Came here and ordered nachos. To save on additional waste of the sauce containers, I ask them to put the salsa directly on the nachos. Never had an issue until today. I ask them to please add the salsa directly, his response "sorry, I have to give you the containers, plus, the nachos already come with chile verde on it". Gives me two red and two green, less than half filled salsa containers. I asked for one more of each and then is told, "sorry, I would have to charge you for it". I the ask for some carrots and jalapeños. I then get a small container with jalapeños and only 3 slices of carrots. I ask if I can get more and again "sorry, I would have to charge you". The food was decent back in the day especially for the price. I've been coming here since the Uncle Robbie's days. We thought the food here was satisfactory. The crunchy tacos and taquitos were very good- the meat filling wasn't dry and everything was tasty. The menu has many different options, so there is something for everyone. We would love to return for their weekend specials: pozole, menudo, BBQ Ribs! We've been eating here since it was called Uncle Robby's. The Carne Asada tacos are okay for the price if you can make it to happy hour in time it's even greater and such a deal! Been eating there, since it's was Uncle Robby's. Juan Great Fiesta food is typical Mexican fare. The customer service/ or food quality is hit or miss. The prices at Juan Great Fiesta, are fairly reasonable and affordable. And yes prices have increased, due to inflation. The increased prices are due to increased food costs. The prices that customers pay for food go towards the paying the restaurant's: utilities, rent, and employee payroll as well as the ingredients for the mexIcan cuisine. Fiesta makes up that cost by giving customers reasonable portion sizes. The portion size of rice I order is the right size for me. The decor/ ambiance is beautiful and very festive with party lights capturing that atmosphere of a fiesta (just waiting for the marachais to come out and sing) every time I go in there. The reason for the three star review, is they messed up my order on several occasions, including yesterday when I went. I always order the same thing, bean burrito beans only, no cheese (dairy intoleraice) with a side of rice. On several occasions they give me a bean burrito with cheese melted in beans, with my side of rice. when I specifically said no cheese in my burrito. the quality control on handling customer orders could use a slight tune up. read more

Wow so nice to see that this place is still here still jaming ! I am used to go to the location off of Norwalk and Washington blvd but the landlord didn't do them right. Me my husband came back to try there breakfast.We were disappointed with the Machaca breakfast the Machaca did not have any meat, the potatoes were cold ask the cook where's the meat in the Machaca he answered that the way we make it they didn't offer to warm up the potatoes.
