremans crashing Audi R8's and not taking full responsibility for their actions. They get a slap on the wrist and demoted while were supposed to trust them to work on our cars. Last but not least, I've got my car washed after a service and I've received my car completely scratched up. Hood, bumper and the the roof and i got pictures to prove it with time stamps. They simply didn't want to take the responsibility. Seriously, this place is turned into a circus. Like I said, avoid the service department at all costs even if you have to go in for warranty work. Get extended warranty like i did and take your car to RTM performance. You'll get treated with respect and your car will get fixed faster. Oh yea, don't leave your car overnight also. They love to take your car on "joy rides". - Hey Bryce, stop scamming innocent customers so you can hit your monthly quota. you need to retire already. I wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful service experience that I have had with Benjamin Stauffer & his service department at the Lamborghini of Las Vegas factory OEM dealership & service center. Ben has gone out of his way each & every time that I have brought my Lamborghini in to have any maintenance service completed. I live out of the Salt Lake City, Utah area & would prefer to have the vehicle transported to their facility for any maintenance or repair work. They now offer transport service to the surrounding states in order to offer factory OEM service work to those who do not have a factory Lamborghini service center in their area. They also offer a "Vehicle Health Check" video presentation that illustrates a full in depth condition report when the vehicle is brought in. This presentation goes through a thorough multipoint inspection checklist to ensure you catch any issues before they turn into major problems. Ben has really made me feel like he cares about the well being of my experience with the brand regardless of the scenario & has really eased my mind to make sure I am enjoying my vehicle to the fullest extent. He truly is a Lamborghini enthusiast & really takes pride in his profession. I would highly recommend & suggest utilizing their services compared to alternative solutions. I purchased my Gallardo out of state and I don't have a choice for parts or service being, this dealer is the only one in town. I'm beyond frustrated after multiple attempts to schedule service and talk to someone about maintenance for my vehicle. I started with sending an online email inquiring about scheduling an appointment and getting some information maintenance costs. I did this 2x and never received a reply? Huh? Is this good business practice? I then call because emailing doesn't work. Guess what? Called the service department 2x, leaving a message both times because no one ever answers the phone or is available to answer basic questions! No phone call back either? Wow! I was literally thinking screw this dealership! Unfortunately, I took my car on a road trip and damaged a part. So, I called their parts department. I had no choice, only Lambo dealer in town, Lamborghini part!? Talked to Craig on Tuesday. I was told if I ordered the part that day there was a chance I could get it on Friday. I didn't hear from Craig on Friday so I called and he stated the part hasn't even shipped yet from factory in Italy. He then tells me there is no record or information on when it will ship? Very disappointed that no one follows up on ordered parts. I think I know why. They force you to prepay for the part up front and tell you it's non-refundable because it comes direct from Italy? Huh? Wow! Here I am still waiting for my part that should have been here and I know nothing. I was supposed to get an email updating me on the situation. Nothing but crickets? All I can say is if they have this many problems internally, do you trust them enough to purchase a vehicle from them? Rely on them for service or parts? At the customer service level that would meet the expectations of a Lamborghini dealer? I've purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and I can say that I have had better experiences with domestic car manufacturers. This is not what I expected from Lamborghini! I'm going to be searching for a reputable local exotic car shop. Update: I was personally contacted by Ben Stauffer from the service department. He was extremely concerned that I had such a poor experience and he sincerely wanted to make it right. He started with getting my vehicle in by offereing me a complimentary inspection, that I initially wanted to have done. At first, I thought Ben might be insincere, just the typical plea of "I care" to try and resolve with a 3 minute phone call. After numerous conversations and promises, I knew he was genuine. I've now had some service repair completed in their shop and I have ordered a part from their parts department. I have a lot more confidence in how important a customer is to this dealership. I am changing my 1 star, to a 5 star based off what the team has done to make me happy. I feel 100% confident that they would do it for you too. That to me, is worth a 5 star rating alone. Really, as a bull trotting into a Spanish fighting ring, the best you can hope for is to someday have a Lamborghini named in your honor. Because after the mules drag out your skewered carcass, your future is pretty much one of minute steaks and dog food. The bull named Aventador, all 1118 pounds of him, put up a good fight in Zaragoza back on October 15, 1993. Matador Emilio Muñoz may have even broken a sweat because after he killed the animal--ideally done with an espada thrust down between the shoulder blades to sever the aorta--Muñoz was awarded one of the ears as a trophy. And people say hockey is a blood sport. But, alas, nobody has built a carbon-fiber supercar called the Gretzky. Our 34-hour tryst with a $412,015 Lamborghini Aventador began at its factory in Sant'Agata Bolognese, proceeded to a test track near Milan where the critical acceleration and braking numbers proved to be 3.0 seconds and 144 feet, and ended with a series of redline rips through some deep tunnels in the Apennines near the Mediterranean coast. Spoiler alert: This review will be largely positive. That's no fog lamp. The Lambo's exhaust glows red and spits the occasional flame because, of course it does. Murciélago--the bull, not the car--was blessed with a better fate than Aventador, surviving his 24 stab wounds in the ring and retiring with both ears