Living here for 6 months we have had zero issues with the floors even after spills and drops. Nice to know there is a good warranty, but don't anticipate needing it. Mr. Kim responded immediately and we made an appt for the next day. He had Manuel came to see what needed to be done and he said no problem. He even said he was available the next day which was crazy, because we still needed to move our stuff out of the rooms. Mr. Kim came back with such a reasonable price for the job. Before they came we moved what we can, left the big items like beds, sofa, piano, shelving and futon. They said no problem. The day of work Manuel came with another worker, they took off their shoes and right to work. He had estimated 4 hours and sure enough he was done around 4 hours. Our installer was very detail oriented and discovered our wall was not completely flush, which meant that the tile at the top of the wall would be a slightly different width than the one at the bottom. I asked our installer to pick out the tile in the best condition since we had ordered 10-20% extras and were very happy with the results.
