Then came the smoothies. The mango smoothie tasted like straight orange juice. Mango may have been involved at some point, but I can't confirm. The strawberry-banana smoothie somehow tasted like vanilla. Not strawberry. Not banana. Vanilla. I checked my order mentally about three times. We didn't even finish either smoothie because they were that disappointing, which is saying something because throwing away a smoothie feels like giving up on happiness. The whole experience was just mid. There are also only two small tables, so seating is basically first come, first served, first disappointed. Maybe it was an off day, but for a first-time customer, this was a miss. The toppings were unlimited but missing, the mango was orange, the strawberry-banana was vanilla, and we left two unfinished smoothies behind as evidence.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I'm pissed. I work in the same Parking lot and come here every day. and I came in today at 3:53 and Joshua took my order and I ordered a white gummy bear. So one of the girls starts to make my drink which took her like 10 min to try to make this drink and I watched her take it out the blender and add water to it about 3 times.... so finally my drink is done and then I get it and take a sip and it literally taste like water with a hint of pineapple. So I walk up to the front ( and my associate was with me as well) and tell Joshua that it taste like water and he takes the drink, takes off the lid and dips a cup in it to have a taste.... then proceeds to tell me " it taste just fine" so he said let me try to re make it and at this point I said " can you just make me something else" and he said " anything in particular" and I told him a banana Rama and so he makes it and calls my name and I walk back up to counter to get it and he tells me " if this doesn't taste delicious to you then you need to have your taste buds checked " and then proceeds to tell me " you must have a cold because that throws your taste buds off "and goes off on some rant about taste buds.... I've worked in customer service since I was 14 and let me give you one tip of advice, customer is always right. Very pissed off and disappointed and feel a little harassed based off the way he was acting. read more

The staff here is very immature. Multiple times when I have gone into get a smoothie they have either ignored me caring on their own conversations or they are talking bad about other employees who work there. The customer service here is probably one of the worst that I have experienced in a long time. Maybe they should try hiring a more mature staff. read more

When the nice young lady put the ice cream in a put the carton on the scale I thought for sure she would then go back and add to it. The serving was very short. Normally when they hand pack they use a spade to press the ice cream to the bottom of the container. She didn't do that. She just scooped up a spadefull and laid it on top of the ice cream that was in the container already. The container was hardly full when she put a lid on it and gave me a price. I started to say something but she looked like a minor and I was hardly going to confront a minor over some ice cream. When I got home, I opened it and the serving was sooo short! It was about HALF! We just took one container and scooped it into the other one and made one full quart. There was plenty of room to do this when there should not have been! Guess I just gave them an extra $12 tonight.
