Came in for a shot of wheatgrass this morning, not at all happy with how gloves are used at this location, maybe it's a one time deal and the employee didn't realize what she was doing, but you don't wear a glove as you ring up a customer then proceed to touch the food item, take the glove off, then decide to put it back on and touch food items ....? Then why wear the glove in the first place and they're not meant to be recycled! If you take it off it goes in the trash and don't touch the register and money with the glove on. Was hoping to boost my immune system but not to sure now. read more

The best juice it up I've ever been too. The store is very clean and workers are nice. Also the price is cheaper than other juice it ups.

I really hate too do this but it was just that bad of an experience. I've worked at JIU before and I know for a fact this is not the JIU standards. While the girl up front is on her phone, I walk in with no greeting or acknowledgement of any kind. (mind you no one else is in the store) I had to make the first inital greeting towards her and ask for an acai bowl. I tip her thinking it might just be a bad day for her. I know how it is. As she's making my bowl a young guy comes out to add more frozen strawberries to his half eaten acai bowl and walks to the back of the store. He comes back out to the front to throw something away that was in his bowl, at that time more people had trickled into the store. They must have been an inconvenience to him because he had to set his bowl down right there. He then proceed to take some orders while a couple times wiping his forhead. I found it DISGUSTING that when he went to make this order (berry bowl) he did NOT wash his hands before making it. I also love the added touch of wheat grass to my bowl. (They use the same knife to cut wheat grass as they did for our acai packets) While watching her make my bowl I notcie the banana doesn't look too good, it looked like it had been possibly cut the previous day but I didn't say anything thinking it might be okay. When I got my bowl it looked so unappealing and sad. I took the chance anyways and tried eating it. Lets just say my banana was so bad it just sorta melted into my bowl. EVERYTHING about it tasted horrible, it tasted like they had ran out of one of the juices and they hadn't yet replaced it. It was so disappointing, I had been craving an acai bowl for a while and it was just so awful. I would have mentioned names but she wasn't wearing a badge, and neither of them were wearing their visors. Needless to say I will NEVER come back to this location. read more

I really try to avoid this Juice It Up. Some of the young people that work here could careless about customer service. The card swiper has been broken since my first visit a month ago. Twice I didn't get my reward points because my card number must have been entered incorrectly. After that I requested they give me my register receipt. Last week the credit card reader was down and you had to pay with cash. I found out after I ordered and paid my bill that they couldn't give me the reward points I had earned for the two smoothies I'd purchased. When I questioned how was I to get my points the young lady told me to call the corporate office. I asked her to provided me with documentation that I could use to verify my purchase. That is when she thought to give me my receipt. read more

i went here today and got strawberry wave smoothies. happy with them, they were good, however the bottom of my smoothie was completely unblended & there were huge chunks of fruit in the smoothie. employees are friendly and very efficient! overall today's experience was mediocre. read more

My husband and I went to this Juice it Up because we had a BOGO coupon from joining their private club. After we ordered both smoothies the girl working told us the coupon had to be printed... We read the entire email and coupon and it did NOT say anywhere it needed to be printed it even had a code on the coupon. After asking why it needed to be printed, she showed us a printed paper posted in the wall that said more terms of a coupon. Well we will be sure to unsubscribe from the email club!!! If it had said it needed to be printed we would have done so BEFORE we got there. It seems like a scam to get people in, we will be sure to not patronize this store again! read more

I rarely write bad reviews but I just want everyone to know.... Avoid this place. I have only been here once which was March 26 2016 at 5:30pm. I spent 30 mins waiting for them to keep messing up my juice. When I let them know that my melon madness and mango mania drinks were watery I got an over the top attitude. They remade my drinks and yet still watery. The fruit that they scoop out was out on the counter in card board boxes. They apparently were very miserable people that hated their job. The product is great, however the service is something to be desired. When I went in I ordered three drinks and three pretzels. I received my drinks in a timely manner, however a guest that was there before me did not recievw his drink. When he asked about it, one of the girls said "s#@t I forgot". Needless to say unprofessional. Then when my pretzel order came up I only received 2 instead of the three. So we rushed all the way over here only to find the place still closed even though it clearly states it's open at 7. Battling traffic hunger and time when there's a sign on the window that says opens at 7 I expect the door to be unlocked at 7 and employees ready to serve me we stood outside for 10 minutes before deciding to go to Starbucks a place I despise due to my dislike of coffee and the lack of fresh food after exiting Starbucks time later still no signs of employees only a few more potential customers... I normally love everything I get at Juice it up but not the Raw Fusion. It was too thick and grainy. Also, the server neglected to remove the sticker label from the apple before blending so they ended up in my drink. I went back to the store and they apologized and offered me another kind of juice. Great customer service but the whole experience of sucking a paper sticker through a straw causes me to never come here again. read more

Just went into this local juice it up and realize that the prices have been increased and are now higher than what Starbucks charges for their coffee. When I inquired about the new prices I was informed that the owner had increased the price of the drinks because minimum wage increased. I am all for minimum wage increasing because I think that minimum-wage is too low and it is still too low but I do not agree with the owners making the customers pay for the increase. read more

Smoothies are excellent! Don't get me wrong, but let me explain why I gave this establishment 2 stars. It's Wednesday August 6 2014, I walk in all energetic and happy because I just finished my fitness at the gym! and as soon as I walk in both workers looked like the purge was about to happen, nevertheless I gave them the benefit of the doubt, it's Wednesday after all. The two girls looked dumpy and mad, they were very rude. I always tend to tip but not today, just very rude attitude from both females, neither of them made eye contact once. The only reason I'm giving the 2 star rating is because it's a nice, clean establishment and the girl who helped us was very nice. We got wheatgrass shots and those were good, but our smoothies were SO bad. They were bland, powdery and WAY too thick. A great Juice It Up. The workers are pretty friendly and the service is pretty fast. Even with a lot of orders the workers get the drinks out quickly. Worst customer service you'll ever receive. Young girl with long brown hair wearing glasses around her 20s is disrespectful. She didn't get my order correctly and argued with me because I tried to explained to her that my order was incorrect. She also touches her hair, nose, register and things around her at all times while preparing the food. She doesn't wash her hands or wear any hair net or gloves. Very disturbing. Instead of handing me the bowl she basically throws it on the counter where it's filthy with out a top and tells me "there you go." I was in shock and couldn't believe she worked there. Her co worker was ignoring the whole situation like as if that behavior was normal. By the way the bowl I ordered runny and didn't have enough of the ingredients posted on menu. I didn't even mention she is not familiar with the product or what it contains in each item. I'll never go to juice it up again! What kind of business would hire people like this and provide horrible food. I feel ripped off and taken advantage off. Completely disappointed. read more
