Came here and ordered nachos. To save on additional waste of the sauce containers, I ask them to put the salsa directly on the nachos. Never had an issue until today. I ask them to please add the salsa directly, his response "sorry, I have to give you the containers, plus, the nachos already come with chile verde on it". Gives me two red and two green, less than half filled salsa containers. I asked for one more of each and then is told, "sorry, I would have to charge you for it". I the ask for some carrots and jalapeños. I then get a small container with jalapeños and only 3 slices of carrots. I ask if I can get more and again "sorry, I would have to charge you". The food was decent back in the day especially for the price. I've been coming here since the Uncle Robbie's days. We thought the food here was satisfactory. The crunchy tacos and taquitos were very good- the meat filling wasn't dry and everything was tasty. The menu has many different options, so there is something for everyone. We would love to return for their weekend specials: pozole, menudo, BBQ Ribs! The prices at Juan Great Fiesta, are fairly reasonable and affordable. And yes prices have increased, due to inflation. The increased prices are due to increased food costs. The prices that customers pay for food go towards the paying the restaurant's: utilities, rent, and employee payroll as well as the ingredients for the mexIcan cuisine. Fiesta makes up that cost by giving customers reasonable portion sizes. The portion size of rice I order is the right size for me. The decor/ ambiance is beautiful and very festive with party lights capturing that atmosphere of a fiesta (just waiting for the marachais to come out and sing) every time I go in there. The reason for the three star review, is they messed up my order on several occasions, including yesterday when I went. I always order the same thing, bean burrito beans only, no cheese (dairy intoleraice) with a side of rice. I love their bean and cheese burrito! I add cilantro, onions and green salsa. You get a bag of fresh and warm tortilla chips with your order and of course any salsa you'd like. Service is typically fast and friendly although on my most recent visit they were slow to make my order and skipped me but as soon as an employee realized I was still waiting, she made my order right away. Been seeing this place for a while now, so, I had to try it out. I ordered a wet chile colorado burrito and a la carta taquitos for my mom. Both very delicious. The wet burrito is massive. It will fill you up half way. You will have leftovers. The shredded beef in it tastes great and the salsa is full of flavors. I also like how it comes with guacamole and sour cream. Now to the taquitos. They are not greedy with how much beef they put in them. Aside from them being good, my mom said that's what she liked about them, how they are packed with meat.
