Most shops see this thing pull up and suddenly everybody disappears to 'lunch,' but not here. Maria and Cesar handled it like absolute veterans. Maria was at the front desk looking so good I almost forgot why I came in there in the first place. Customer service was flawless she had the whole place running smoother than my truck after the service. Meanwhile Cesar looked like the final boss of diesel mechanics. Dude walked up to the truck like he'd wrestled lifted suspensions in hand-to-hand combat before breakfast. I'm pretty sure at one point they needed FAA clearance to work underneath my truck, but somehow they got the oil change and fuel filter done fast, clean, and without launching a socket into orbit. Truck came back running perfect, no leaks, no problems, and no 'check engine light surprise package' two miles later. Honestly Glendale Lube Center feels less like a lube shop and more like a Fast & Furious side quest. Great people, great vibes, and solid work. My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. If your truck is ridiculously tall and slightly irresponsible like mine, these are your people.

One of the panels on the back of my Tesla came undone after driving through a deep puddle and started scraping the ground. I still had to make it from Burbank back to Lake Balboa, so I took a chance. I walked into Dave's, explained the situation, and asked if I could pull in just to get some help popping the panel back into place. Not only did they let me pull right in, they went above and beyond. They didn't just snap it back in -- they took their time, inspected it, replaced some bolts, and even zip-tied it to make sure it was properly secured. Honestly, I wasn't expecting that at all. It was a really pleasant surprise, and I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation. They didn't charge me anything, even though they easily could have. I was fully ready to pay -- even said I'd pay for an oil change -- but they didn't ask for a thing. I told them lunch was on me and tipped the crew a blue face to say thank you. 2 minute Read; On…read more01/23/2026, I called "TIRE PROS" and Harry answered. I told him I needed a low-profile tire. Harry asked me questions (he needed), to help me out. While he was asking his questions and I answered, Harry was busy in his computer (I could hear him typing on the keyboard). Turns out that he was navigating his suppliers to see where he could get my odd-sized low-profile tire. I thought that was very efficient of Harry, don't you?! Well, anyway, he said he could get one as soon as today. He told me the cost of the tire, plus instillation. I was expecting at least $375 for the, but when he gave the total cost ... I was jumping for joy! All of this was happening in the morning. I accepted the price and told Harry that AAA would tow my car over to his shop. I hung up with Harry and called Triple A. Within 1/2 an hour, AAA tow truck came, loaded my car and drove it over to Burbank Tire Pros. The tow truck Driver, Alejandro, called me to let me know my car was delivered. All this was in the A.M. By now, it was about 3 P.M. and Harry called me. My car was ready. I couldn't believe it was ready. I wound up getting to the tire shop about 4 p.m. I met Harry, and all went super-well. Not a 100% proof of damages taking place at the shop but it is more than likely that it did (dealer also confirmed the likelihood). However, this is not the basis of my negative review. 3. The basis of the review are facts: misdiagnosing and charging for tasks that were not complete. The pics provide proof of that, showing the invoice from this shop, the invoice from the dealer, and another independent shop. I encourage others to share their experience. I may be an isolated case but if this is a common practice, share so other potential customers can be aware.
