We Burbankers don't like to brag, but our Menchie's has twice as many topping choices as your Menchie's. Must see to believe! Tons of parking at this easy-in, easy out shopping center at Verdugo and Hollywood Way. An awesome Starbucks here and a ratty CVS -- it's hard to have it all. But things are looking good as you enter this light and bright Menchie's with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. This store is super clean with no drips around the nozzles. The flavors are always changing around here, I'm currently hooked on Vanilla Snow. Tons of teeny cups for unlimited sampling. Back to the toppings: there must be 500 fruits, candies and anything else you can think of. And none of this they-do-it, it's all self-serve as much as you like. There are even eight or nine pump dispensers with hot fudge, marshmallow, and even condensed milk. All presided over by Baseball pro Nate. Get your autographs before this guy turns pro. Wow, we had such a horrible experience at the Burbank location on Thursday, May 7 2026 around 10 PM!!! They just need to shut the place down because almost every dispenser was out of yogurt which I have read in many other complaints about this location. But equally as bad or worse was the Customer Service from the white girl with glasses and the black guy with glasses/tattoos!! my family, and I were appalled at their negative attitudes!! My family used to live in Valley Village for many years and know the president Danna that started the company with the first ever store practically on our street. The experience we would get there versus the one we just got at the Burbank location couldn't have been more opposite. Night and day difference!! And to close it all out, they said they ran out of sample cups with the most screw you we don't care attitude we've ever seen!!! If you're not going to replace these entitled, I hate my job rotten kids or do something to improve the horrible management of this this place, then sorry but Burbank Menchie's needs to close down!! Just because Menchie's is a global company doesn't mean they have to have the awful corporate attitudes to go with it. We'll just take my business to Yogurtland instead I guess. read more

One of my favorite menchie's locations. This one is always clean and well stocked. Menchie's is all self serve but the employee greeted us and was kind throughout our visit. He was also making fresh waffle cones and cutting up fresh strawberries. It smelled divine!! Parking is a bit tricky with only a few spaces behind the shop and street parking....but there's a nearby shopping center either more spaces. My go-to is to mix the Dulce de leche with cake batter and chocolate with almonds on top. read more

I love Menchie's! When they first came into Burbank, I dressed up as a Menchie's superhero (my own take on that at least). So that said, I have been coming to this location for a hot minute. The new storefront is around the corner from the original location, but I'm so glad they were able to stick around. I think the new location helps with the layout of the store better and allows them to have a nice patio for outdoor seating too. There are also a couple tables inside. Froyo-wise, it's my favorite place. They have plenty of great flavors, with nondairy options (almond milk, oatmilk, and/or sorbets), low sugar/sugar-free, and they display the allergen info for each flavor too if you have other food preferences. I love when they have the nondairy vanilla or the pineapple dole (both are vegan). They do seasonal/monthly specials which are fun to try. Btw yes they do have samples so you can make sure you're getting what you want! The toppings section is always great - well stocked, cleaned, and fresh. You can create your dream froyo bowl every time, and Menchie's knocks it out of the park every time! The service is always kind and the atmosphere is joyful and fun. Went to Menchie's because my kid was begging for frozen yogurt, and there was a huge line snaking out the door. I had no idea why it was so packed until I got inside--it was their big promo for National Frozen Yogurt Day: Buy 2 Get 1 Free (or BOGO style, but they were doing deals on multiples). The wait was frustrating , but we stuck it out for the kid. We ended up buying three cups (one for each of us). When I got to the register, the promo didn't apply because it was three instead of a multiple that fit the "buy 2 get 1" perfectly. I asked the employee why he didn't say anything earlier--like, he could've easily rung it up as two, then a separate one, or just explained how to make it work so we could actually get the free one and make the long wait worthwhile. He just apologized half-heartedly but clearly didn't care at all--no effort to fix it, no empathy, zero customer service. Felt like he was just going through the motions while the line kept growing. The yogurt itself is fine, but between the massive wait due to the promo they didn't even help us take advantage of, and the total lack of help from staff, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Won't be rushing back, especially on promo days. Keep those kind of employees out of your business they don't care they will ruin it read more

