Very disappointed with lunch today. The table was dirty, and I had to clean it with my napkin and the condensation from my cup. Potato salad, tested old and just tested funky maybe from the onions. They left the serving spoon in my bowl. That's just weird. Friendly staff I was so disappointed in the piece of pie. They cut me a piece of the chocolate pecan pie and it was so small and it's $5.49 and it was burnt so it was very hard to cut with a fork and I couldn't even eat all of it. It was too tough. I shared a photo. The pecans even tasted raw and not roasted. No flavor other than chocolate and burnt syrup taste. This may be my last meal here. :( read more

Ate late breakfast with a friend. He ordered liver & onions ,green beans, mashed potato,corn, fried okra. He was disappointed due to the lack of flavor in his food. We understand that restaurant kitchens prepare food for the general population, however, many restaurants are able to accommodate the vast majority of diners and have flavorful dishes . I ordered the western omelet , hash browns with onions, and strawberry and blueberry crepes. The omelet and hash browns needed salt & pepper ( expected). The crepes(flavorless ). Our server was very good. No complaints with her. For now, removing Judy's from my list of dependable places to eat. read more

Judy's is such a great spot. The experience is always pleasant. It has a warm, relaxed and welcoming environment. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile, until you leave you are sent off with a pleasant thank you and come again. I'm a little delinquent in submitting this review. I met a friend here for breakfast on Saturday, 12/6. I ordered a Vegetable Omelette, and she ordered the Popeye Omelette. The food was good, and the service was even better! Thomas L was great! I do plan to return. Only one concern: The food came out lightning fast, but it wasn't hot. I didn't say anything. I usually love this place, eat there for a couple of times a week. Have been eating here for 20 years. The meal ordered was the same meal I eat there at least monthly. One of my favorite meals from there, liver and onions. These time the liver was way over cooked, tough and burnt, the spinach I had with it was fresh but over seasoned, the onions and au jus were excellent. Now I am worried about going back. The bad food just ruined my evening. Unfortunately I can not recommend eating there. I don't know if I will ever go back. read more

First time dining here. Place was busy but we were seated within about 5 minutes. Menu was plentiful. We got the meat lovers omelette with hashbrowns and an English muffin and the Popeyes omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast. For drinks we had a coffee and iced tea. Very pleased with the portion sizes as well as the taste of the items. Price point was right on as well. Ambience was nice with bright lightning and wall decorations. Very quickly got a seat and then had THREE folks come by to ask us for our drink orders. The last was Thomas, but he was the best of the three. Our food came out very quickly and was delicious. Their menu is open and we were able to order breakfast for our lunch. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy (or wet flour covering dry flour), with an egg over hard and bacon. Very good. I keep finding myself coming back to this cafe for breakfast on Saturday mornings! Seriously, this restaurant knows how to serve good and simple meals. I ordered the French toast breakfast sandwich with hash browns, which was EXCELLENT! My cousin and I came here, and our server, Stephanie, was so polite respectful courteous and just overall amazing!! She kept our coffee cups full and ensured that all our needs were met while we were having our breakfast. Service is very quick too so if you come and you have a 10 to 15 minute wait time it's not a big deal because you get served very quickly. We got our meal in maybe 7 minutes from the time we ordered.
