YES to everything raspado!! On a hot summer day, this is the best place to get one of the most refreshing drinks / fruit you could ever encounter. Most of the occasions that I visited I've had delicious raspados for myself and my friends. My favorite one is Pica de Gallo, which has the most Savory mango and kiwi with ice and a bit of spice that's added from a candied straw. It's just absolutely delicious and perfect for the summer! The four-star is for the efficiency and the deliciousness of the raspado; however uncouple locations, I did see some areas that could have been a bit more cleaner but understandable being that it's quite busy there so maybe not as tidy. These are not the raspados that I grew up with. They have very large chunks of ice rather than shaved snow- like ice. Their service works great and the flavors were amazing. So my experience was 50-50. Their inside dining area could use updating and a little more cleaning. read more

Love this place super great selection of raspados! They have fruity, sweet, and some treats as well like crepes, fruit salads with condensed milk. Classics like the mangoneada are good. For my American friends the basic and safe choices are mango, and the cookies and cream options. If you want to try the more exotic fruit flavors go with Tamarind, and passion fruit! The servers ration the ingredients, making the rapado taste water down. I had the nuez raspados, and I could hardly see the walnuts. The prices are reasonable for the size of raspados but for what they give no, the drink was filled with the flavor of raspado wanted but hardly even any ice and I nicely asked the lady for more ice and she hesitated. I had also ordered a churro and let me just say nothing like the picture they have, it looks like they made it with the pillsbury sheets. I give them two stars because the flavors are good. The raspa or shaved ice part was terrible. I grew up in a Hispanic neighborhood where we had the snowiest, fluffiest, most delicious snow cones. When I go back home I still get a great snow cone and for a great price! I wanted to like this place, the menu sounds great. And I haven't seen many places that offer Bionicos around here. My youngest wanted a Bubble Gum snowcone, my oldest had Chamarindo, I said Chapiña pa la niña, and my hubby had El Trompo. I asked for condensed milk on the Trompo since I asked for no spice, but they put Chamoy on it anyway. Some peeps don't like spicy dessert, oh well. But the tropical fruit was good. The other three had great flavors, but for $5 each I was expecting shaved ice, or snow. I have found smoother ice in a hail storm, those pieces of rock ice were ridiculous! But Mama fixed it all, we took them home popped them in my Ninja and out came blended smoothies! Even the bubble gum was like sorbet. Okay, so let me start by saying I used to work at several retail places. Customer service is really important to keep a business running. This location is one of the lowest customer service quality. Staff seems like they are annoyed or bored, they do not acknowledge you or greet you. I expect more than "it's coming", when I politely ask for my order, more like: "we are working on the last item, it's coming in 5 minutes," I really hope management take surveys into consideration, otherwise they will be stuck as a company. read more

I have come here before and I liked the raspado. I decided to come again and try other things on the menu. It had a take out option in yelp and I was happy about that since I live a distance from there. I ordered it and it was a 20 minute drive. When I arrive and get in line I was the second to next in line. The lady finishes with the person in front of me and she says I'll be right with you. She looks at the small iPad screen and starts reading in silence an order and writes down the order in cups. I count the cups she is using and I was thinking to myself, is that my order I placed 20 minutes ago? She finishes writing and places them aside and asks me what I would like to order and I say I already ordered online and she asks if I am the one with the crepe. I say yes, then she says oh it'll be ready in about 15 minutes and all I say is okay and come out of the line and wait. Once my order is ready and done, the last thing I was waiting for was the crepe. Mind you, I'm a distance far from this place and I ordered quite a bit. I was happy to drive off and finally have my order, not minding the wait time it was okay. I was in no rush and I was pretty excited to try the drinks and esquite, nachos and crepe. Suddenly coming home to finally try the crepe for last. It comes to my surprise, the crepe was very plain. I only saw Nutella in the crepe and no bananas, no strawberries, just the crepe and sauce. Even though in their menu it says with banana and strawberry slices included. The option to add more items to it is not allowed I expected a little more of a presentation for the price I paid for it.
