I went to buy heels that I only wore for an hour at Church. Couldn't even walk back to my car wearing them. They told me I had 15 days so I went back. Besides the girl selling me used shoes. When I bought them. They were super dirty, and I asked her if she had a new shoe that she can sell me, she said no, but since I needed them to very next day. I bought them. I wore them to Church for about an hour. They were extremely uncomfortable cheap heels that hurt my foot and just standing in them. I went back to the place and I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager would not let me get a word in and just spoke over me the entire time we just told us that that's the policy because I had worn them. I tried to explain to her that they were only worn for about an hour and the shoes were dirty when she first sold them to me. DID NOT LET ME GET A WORD IN THE ENTIRE TIME. I purchased shoes for my daughter's Homecoming Dance on August 24, 2024, the day of the dance. After being in the store for about 20-25 minutes my daughter decided between two pair of Gold Shoes both wrapped around her leg and had butterflies on them. The difference between the two was that on was round toe and the other was square. My daughter decided on the round pair and gave both shoes back to the saleswoman, telling her the pair she wanted. She took the shoes and my daughter and got in line to purchase them. My daughter begun to get dress for the dance and when she went to put one her shoes, she had a mix mated pair, one of each (the round & the square). This was at 7:00pm and the dance was at 8:00pm, so clearly, we could not go back to the store. Very disappointed I called the store to let them know of the issue and told them that I would be bringing the shoes back for a full refund. I was told that they could not give me a refund because the store has a no refund policy. I was livid, not only did my daughter have to find a pair of shoes she had already, to wear to the dance and now I was being told that their error was not going to be corrected. I asked for the manger and was told that she would not be in until Tuesday of the next week. I called on Tuesday and was told that she was only in for an hour, and they did not know when she would be back. I have called every day since and she has not been in the store or available to speak with once. Finally, I was asked to leave my number, and she would call me. Guess what? You guessed it! She never called. I called the store today (09/12/24) and the phone just rings and rings and after so long it picks up and hangs up immediately. I have done that about 20 times today. I know the phone is being answered and the store has caller id. The behavior of this store is ridiculous. I am writing this review, hopefully it will prevent other from going there and receiving the type of service and experience we and so many others have had. I will contact Westfield and let them know of the company that is attached to their name and Shopping Plaza. I also will debut the charge and have my money returned to me. So, no loss for me except for time and the disappointment my daughter had while getting dress for her first High School Dance. First of all I have to say that the product and the prices are good. But the costumer service oh my God the girls they're all together on the corner ,they don't acknowledge you that they are there, you practically have to beg them to find a number or size that you need. I get it not everyone is made for customer service but I have to say those girls need training. I hope I get the manager attention or the owners attention because I have to say the product is really good and so the prices ,the store it's always full...but... the customer service is so bad that people walk away. I also have to say that I was so impressed that I am putting this review right here I never did Bad reviews before. No doubt, this place has a wide variety of selection. Really nice! Their customer service however, HORRIBLE. The one worker (Latino young lady that has short/shoulder length hair with blonde high lights... was wearing ripped up jeans and a lace up nude top) was immediately giving off the vibe of negativity. She kept giving attitude to EVERY customer. Checking her phone repeatedly in the corner and looking up from her phone as customers asked for assistance. I had tried on a pair of heels and was assisted by another worker who was nice and approachable. After I had decided on a pair of heels, as the RUDE A** worker was checking me out, I noticed the bottom of the heels I was buying had scuff marks on them. So I had asked her if there was another pair of 8 1/2 heels and she immediately said "No this is our last pair"... I would understand if there was an indication that meant it was the last pair but she had no hesitation saying it. It was clear she did not want to go to the back, I say this because I younger girl was asking for a size and the RUDE A** worker pushed the heel out of her way and said "Wait". I asked "Is there anyway you can check" and she shut the box with attitude and said underneath her breathe "Next time check it before you try it on-" and slammed the shoes down on the bench behind her. Clearly she wanted me to hear it, and I know FOR A FAVT other customers heard and saw it too. She darted into the back room and began going off, not loud enough to where you can recollect what she was saying but loud enough to hear it outside from the back room. The nice worker repeatedly said "What? What? What happened?" And she repeatedly went off. Then she comes outside and states that the size was the last one. I wanted those heels after looking for the perfect pair so I gave in and said I'll take it then. I paid and the MINUTE I grabbed my shoes, I told her "Next time don't be rude. If you have something to say, say it to my face. You don't need to be rude". She had the AUDACITY to look at me like I'm rude. Like I was in the wrong. First off lady, You don't treat people like that. Understandably you may be having a bad day, but