Stopped by quick in Tampa to order some to go food. Ambiance was fine. Food was 5 stars. Wish I lived in Tampa I would eat here more often. First time ordering and I would order again. Really enjoyed the Mac impossible burger as well as the Buffalo chicken sandwhich / burger . YUM

If you're a fan of supporting small businesses Jug & Bottle is a must stop for all your booze needs + more! I went with a friend to grab a bottle to take home after hitting local bars. Jug & Bottle is conveniently located in Florida Ave and had a lot of options of beer, wine, and more! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable explaining the different wines I was looking at. They had a little bit of everything and it was fun to check out the different labels and wines! I enjoy trying new things and Jug & Bottle provide the options for you to do just that!

Interior and some really cool guy!

Love it, really friendly staff. We purchased 5 bottles of wine all very good. Upon walking in we were greeted and offered help to purchase wine and even explained their rewards program! We also ordered some food. 3 dot dash food is the bomb.com!

Jug & Bottle Dept. on North Florida Avenue in Tampa is a great place to go for drinks and food in an unique and cool atmosphere. I really like the selection of different items that they have available here. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes sure that you have everything that you need.

What a cool place! I've always been surprised that there's not a decent beer store in the Seminole Heights area, and now there is! The two guys in charge of the store were super friendly and outgoing. The place sells craft beer, wine, cider, interesting sodas, coffee, and gourmet accoutrements like flavored cherries and sriracha okra. They also have beer, coffee, and lemonade on tap - how awesome is that? They even have growlers available for purchase so you can take home the beverage of your choice. For now they can only sell the smaller size, but come July 1st, 2015, they'll be able to sell the large size (64 oz) growlers. Parking might be tricky, as there are only 3 spots out back. Hopefully on-street parking in the neighborhood behind them will work out. Stop in, get a growler, leave happy.

Why 5 stars? Because this is just what Seminole Heights needed. --- --- --- I really freaking love my neighborhood, but Jug & Bottle has raised the bar to a whole new level. Previously, I had to drive to South Tampa and visit Total Wine when I needed to buy some some good beer to take home. And I'd head Downtown to Squeeze Juice Works for my Kombucha and Commune Co fix. But now, it's a bike ride away. They have a phenomenal beer selection, and I was told that they have plans to add plenty onto that inventory. Currently, you can score beer from the tap, in 6 packs, or individually. In addition to that, there are some really neat specialty foods. I picked up some salted caramel coconut chips, and these amazing sour cherry drops, that I am currently eating way too much of. There are all kinds of cheeses, pickles, crackers, and other random treats. Basically, Jug & Bottle is my hero.

My wife and I were heading back from St. Pete looking for a place to get some Mother Kombucha. She did one of those Google searches and the name Jug & Bottle Dept. popped up. Without knowing anything about it, we decided to give it a go. Boy oh boy am I glad we did. Jug & Bottle Dept. is the kind of place that allows you the opportunity to pick your poison. While the biggest section of the store is reserved for craft beer (some of which have ratings and reviews below them, something I've never seen before), they also sell craft sodas, locally roasted coffee beans (which they will happily grind for you), hard to find cheeses, condiments, Datz's ice cream and the aforementioned Kombucha. Jug & Bottle Dept. has a number of things on tap. One of those taps is reserved for rotating flavors of Mother Kombucha. During our initial visit we purchased a Jug & Bottle Dept. growler and filled it with Lavender Mojito. The growler, which holds 32 ounces, can be filled for ten dollars. This is a slightly better deal than purchasing a four dollar plus Bottle that only holds 12 ounces. The second time around we filled the growler with Ginger Lemonade. We also picked up a bag of Buddy Brew Espresso. Jug & Bottle Dept. is the kind of place that meets the needs of any locally conscious consumer. It has become a regular stop on our weekend shopping tour despite being out of the way. If you live in the neighborhood, consider yourself lucky. If you don't, make the drive to check it out.

Best corner store in Seminole heights! Has everything you could ever need. Unmatched beer and wine selection, fancy snacks, and cool gadgets! Ultra clean and beautifully set up. Couldn't ask for a better business to come I to my neighborhood.

After dinner at the Rooster and the Till we decided to look for a liquor store and literally stumbled upon Jug and Bottle... I am so glad that we did. First, let me say that my partner and I drink so rarely that we will most likely visit this store once per year. Not so much for our friends that we were with. They are total wino's! YAY We all loved the place. The layout is very nice, and the products are presented well. The store is so very clean and hip. The staff are helpful, VERY helpful and sweet. Plus they carry Radler's and I love em! They have a nice, but small cheese selection and even have fresh flowers so when our Aunty visits, we will surely visit the store...she likes her wine! :-) Seminole Heights continues to amaze me with these treasured finds. As this area continues to grow and more and more restaurants and other merchants like this pop up...this area will blossom even more so than it already has. I can tell just looking at the property values.

