An honest pizza review: overall it was decent. Too much cheese, not enough sauce. Pepperoni looked good but lacked flavor, like the cheese. Crust was good, so was the cook. Price was good, around $11 for a "half pizza" which was 4 slices haphazardly thrown in a box. So they just give you the slice pie rather than fresh. Service and presentation stunk. Came in here for bite to eat and a few drinks after a rousing hour of ice bumper cars downstairs. We were a large group, of 11 people. Our waitress was great, she handled our size by pushing tables together and was even willing to split checks for us as requested. Despite the large order, all of our food came out at the same time give or take a minute or two and it was still hot. Impressive! Popular items ordered among our table included the Bradshaw wrap, the fried Mac and Cheese appetizer, and the smoked wings. I really liked the hockey theme in the place, the walls scream hockey with the decor and the menu items are cleverly named after hockey lingo and players names (ie The Perreault). Personally, my husband and I did a little sharing and split ten of the root beer bbq smoked wings, along with the fried Mac and cheese app and an order of fries (battered fries, the fresh!). The Mac and cheese bites boast about having six cheeses in them on the menu. Maybe I was starving, but I thought I could taste at least four of them, which ain't bad! They were served with this buffalo dipping sauce that was perfect for them. The wings were good, not as good as other smoked wings I've had, but good. The sauce was sweet and smoky, a little more root beer flavor would have been welcome! Overall we had a really good experience here. Prices were reasonable, service was great, and the food was good. Food was good, as always. Experience, not so much. We sat outside and ordered a bunch of food. Wings to start, then we had to ask the server to take the rest of our order. She didn't even take the empty baskets when we ordered or entrees! None of it was brought out together, some of it wasn't even hot at that point. Our drinks sat empty for the majority of the meal, until one of us called over the bartender. I've never had to ask to order my meal before!! I like to stop out here on Fridays after work to see my family for a quick drink. When the outside patio is open I'm usually lucky enough to find a seat at the bar inside. The place gets pretty busy at times. The same girl is usually behind the bar - Pretty sure her name is Claire. She's always friendly and always offering refills right when you finish a drink. My kind of place! Good beer selection both in bottle and draft, a couple of large 60ish inch tvs above the bar, a nice outdoor patio for the rare good weather days, and good food. I have order in the past and LOVED it. Recently I got an order of chicken finders and fries to go. The amount and quality of fries was terrible. It looked like someone had already eaten and the scrapes were left. The chicken fingers were a fraction of the size of previous orders. But it gets worse, I also order the bills chicken sandwich. The actual WORST food I have ever (tried to) eat. Literally everything was soggy and disgusting. The fries came soggy and limp and without anything to dip them in. The crab cakes were nasty, tasted like they were over a week old and microwaved several times over. Fish fry was also soggy and gross and came with no tartar sauce. We did pick up at the exact time we were given, and ate right away after a less than 5 minute drive home, so it's not like the food was sitting out for a while. i politely requested a refund twice and got no response because their customer service is apparently just as bad as the food. Don't waste your money, I honestly hope the place closes before they get someone sick. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but the food was really awful and very expensive for the quality of food we received. Total waste of money, very disappointing. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Good staff. Good food. Prices are good. Good selection of craft beer on tap and in bottles. There is a decent sized menu. They have specials during the week off foods. A happy hour for drinks every day as well. There are plenty of TVs for all the big games. They also offer a catering menu if you would like to have a party at the arena. Calzone is pretty good just wish it had ricotta in it. The grilled cheese is good and so is the new Mac and cheese bites. They recently updated their menu with some new items. I can't comment on anything but the chicken tenders since the whole family was in the mood, we all ordered them! They were delicious and a great size. All the dipping sauces were tasty, as were the fries. It was very enjoyable that I could walk outside of the restaurant and see the ice rinks. As a mother with a toddler, we all know after sitting in a high chair they are ready to walk and play. This gave the rest of the family the opportunity to relax and enjoy drinks while me and my daughter watched the kids train! Edit: I lied. Well almost all order was wrong.. ordered burger med with fries --- got hammered burger and no fries got chips. He did offer to get us fries but we basically were done. I usually have great service when I go here but ..., my boyfriend and I stopped in Sunday night august 8th we got there around 9:40 the bartender working came over texting or doing something on her phone and asked us what we wanted to drink .. we told her she said okay walked away then proceeded to go stand in the hallway on a phone call or FaceTime for about five minuets came back in gave us our drinks and sat at the bar on her phone again .. my boyfriend and I were waiting for her to come back and take our food order we figured out what we wanted by looking online because we were never given menus we came in already knowing pretty much what we wanted . A couple of girls who I'm assuming were her friends came in and she chatted with them while we sat there waiting to order food. She then went outside while talking on her phone again and after about five more minutes Finally came over and asked us if we wanted anything else. We said well yea we wanted to order food (we had been sitting for over 40 minutes at this point ) she goes oh we stopped serving food at 10:00 - okay we'll we sat at around 9:40 and we're never told they stopped serving at ten not only that but we sat there for 40 minutes and she never came back over .. we just wanted a couple wings and she was to busy on her phone and talking to her friends to come take out order and by the time she came back over we could not order because it was too late the entire experience was ridiculous and I've never had that bad of service here before and we have been multiple times.... This is a Friday night family favorite for us. If there's a wait, it's not usually long at all. I'm always pleased with the freshness of the ingredients. I've tried several of their salads, which are large enough I'm never able to finish them in one meal and are topped generously. They have a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, and the WNY staples. The BBQ chicken pizza is a favorite of mine. They have by far the best tasting and crunchiest chicken fingers. Expect a good draft beer selection, served cold from clean lines. Been here a couple times just for drinks. The first time was the night of their employee holiday party. The employees certainly were having a good time and I enjoyed my time as well. I visited again last night...there was a decent sized crowd being it was St. Patty's day. We (myself and a friend) were at the bar waiting a for good five minutes as the owner stood there and joked with a couple people. He didn't even make an attempt to take our order. Once the other bartender stated to help us, then he decided we were good enough to help at which point he was quite douchey to my friend when she asked about their wine.
