Today my experience was horrible. We came in for happy hour, passion punch and strawberry wave. I even brought in my friend who had 5 kids with her along with my 2 kids, the passion punch was horrible. Tasted like old crunch ice, or frost bite fruit. Something was off, it's never been this bad before. So I asked Julian if he could make it again or give us the strawberry one instead. He gave me such attitude about asking for a different one. He even opened my cup up and tried it, said yep it's suppose to taste like that. Ummm no!!! I've had it before and it's never tasted that way. My drink was fine but when we came in both employees were sitting at the bar watching the Simpsons. The young one that took our order, Jonathan, was incredibly rude, didn't even say hello, just lounged at the register and all but glared at us while we ordered. I have only been to this location twice. The first time I went I asked for no bananas in my smoothie because I am allergic and when I took a drink there was evidently banana in the smoothie. The second time I went, I walked in and it was hot and humid in there. The place looks like no one is keeping up with it or cleaning it. The customer service wasn't great either. As I was taking my first couple sips of my smoothie I noticed a hair in it. This place is just horrible and will no longer be receiving my service nor my families. Worse service ever. Attitudes all around and they definitely don't want to be there. I ordered a small strawberry. A couple seconds later the guy placed it on the counter and yelled that our order was ready. When my boyfriend looked he noticed it was not fresh. Then he asked the employee and he said that the customer before forgot it. My boyfriend told him no and said to make us a new one. The employees face was not good. Then we saw 2 customers after get drinks before us. The same employee took forever to make our drinks. And when I complained to the girl, she looked so dense like I was speaking in another language. After the drink was finally done he slammed it and said it was done. No apology, no eye contact. I don't know if there was a manager on duty because they all looked lost. I hope they read this and other reviews and do something about it. Or else they will loose customers. read more

The customer service was AWFUL! I called to put in an order before arriving to pick it up and they were literally forwarding our calls. My family and I went to go get juices and as soon as we walked in it smelled like bleach. I'm sorry, " It's not bleach it's floor cleaner so can you close the door" is what the guy working in the front said to us. Fast forward to 2 minutes before... we walked in and smelled the floor cleaner but did not make a comment, nor a face we simply just opened the door so the place can air out and the smell can go away faster. We didn't even get the chance to order because of the poor customer service we received before getting to speak. Mind you there was a mother with her baby who was smelling all the chemicals as well but the employee did not care. This happened 2hrs before closing so I don't understand why they were cleaning up already. As we were walking out a dad and his daughter walked in and made a comment about the smell as well. I visit juice it up stores often to get a large "the zone" protein shake, last 3 visits at this location my drink tasted terribly watered down and for $8 that's very disappointing. This is the only juice it up location I've had this problem at. 3 strikes you're out unless the owner wants to contact me and make it right I won't be coming back to this location, I'll just make the drive and go to Robeks in rancho cucamonga and buy their 800 lb gorilla protein shake. I recommend retraining your employees on how to properly make this drink. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The employees lack basic customer service skills! I went up to the register and wanted to purchase the coupon booklet ($10) so they called out an Asian woman who I'm guessing is either the owner or manager and she was eager to help me with my purchase, but when I ordered my medium raw juice and pulled out one of my coupons which stated (upgrade to a larger size for free) she began to say she didn't understand what the coupon meant, then one of the employees explained that I would pay for a small size but get a medium sized juice she sighed and groaned and rolled her eyes! I love coming here. It's a place where I can get healthy smoothies and I add the fat burner in my smoothie. The only reason I did not give this a 5 out of 5 is that they changed the menu and I don't see my favorite drink which is "Vanilla Chai Tea". I don't see it no more in the menu. There new menu design is awesome but taking out some parts of the menu was not called for, people might a had there favorites in one of those menus that you took off. If you put those menu back with that new design that will be amazing and I will give you 5 stars. Overall, this place is amazing. I recommend it to everyone. Very unhappy with the customer service. Went in one night and the two girls working were very rude. Never coming back, just going to stick to the JIU! store in Chino. Horrible customer service! Came here at 8 last night and the 2 girls working there looked like they hated being there. Their attitudes were indifferent bordering on rude, the lobby looked like it had just been hosed down and left that way with puddles everywhere and my pant cuffs were soaking wet when I left. I don't expect employees to be bubbly and happy all the time, but if you're going to work in the customer service industry please try to be helpful and have a decent attitude! Gets really busy, calling ahead is always better

The smoothies are really sweet-tasting. The quality of the fruits and vegetables seems to be really high quality.

The drink and pretzel were delicious, the customer service was horrible. Desiree helped us. When my husband and I walked in, there were two girls behind the counter making drinks. There was only one other customer in there waiting for his drinks. No smile from either of them, not even a hello! The girl didnt even acknowledge us until she finished making his order. When she was done she said "Are you guys ready?". No smile, didnt ask how we were doing today or if we had questions, just straight up "Are you guys ready?". I was thinking, "Yes we're ready! We've been standing here for 8min with not even a glance from you." We ordered and waited. At least it tasted good. I watched how the next 4 people walked in and she did the exact same thing to each of them. Who hires people like this?! If you dont like people dont work in a customer service job. You represent Juice It Up, a company who probably pays you crap, but they still pay you to do your job with the expectation of excellent customer service. Went in and first thing we did was say "hello" to the girl working, she didn't respond so this was our first impression of our visit. Place is dirty, trash all over the floors, counters needed to be wiped as well. I made mistake of ordering something with dairy & I'm lactose intolerant so we asked to exchange it but the "friendly girl" refused & said we had to buy another drink. I wasn't surprised by her lack of customer service from the beginning. Needless to stay we will not be returning, had it been any other place they would've exchanged it especially after paying for 5 drinks. The employee (with huge black wheels in her ears) has extremely poor customer service, don't expect a hello or have a nice day. Worst Juice it Up experience ever! read more
