I requested a quote here for A Tesla home EV charging station and they offered the lowest rate, we communicated over text to get a little bit of clarification about the breakers and panel, etc which was fairly less complicated than what Tesla would ask. They very quickly isolated the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes. I felt like their approach to solving the issue was very thorough and timely. Good luck trying to schedule a service with them. Email communication is quick, however "Pete" expects customers to accommodate to HIS schedule and asks customers to try back at a later DAY. After attempting to schedule a repair with this company for several days, I finally gave up and decided to go with a different company. PETE has no customer service skills at all UPDATE: I originally contacted this company through Yelp requesting a quote to fix a wobbly ceiling fan and install a smart switch. Josh gave me a phone number to call and schedule an appointment. Every time I called Pete answered the phone and told me he was at a job site or in a meeting. Pete, who I found out is Josh's father did not offer to give me a call back or ask for my number and have Josh call me. Now Josh is claiming My review is fake.
