We drove two hours to Benson, to a gravel lot on the edge of a farm. The drive is breathtaking, no problem. And the food? Fantastic. Between the 5 of us, we tried just about everything on the menu and every dish was a huge hit (3 kids!). The portion sizes are more than enough to fill you up and the prices are great, too. This is a taco truck so all seating is outdoors. The picnic tables are clean and have umbrellas for shade on warm days and the mountain views are gorgeous. The shop is surrounded by local touristy shops, plus the information center is across the street. The first visit for me, I enjoyed one chicken and one beef taco served on homemade tortillas. The flavors for both of these proteins is absolutely some of the best I've ever had in any state.