don't think someone won't snap at you for treating them so rudely. Judy's shoes has a reputation of having such rude, mean and LAZY workers. No wonder they have a "We have the right to refuse service" sign, it's so they get away with treating their customers like sh**. Not that this review is going to matter. I feel that management is counting on how inexpensive the shoes are to bring in their customers and not the service. I'm not going to drag this out. NO service, not even bad service NO SERVICE. The two girls were too busy gossiping in the back to even care if anyone was up front. When they finally emerged they didn't even acknowledge that they had two women in their store. Shoes are cheap in price and in quality, so if you wanted something for a costume check it out. The store itself is nice, they have a variety of shoes which attracts many people. I think the prices would be worth it if the quality of the shoe matched its price. I went in a month ago and grabbed two pairs of sandals. I've used them probably twice, maybe three times at the most, and they are so uncomfortable! They made my feet hurt despite not walking a long distance and I can already see some wearing off of the cloth. I read someone else say that these shoes are swapmeet quality, I agree! One would think since the store is inside a mall it would be a little better, but no. The owners are very much aware that their shoes are trash that's why all sales are final. read more

I always find myself walking into this store because at first glance it seems like they have a huge variety and selection of shoes to choose from. But at a closer look, they are always all low quality, the type you would buy at a swap meet. Yet they're selling them for a bit higher than Charlotte Russe or Forever 21 for example. I've probably bought shoes from here maybe once or twice out of the millions times i've visited, always hoping that they might have something better, but most of the time walking out with disappointment. Horrible customer service! Before hiring this girls they should teach them what customer service is about! I went in like 15mins to closing time they ignored me when i walked in then I asked for a size and the girl took for ever back there looking for the size ( i was the only one in the store) to tell me it was not available so I asked for another shoe then she tells me you only have 2 minutes to shop I said ok she went to get "the shoe" and took for ever!!!! Then she comes and tells me you can't buy anything anymore is all ready 9 I said well you took for ever back there maybe you were back there waiting to be 9 and close! I understand they want to close and go home but if a customer is all ready in the store and waiting for the size to buy the shoe they should help that customer even if it means getting out a couple minutes later than normal time. OMG. I like this place and all because of the CHEAP cute shoes they have but damn their service sucks. BAD.. I've worked for Steve Madden for almost 2 years so I know how to work it in selling shoes. This is NOT how you do it. - No greeting - Only two females working on a Friday night (I'm sure hiring people is NOT a problem these days since everyone needs a job) - I was holding 3 pairs of shoes for so long I had to walk up to the cash register and wait in line just for someone to grab my size - The girl called out my shoe size like it was my waiting number. Didn't walk up to me, shouted it. I was already sitting down and waved her down and was like hell nah beezy you comin up to me and handing me my shoes (not to be a bitch, like I said I've worked in the shoe department so I have the right to complain) - She told me they didn't have my size in one of the pairs and ran off so fast I couldn't even ask her if they had a different size, didn't even offer me a different size which you should if they don't have the size you want. UGGGGHHHH!!! I actually liked one of them and was willing to buy it but was so irritated by then I wasn't gonna wait for her to come back out of the back room and wait some more to be rung up. They were so occupied with other people I left the shoes and walked out. You LOST a paying customer right there. It's not rocket science ladies. All you need is DECENT service to make a sale. I felt straight up ignored. And FYI don't be callin out shoe sizes like it's the effin DMV.. look at the customer and REMEMBER what they look like and go up to them and HAND them their shoe. Awful place to buy shoes! They are expensive with poor quality which they obviously know so they don't allow any exchange or refunds. I purchased a pair of shoes for over $30 and walked out with them on as I needed to go to an interview. I didn't even leave the mall yet, and the sides already started to tear. I went back the same day within just an hour and showed her my shoe. She wouldn't take them back because she said the bottom showed obvious signs that it was worn. Of course they were worn! I didn't buy them to put them on display! Anyway, they were worn for less than 30 minutes, and she could have easily wiped off the dust under them and made them like new. This place is not worth buying shoes from. I bought a pair of nice wedge shoes from them spent $30 and wore them for Easter for a few hours and they shoes starting falling apart at the seem where the hill is. Had to take them off and walk barefoot the rest of the day. I tried to go and exchange them and they told me that I couldn't because they where worn. Like I ran a marathon in them or something so it's my fault they sale poor quality shoes. Don't recommend anyone buying shoes from there even if they are cute and cheap. I'd rather go to the $5 store where shoes are cheaper and seem to last longer. What just because they are in the mall the shoe quality is better. That's a joke. I've bought shoes from Kmart for cheaper and have had them for years. Don't spend money on shoes here unless you have it to throw away because once you put them on your feet and walk two steps you've worn them. LOL!! read more