to the Miura family farm, where he was presented 70 cows with which to mate. The steel-tube frame Murci enjoyed a long life, too, aging into a respectably agile handler but suffering too many vestiges of the old days, including a crowded, offset pedal box, controls that were distant and not very usable or particularly attractive, and tungsten-hard seats. If you see a weaving Murciélago, the driver is either blotto, seized by lower back spasms, or attempting to operate a radio/navigation unit that was designed by a KGB cipher team. The Aventador is a clean sheet--100 percent new. The overall experience of living with it, however, is about 90 percent the same, yet there's notable progress in that 10 percent. Per the latest fashion in cars and airline tickets, Aventador pricing is a la carte. At the $393,695 base price, you can choose from just two exterior shades, black or yellow, with a black interior. If that is unsuitable, you may want to call in a decorator because you have eight factory body colors from which to choose (ranging from $1650 to $4100 extra), the option of any "out of range" color that you can think of (for $9100), plus four matte-finish colors (price: $14,000). There are four brake-caliper colors (black is standard; our gray ones are $1100), two wheel colors (silver is free; black is $1820), two rear coil-spring colors (black is standard; yellow is $1100), and one standard and five optional interiors (priced from $840 to $3500) from which to pick. At the factory, we begged for the orange car, but that one was "broken," so we settled for the base gothic black, which makes the Aventador look like a stag beetle from the Horsehead Nebula. It's tough to photograph a black Aventador and capture the voids and sinews and traces of its many acute and obtuse angles, but our guy managed. And it's not as tough as driving an Aventador around Parma at lunchtime. As in most Italian cities, the streets of the old city are as thin as 6 o'clock and lined by stone curbs that can do to a Lamborghini wheel what the bus loads of German retirees do to wheels of the local cheese. The Aventador is almost an inch wider than a Chevy Suburban, and its body is nearly seven feet longer than its wheelbase, which--jumbo wheels notwithstanding--leaves some galactic overhang. You can avoid the worst chin-dragging incidents by learning quickly where the button lies for the front suspension jack (in the bank below the nav screen). It raises the nose 1.6 inches. Still, easing out of a blind alley onto a busy street means being preceded into the right-of-way by a couple yards of beak. Running errands in an Aventador is like going for tacos in the Blue Flame. So many people will dismiss this car in all its decadent hugeness as just a badge of wankerism for old rich men in Viagra heat. Which is why it is so much more fun to test one in Italy. There, a passing Lambo evokes the sort of lump in the throat that the Brits get when a Spitfire victory-rolls overhead. This is ours. We made it. It is awesome. Later, in tiny Pontremoli, an ancient town near Italy's west coast, I was positioning the Aventador for a shot near a church when an elderly lady with gunmetal hair leaned into the open window--just leaned right in with her broad, Romanesque face--and said, "Siete molto, molto fortunato!" Well, everyone is lucky to be in Italy on a sunny day, even if your car gets 11 mpg and costs $149 to fill. But perhaps a one-eared bovine spirit was indeed watching over us because in more than 500 miles, we managed not to chew a wheel, or get arrested. read more

Maybe they are good at selling Lambo but they are the absolute worse in servicing it. so Here is my experience. i took a lambo there in MAY 2020 for a clutch snap and i order an extra key, 3 weeks later i order another key but never got an invoice like the other one which ask for advance full payment and programing fee in advance. 4 months later i receive the first key but i no longer need programming so i ask to have the programming cost applied to the second key which i still have not receive any invoice for. In September 2020 they actually told me the key came and it is in BEN"S drawer but he is out of town for personal matter and he can call me when he returns. What these people did not realize is that i spoke to BEN before he left for the personal matter and he said he does not have the key but will ask parts to contact me which of course they never did! I can't make this level of incompetency up!!! I ask for Ben and usually i get no reply unless he is trying to sell me service. simple question like why don't i have invoice and what happen to the program fee got no reply t all. Finally in late September i got ahold of BEN and told him just cancel the second key as they finally admitted they never ordered it at all! He told me the invoice is now so old they can't refund me on my card and will have accounting write me a check. Friday oct 16 2020, i called accounting and today oct 19th, i got a call back from a lady in accounting stating BEN NEVER requested a check and that she looked into it and will send my refund out. DO you want these people to service anything? I will order any parts from Scuderia car parts in Europe as i actually get parts from England much faster with prompt response and will have it service at other mechanic shop.....these guys are beyond believe in their attitude and incompetency. Thanks to Lamborghini of Las Vegas (this is a not accurate when they are based in Henderson!) I sold my 2010 Lamborghini 560-4 Spyder to a Lambo dealer in CA and I will never own another Lambo. Terrible and arrogant sales manager basically laughed at me when I called him about a trade difference on a new Aventador LP-700 saying there was no market for my car and he did not have any Aventadors unless I paid him $80,000 over the already absurd list price of $400,000 range. I own a new Ferrari California I bought from the Wynn Las Vegas dealer and Tony the sales person and Rich the service manager are beyond awesome, opposite of these jerks. Also the Ferrari is far superior compared to the Lambo with better dual clutch transmission, far nicer interior, vastly superior technology in the GPS, monitoring LCDS and far superior sound system plus a hard top conv for about the same price as my prior Lambo. I will never sell or trade my Ferrari California but when I decide to buy another amazing sports car it will be a new Ferrari when they come out with a new model to blow away the Aventador!
