In spite of an average product, competitors in the area will put them out. Ditto the entire concept because they clearly aren't willing to communicate with customers who aren't happy. Horrible service!! I went to pick up smoothies for my family this evening and received the WORST service by Kiley and Alexa. I walked in around 8:55pm and immediately got dirty looks and sighs from the three young girls working. I understand they close at 9pm, however, the "Open" sign was on and lights were on. They immediately asked me if I was paying cash or with my ATM. I proceeded to place my order for three smoothies and noticed the 3 girls working were not wearing face masks. They had them pulled down, tucked under their chin. While Alexa was preparing my smoothies, she sneezed, placing her hand on her nose then proceeded to prepare my smoothies. I waited about a minute, hoping she would realize what she did and wash her hands and start over, but she didn't. I asked her to please sanitize/wash her hands since she had sneezed and was preparing my smoothies. She turned around and gave me a dirty look, then walked over to the sink and "rinsed" her hand for about 10 seconds. I did not see her use any soap. She then walked over to the cash register area and finally used hand sanitizer and put plastic gloves on (which she should have done in the first place). Kiley then walked over to the cash register and I asked her the name of her Manager. With an attitude, she replied "Eric". I asked her when he would be working because I wanted to speak to him about the horrible vibe and attitude I was getting from them. Kiley then proceeded to tell me "well, do you blame us? We're trying to close and you walked in 3 minutes before we close." I told her I did not appreciate her giving me an attitude and if the establishment closes at 9pm, then I should receive the same service as any other person coming earlier. I received my smoothies with eye rolls and dirty looks from these teens. They were very unprofessional and I will be calling to speak with their Manager Eric, I will call the Corporate office, and will also call the Department of Health for violating COVID-19 safety precautions (no masks being worn , sneezed and washed hand and wore gloves only AFTER I asked them to). read more

I've been coming here for 10 years. When they get it right, they make the best smoothies in comparison to the other juice it ups I've been to. For instance, I'm not sure of his name but the black guy made me the zone (a peanut butter banana protein smoothie) and it was the best smoothie I've ever had. I was in heaven. Normally I get melon madness and it's freaking delicious. I do have some issues though. Most often the smoothies come out very liquidy. I think they add too much juice but they always over blend. If another customer comes in while my smoothie is in the blender, they leave it there blending and take orders for the whole line, making my smoothie more like juice than a smoothie. It's very annoying. They do it all the time. And I came in one day a while ago while they were cleaning and they never once washed their hands. They were mopping and using spray cleaner, took my order and started making it, went back to cleaning, and then poured my smoothie and rubbed their hands all over the lid and cup and gave it to me. Gross. Rubbed it down with hand sanitizing wipes. read more

Friendly staff. My juice choices are always made right. Wish there were more snack choices cuz sometimes a pretzel just won't do. But this location is more genuine than the one on day creek (I refuse to visit that one). Overall happy getting my evergreen smoothie here. read more

The owner is a very great man. Has great emploeeys and i can very much tell there owner had to teach the employees some training because they all are very nice. He even remembers your order if you go frequently. Medium acai with protein. After a great workout, i go and get great customer service and great smoothies. read more

My husband & I stopped here today and had the Raspberry Craze smoothie and a shot of the wheat grass. The raspberry smoothie was perfect, refreshing & not overly sweet. Went here yesterday. Drink was made wrong and tasted horrible but I was on my lunch break and needed to get back to work. I contacted corporate and they said to go back to the store and tell owner and the drink would be replaced. I went back today. .the owner said no before even hearing about it. I explained anyway and went on to say I had the email in hand along with my receipt and was shocked that he wasn't going to replace an almost $7 juice drink that was made wrong on their end. Meanwhile a huge line was forming while he read the email in detail and finally agreed to replace the drink. He was so rude. .I was embarrassed for him. He did not apologize once. He obviously has no idea how to properly run a business and on that note I highly doubt this location will last with that guy running it. I will never go back there. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there. .and if they screw up your drink good luck getting a replacement. I left there in shock and I'm still shocked. read more

First time visit at this location & will not give him my business again. I am a loyal customer for juice it up and go 2-3 times a week as I am a runner & train for marathons so I try to drink & eat healthy. Eric was the only person in the store. Rude, no greeting, no smile and refused to stamp my card. Here is what happened: I have a discount card of buy 32 oz & get 16oz free. I showed eric my card & he took 5mins to verify that I get a small drink for free. I asked him if I can make it 2 24oz rather than the 32&16 and I'm ordering the same drink. He hesitated but agreed. I gave him my stamp card and he said he can't stamp it bc I'm already getting a discount. I explained to him that I'm still purchasing drinks. I dont understand why i cant get a stamp bc i go to the other stores & they do it. he said "i dont believe you". i showed him my stamp card & told him i have my receipts to prove it & can show you. Do you want to see? He then with an attitude, he said i don't have to take your discount so why are you being rude? I said I don't have to come here and this will be my last time. I'm not being rude I'm trying to understand why I'm not getting the same service as the other stores. I told him pls make me my drink & give me my receipt and ill be yelping and contacting corporate. He didn't see the harm and told me do whatever. I watched him make my drinks and noticed he added more ice than normal & he didn't give me my free boost. I left unhappy w my drinks.. I rather drive a lil further for the health drink if i can get a smile, good service and my card stamped.. I spend my hard earnings towards good business not rude ones. Stopped in with my daughter after an Ortho appt. There were three girls behind the counter and we were greeted right away. After My daughter picked out her smoothie I asked if they had any smoothies with pineapple and no coconut. The girl mentioned that they could just not add the coconut and then told me they use to have a pineapple punch smoothie that they could still make. It was great. We had a buy one med/large smoothie and get a free small smoothie. The girl was super sweet and gave me a medium too. We were very happy and will be back in 5 weeks, after next Ortho appt! read more

I love Juice It Up and, up until today, the service has been great. I will never come back to this location. I would rather I give my business to the local Jamba Juice franchise. When I ordered my Melon Madness, as I have done for the last 10 years, I ended up with a Mango Mania. I let them know they made an error and I was then told that I made the error. I asked if they could fix it, since this a drink I never order, and again I was told no because they already made it. They said I did not have to take the drink but I would not get a refund. Worst customer service. As mentioned before I will never spend my money at this location again. I will be sure to share this experience with everyone and promote other juice stores. Amanda and Courtney were working that day, Both were very friendly and professional. I ordered a strawberry banana and it was one of the best that I have ever had. The place was very clean. The Aisan man whos name tag says manager was so rude to me today. I would have walked out if the smoothie was for me but it was all my 4yr old wanted after getting 4 shots. I had a buy 1 get one free coupon that said this was a participating location. Handing him my coupon and my punch card for the smoothie I paid for (not for the free one) he said "you are getting one free, You are not getting a stamp!" I was so surprised that a manager would speak to a customer that way. I asked why and he just repeated himself "you are not getting a stamp." He finally said I could not combine offers, however the punch card does not say that. I really didnt even care about the punch card, I will probably loose the card before I ever fill it anyway I just dont appreciate being spoken to that way. Will avoid going there. It is just a smoothie but customer service is a must. read more