Amazing experience overall at this Menchies location. I came on a Thursday night and it was busy but the workers here did amazing job with checking everyone out efficiency. Sebastian was working the night and had a great smile and helped me out with the best flavors. I love how many toppings there are --- the hardened choco one is my fave. Natalie greeted me as soon as I came in and rung me up and was was overall so sweet. There's a lot of places to sit down so it was nice to chill for a bit. They also have giga connect four which is silly. read more

Creamy buttery Cake Batter, refreshing Pomegranate sorbet, warm nutty Peanut butter, Toasted Marshmallow and that famous sour Plain Tart flavor! The new Oatly Oatmilk flavor is phenomenal. It tastes just like my favorite almond milk beverage. What I love is that Hersheys Shell Chocolate Syrup that you pour on top of your frozen yogurt. It instantly gets hard and crunchy. It's the perfect contrast to the chilled soft yogurt. They have fresh fruit like blueberries, strawberry, cherries, and pineapple. Cheesecake, fudge brownie chunks, chopped peanut butter cups, and chewy mochi are also toppings offered here. I always get as many free samples as I can before filling my cup! Freshly baked waffle cone cups are here that you have the option of filling up your cup with. This location had friendly staff and was very neat and clean. There are usually lots of loud kids at all Menchies locations. Children are fanatics of this frozen yogurt chain. My only criticism is that it's sold by weight, so it's easy to end up paying $14 for a single cup, the price of two pints of ice cream. I got the Menchies Smile Club membership. Therefore, I got $5 off my cup. I recommend getting the membership and downloading their app. read more

I was a first timer here last night and I had a great experience! I found parking on the street because that parking lot stinks. It was a super hot, even at 9pm, so this really hit the spot. It was very crowded. There's places to sit outside and also inside, although inside is pretty tiny. Grab a cup, get your froyo, and add your toppings and you're good to go. There were empty froyo spaces and I struggled with choosing a flavor because none of them seemed all that great to me. I ended up choosing pineapple and strawberry swirl. The toppings were my favorite part. I thought they had so much to choose from. I got some maraschino cherries, cheesecake bites, gummy worms, and some strawberry boba. It was $22 for three of us and we got generous portions. Will I be back? Absolutely. read more

