Normally, my family and I are Jamba Juice people, but it was a hot day and Juice it Up was right there. Couldn't have made a better choice. The service was fast, the place was clean, and all of the workers friendly. Of particular note was Vanessa P, who helped my wife out with her smoothie selection--a Banana and Chocolate smoothie. She was patient and really seemed to care about getting my wife the right drink. My kids enjoyed and my wife and I enjoyed our drinks. The two girls (workers) were very friendly and it hit me why I stopped coming to this location, it was the OWNER, he was rude then and till now. Omg! He started lecturing the girls why "the towel" is missing from the red bucket! I get it, that "towel" has a specific job, but why not wait until my daughter and leave the place. My issues are with the young man and young lady w/glasses. .1st the guy would chop up pineapple and place into blender without any gloves just after handling cash register. 2nd the young lady has absolutely No customer service skills. I had a horrible experience at this particular juice it up. I walked in with my family sunday, we did not have that much money so we wanted to share a pretzel and a smoothie. Well the pretzel to my surprise was stale and I was perplexed because i always go to different stores so i know how they taste. Well I told this young girl and her answer was "they cant get stale they are frozen" i was like wth? Is she freaking kidding cant get stale my ass. But I tried so hard to keep my cool and of course the manager was not there not when I called the next day. Checked in at 1108 when I was at the register with not even one of the 3 girls behind the counter acknowledging me. I ordered two items 13 min later I'm still sitting here empty handed. Besides the cost going up recently, this waiting thing is a joke. I also seen a note at the register about a customer named Julie, she called and complained about something there being inedible and this isn't the first time. Her phone # is in plain view. Julie if you've gotten prank calls recently this is why. Boggles my mind to think it's now 17 min later and I'm still thirsty because I haven't received my items. Won't be coming be here... Oh. Here's the kicker. Got it after 19 min of waiting and it sucks!!! Got in the car took a sip and it's all ginger!! So spicy!! I LOVE juice it up and I drink it daily... I usually go to the location off 19th and Carnelian but today I went to THIS location. Walked in.. One girl.. No-one else and she never spoke ONE word to me. She looked up but never spoke or smiled.. I will never return to this location again and I will tell my friends that go to the local gym as well. I expect GREAT customer service anywhere I spend my money or time and if I don't get it, you don't get my business. I'd rather continue having to wait on my order to be delivered from Juice Served Here opposed to being treated invisible. For the most part the level of service has gone down since KIDS are being employed, and I'm 28, so that says quite a bit about how I feel about service in general. couldn't find the sign from the outside, not greeted as i walked in, took at least 1 minute for someone to come out, took 10 MINUTES to get my juice, had the immunizer juice and it was HORRIBLE!!!!! Mind you this was my first time "juicing", but for $825 i dont think i should have been feeling like i needed to throw up for the next 2 hours. I used to live near this smoothie shop but moved and haven't visited here in years. I stop by once or twice a year. First time I have ever been disappointed with my selection. This morning I ordered a large raw fusion. I was only able to finish half of it. It wasn't blended very good and it was extremely chunky. A girl made my drink, not the gentleman who has mainly made my drinks prior. She was very nice but really that smoothie was awful. I had to chew my smoothie to get it down and it set off my gag reflex. I was barely able to get anything through the straw. To top that off it cost me $8.00! 8 bucks and completely unsatisfied. This is my "go to" location for my drink. I actually go out of my way for this location. Never had an issue until today. I only seen 1 girl working. I ordered my drink and took a sip before I left the store. About half way home after a few more sips; it just started to taste bad, to the point I stopped drinking it. I looked at it and it appeared to NOT look like my usual strawberry wave drink. It had become super runny, lack of flavor ( from after the first sip) and alot of ice pieces in it. My wife and I come here quite often and use our points from our app and coupons when they are available and never has it been a problem (I thought the app was to encourage you to come here more and earn for it) today I stopped by to take advantage of a coupon I received for $2 off a bowl and was informed that if I want to use my coupon my money I earned in the reward program on the app would not be applicable toward my purchase. The Asian man then told me do you want me to use your coupon or do you want me to use your app? Very rude but none the less I proceeded to ask him how that worked since I have never had an issue charging it this way and he said look you want to use your app or reward money?