I am tickled pink that Jug & Bottle Dept is finally open! I have been patiently anticipating the opening for quite some time as I live 2 blocks from this store and I like my fancy beers and wines. It exceeded my expectations! There is just so much to look at in this store. The drink selection is out of this world. They also offer lots of snacks and fresh flowers. The employees working were friendly as always (you may recognize them from The Independent) and they let us know that they are open to suggestions for items to carry, which is super cool! I imagine that I will be in Jug & Bottle Dept pretty often. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Jug & Bottle Dept Is the coolest craft beer market! Pull your car around back, There's a lot for you to park it. There are rows of coolers And tables and shelves All stocked by Jug & Bottle Craft beer elves. (No, not really) There is also an area Of classy, drunken munchies. I need to eat when I drink Or I might get a lil punchy. They offer growlers Togo Of both coffee and beer If I lived in Seminole Heights I'd spend all my money here!

I was thoroughly impressed when we walked into this place. They have so many selections of local and national craft beers here. There are some rare items here too. In addition to the craft beer which is their predominant product here, they sell wine (and associated accessories), local coffees (and accessories), teas, spices, sauces, drink mixes, etc. made right here in Tampa Bay. Many of the items they sell here I've also purchased at the Seminole Heights Sunday morning market (Which occurs monthly) before. Now I don't have to wait a whole month to get a replenishment of some of my favorite items there since they sell it at the store. For example, products from the Urban Canning Company, The Chill Dill, and so on. I ended up getting a few of these items with excitement. This store also carries a small selection of some local and unique non-edible/drinkable merchandise such as T-shirts, candles, homemade soaps, unique buttons, etc. I was told that they get rotating selection of new stuff all the time. I will definitely be coming back to the store any chance and I can yet. I had a great experience for my first time here.

Best nuts you will ever put in your mouth.

Excellent everything. Great selection of microbrews, cheeses and snacks. Looking for Bud Light or Coors? Not gonna happen in here, tough guy. However, if you're looking for Ace pear cider or Coppertail Unholy Tripel, you're in luck. Some of the prices were a bit lofty, but it's to be expected. This is a one-off indie beer and wine store and they're not going to get the bulk discounts that a Lukens or Total Wine will receive, so just be aware of that. However, if you live in "The Heights," this spot is going to be close and convenient. Think of the extra charge as a convenience fee =) They do have a few rotating items on tap, for folks that wanna get a growler. I like that option because they're great for gifts. Staff was cool. One guy sat at the counter on his lap top and legal note pads and didn't say anything to us at all, but the two workers behind the counter were gleeful and chatty with us. Make sure you browse the snacks. I saw lots of delicious items to make a cheese and meat tray with, and some odd peanuts called "Lord Nut Levington's." Absolutely worth the $5 price tag!

I've been coming here consistently since July 2023, usually 4 to 6 days a week every single week,…read moreso this place has genuinely been a huge part of my routine and community. My Google review from a year ago gave this place five stars because it truly felt like an amazing space built around dogs, community, and responsible ownership. Looking back at that review now honestly makes the decline even more disappointing, because even just a year ago this place felt completely different in the best way. This place is supposed to be a safe and enjoyable environment for dogs and the people who love them. For many members, our dogs are family, and that's why the recent direction of the business has become genuinely heartbreaking and honestly alarming to watch. A growing number of members are becoming deeply uncomfortable with the decision to repeatedly host large rave-style events at a facility specifically designed for dogs. After previous events, there were already serious concerns about the condition of the property afterward, even after professional cleaning crews had supposedly finished. Members and staff still found debris throughout the space and parking lot and many people are now questioning whether any environment used for late-night parties like this can realistically ever be cleaned well enough to guarantee dogs are safe there afterward. Dogs spend their entire time at this facility with their noses on the ground, sniffing turf, licking surfaces, and putting things in their mouths. That is exactly what dogs do. The idea that dangerous substances, residue, pills, or other hazardous materials could potentially be missed during cleanup is terrifying for pet owners. One mistake could have DEVASTATING consequences for someone's dog. The best comparison I can make is this: imagine if a daycare hosted large rave parties at night and then told parents the next morning that everything had been cleaned and was safe again. Most parents would never feel comfortable with that. That is exactly how many dog owners are starting to feel here. What made this weekend especially upsetting was learning that the business was supposed to reopen after the latest event, only for members to then receive notice that the facility would remain closed due to cleanup issues, with uncertainty about reopening even the next day. That only reinforced concerns that these events are creating problems far beyond a normal private party. At the same time, members continue paying premium annual fees while receiving reduced operating hours, less access, ongoing inventory problems at the bar, and repeated closures tied to outside events. Many people joined because this was marketed as a community-centered space focused on dogs, safety and responsible ownership. Lately, it feels like those priorities are no longer coming first. I know several members who are already questioning whether they will renew their memberships because trust in the safety and direction of the business is starting to disappear.

It was so good we had to order the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit too, loaded with two over hard fried eggs, crispy bacon, and American cheese.
