Unprofessional service and costly misdiagnosis. I hired them to fix my home Tesla charging issue. After inspecting the setup, they diagnosed it as a faulty NEMA outlet and repeatedly assured me that replacing it would solve the problem. I approved the repair based on their explicit confirmation. However, right as they declared it fixed and were about to leave, the charging failed. Electricity was working even before they touched the NEMA outlet, and replacing it resulted in the exact same error message as before. Only after this failure did they recheck the setup and claim the issue was actually my Mobile Connector. I clearly told them I would buy a new connector to test it before settling the bill. Since I finished work late on Wednesday, I couldn't buy the new charger until Thursday. I tested it Thursday evening after work, but encountered another issue, so i was going to exchange on Friday. Despite me needing time and communicating them actively, they showed up at my house completely unannounced that same morning demanding payment. They acted as if I was withholding their money, sarcastically asking, "doesn't the electricity work?" Fortunately, the charger threw the error message right while they were standing there. Replacing the Mobile Connector was all that was needed from the start. I got same error message after I changed NEMA and connected the old charger. I wasted money on an unnecessary NEMA replacement due to their poor initial troubleshooting, and showing up uninvited to harass a customer who is actively communicating is completely unacceptable. read more