I've been going to Menchie's since inception. They started the rewards program - I joined. I had a $5 coupon sitting there and had not used it until I wanted to use it. Each time I went they asked me if I wanted to use it and I declined. The one recent day I go in and wanted to use it - I was told there was no $5 coupon and I had to now use a rewards app. Another app. The Menchie's hostess stated there was "nothing she could do about the coupon". I wrote into corporate and let them know of my grief and frankly their thievery - my coupon suddenly disappeared because of a newly implemented rewards app. Corporate replied with same. Download the app, create an account with preferred email address and begin accruing points. I have an issue with a few mentioned things in the email from Corporate. 1. The points themselves do not have a cash or monetary value. (They actually do, if I am getting a specified amount off my purchase. That is $5 or $10 off my next purchase.) 2. Downloading an app. (If I participate by providing my email address and phone number previously, you have my information from before your new process. Look that up and provide me my old $5 coupon.) 3. The customer service experience. (We're sorry for any frustration this change may have caused. You are not really sorry, because you do have the ability to research my information and give me back my $5, but you are not really sorry - and that is frustrating. Whether it is cold outside or sweatingly hot, the froyo is always satisfying here. Flavors seem to rotate frequently, which makes frequent visits feel fresh. Associates have been friendly, but sometimes no one is out in the front to greet you for a little while. I've observed the machines being wiped down after a visit every single time. I ordered 2 frozen yoghurt cups with many toppings for under $15 for both. Customer service was amazing and kind with is having my order to go. Listen, I love Menchies, but this location is straight up dialing it in. They consistently have 4 empty flavors, and then the have two vanillas, and two chocolates. This doesn't really allow for any variety. The other flavors tend to be rather static as well. I hate having to go to yogurt land. Can someone get on this team and spice it up? I have a five year old who goes crazy for Menchie's. Usually that is a chore because of the location and interior of the Menchie's... I spend the entire time anxious to leave. But THIS PLACE?? I've tried just about ever frozen yogurt place in town and I try to circulate myself among them to have a variety flavors. Menchies always has 2 selections for sorbet (which is what I need to have to keep my picky stomach in check) and an excellent variety of other choices (for you dairy dwellers). Before the arrival of Menchies, I would have to jump into my car and go to the Pinkberry's on Ventura - way too far to get an afternoon snack. I was so glad when a coworker asked, "have you been to Menchies?" I was so excited to know that this place is a serve-it-up yourself fro-yo. My favorites are the Angel Food Cake, PB and Mint (not together, but 2 separate flavors, although one can mix the 2 to make 1). They have an assortment of toppings and syrups. Man, I don't like to post negative reviews about places that have slow waiters or watered down drinks. I post negatively about places that don't take my health seriously. The wife and I thought we'd go to Baskin Robbins for their Stranger Things themed shop but the line was around the corner. I suggested YogurtLand but she thought it was too far. She found Menchies and off we go. After pulling into the Popeyes side we found it at the other end next to S&F. Parking was a breeze and we walked right in, grabbed our cups, and started going down the line. As we reach the end we get to the add on end, I found it weird that this open area was tucked away from where the cashier or worker can keep an eye on it, but I've eaten at salad bars and I'm still alive. As I'm looking at the available options I see a hand with a small metal tray reaching past my hand, which now had a heaping spoonful of cheesecake bites, this hand was reaching in to grab a couple of chocolate dipped strawberry's, gloveless and/or tong-less!! I see fingers grabbing food they would soon be in someone's mouth and I immediately remembered that we live in an unsanitary world where some people don't wash themselves properly. I stopped scooping, pulled my hand away and commented to the wife that she should stay away from the frozen strawberries. Idk how you all feel about stranger dangers but I'm not going there again. read more

Fruity tropical frozen confection is something I usually cannot say no to. Except if it's coconut-- something I do my darnedest to avoid. I really don't care for the taste, texture, smell.... ugh everything about coconut makes me kind of queasy. Sorry not sorry. :P On the other hand, pineapple, mango, guava, banana.. those mother nature sweet treats are perfectly up my alley. Having heard about the "Dole whip" at Menchie's, I had to try it. Begging my ice cream-loving Val gal to stop here at this convenient little shopping center, I rounded up a cup of mango, pineapple dole whip and original tart. She didn't feel like getting fro-yo that day. By the way, their spoons are quite adorable, almost like those first eating utensils sets for children. I could see why munchkins may love the Menchie's. The fruitiness of the fro-yo came through and tasted fine, but texture-wise, all was a bit icier than I prefer. I'm asian...I grew up being taught to eat everything on my plate. I think my plate has gotten alarmingly bigger in the past few years because my pants have followed suit. I tell you this because I did not finish my froyo. That's right. Nope. I left it there for the bugs to devour it. Yuck. I always try to be fun and try new places. This is an example of why I like being boring and predictable and just go to places I like. All the flavors that were available were gross. The texture was icy and melty. The orangesicle was way too sweet, the pistachio tasted like soap, and the "angelfood cake" tasted disgusting and creamy. I filled my cup full of toppings because I didn't get a lot of froyo. It was a waste of $6. This would have been $3 at Yogurtland, and it would have been good. I was annoyed. ps. I'm getting all my negative reviews off my chest. Mehh,nchies, I should have just said "no." There's not a froyo place around my town I haven't been to. Trust me, there's plenty of them. I've had Menchies now in two different spots and I disliked them both equally. My experience with frozen yogurt is usually one of two choices; Like it or Love it. I've not had an experience where I wish I had saved my few bucks until my first experience with Menchies and again with my second experience too. Sorry to say, but I don't plan on a third. The texture of their yogurt is usually icy and melts at an unprecedented pace. I also find the topping containers seriously inconvenient, you need one hand to hold your yogurt, one hand to hold the lid open, and another hand to scoop the toppings out. I don't know about you, but I've not seen anyone with three hands outside of Ripley's believe it or not.
