Just a suggestion! My elederly Mom (81 yrs old) offered to pick up a juice for me on her way down to my office. She arrive a few minutes before the order was ready. When she entered she asked for y phone order not understanding that today's orders are made through an app. procedureoung lady was quick to reply we dn't take phone orders! Perhaps you may want to school your team to think outside the box and consider other possible options. By the way I was told she was very short when she replied. First, let me start out by saying that Juice It Up is by far my favorite place to go for smoothies (as far as taste and quality of drink go)! However, this location is highly disappointing. Overall the majority of the staff are not welcoming, not friendly, don't really answer questions well, and have no idea how to handle consumer issues. The drinks aren't really consistent here either. Sometimes they are watered down or clearly unbalanced. They have coupons and happy hour times, but there's always a catch; while I understand that you don't want to let your customers abuse your services, handling it with friendlier attitudes and a simple explanation would help maintaining customers. I'm honestly to the point of going to a different location that is farther away and where I'll have to pay more. read more

I really love the juice it up franchise however this one needs a lot of work. The attendance always ask your name so they call you want your order is ready. My order sat up there on the round table a while because something was mumble by the attendant but it wasn't clearly heard. Once I got my drink/ smoothie, it was a large, it was still missing about a half inch to a 3/4 of an inch of smoothie! Now my drink sat on the turn counter for a couple of minutes and then about three minutes later my pretzels showed up. I asked the cashier if that was my cup and he replied back "yeah that's yours"! Then I asked about the status of my smoothie missing about 1/2-3/4 of smoothie and he replied," I'm sorry that's just the way they come out"! So I usually stop here to get a smoothie to sip on in class since there's no eating of food allowed. Yesterday there was a huge accident on the 210 where a dump truck tipped over and spilled the dirt or whatever he was carrying all over the on-ramp (shouldn't have affected the flow of traffic but you know, "looks-Lou's" have to stop and watch). So since I figured I was going to be late to class I looked on trusty old yelp & found the online order option. I put in an order and went to pick it up. It seriously took 15 minutes to get my smoothie after I paid. It looked like they were training a new guy and the manager (a blonde guy; sorry didn't catch any of their names) was moving slower than ice melts. They were having difficulties (the new guy jammed the wheatgrass grinder) but they were all so casual about it even though they had 6 people waiting for their drinks. The superstar cashier had to stop what he was doing, fix the grinder/extractor thing, prepare two different shots and run the register while the manager took his time prepping 2 smoothies. The only one working during that shift that had any kind of customer service was the young guy running the register. He was running all over the place and still managed to greet customers and apologize for the wait. In the end, my pre-ordered smoothie had already been made and was chillin in the fridge but the manager did not communicate that with his staff so instead of me being able to run in and out, I had to wait 15 minutes thinking they still had to make my smoothie. I've been here a few times in the past couple of weeks and they are generally slow. My advice, either order ahead and ask if your order is in the fridge, or come to this location when you have time to wait. Don't come here thinking you will just be in and out quick. Hopefully the manager was just having an off day and isn't always like that. If he is, they need to hire a new one. read more

Baby Girl prefers the Peach Cool Down, I usually aim for something with acai for the anti oxidants, on a recent visit I had the Acai Mango Monsoon with no dairy and I felt great all day. I had to take one star off because I had one bad experience there. When a deaf person asks you to write down what you are saying, you should probably do so rather then yell at them in front of a crowd of gawkers. I love to make my own smoothies but it can be time consuming and messy. A real treat is when I get to go to juice it up and have them make my smoothies for me. They have a regular menu and some stores have their own secret menu (that you have to ask for) with special smoothies like peanut butter cup (that's a good one). They are also very flexable with adding items for an additional charge or can making simple changes to your smoothie. I usually get soy milk instead of real milk and like to add some spinich to my smoothies for a boost of veggies. You can't taste the spinich at all just may turn your smoothie a little green. They also have free boosts that you can add to your smoothie. They vary but I usually get the fat burner boost or vita boost. Sign up to receive their emails! They send out pretty cool coupons. Honey and I got free wheatgrass shots before heading out to Disney! Perfect boost for our busy day. They also send out tons of coupons with Bogo offers and very good discount offers.
