I was a bit disappointed with this Juice it Up. They were very limited on the fresh squeezed juices that they offered (only apple, carrot and orange). The reason I went here was to get a juice blend. When I was waiting for my drink to be made, I looked at a pamphlet they had and there they had other juice blends, but they don't sell them at this location... When I showed the lady at the counter my check in redemption that this location offers through yelp, she told me that they don't have the technology to accept the offer. Then why do they lie and offer this to their customers? False advertisement. The smoothie I ended up getting tasted like it was made from just blended ice and juice from a juice box. Came in today and I ordered an Immunizor, I walked back to my car and took a sip, I was so surprised how bitter the taste was, the girl who made it probably put too much of the lime because I didn't even taste the apple. I came to get a juice today and service was terrible. asked for beets be added to my green detoxifier drink once I got my drink it didn't have my beets which they added but only to give me the drink with the lid poorly sealed and it spilled as when I drink it all over my shirt. I actually ordered through Yelp/Eat 24 and that experience went well. No suspicious charges. Order went through as authorized. No delay. I ordered a Mango Mania smoothie and an Ultimate Acai bowl. The mango mania smoothie was delicious. A great way to calm yourself in evening traffic in the rain. It made the drive bearable. And I felt like it was helping me get over this illness with all its wholesome goodness. As for the acai bowl, it was good, there was plenty of "stuff" added so you never got a scoop of just the acai mix. There was always a bite of strawberry, banana or yummy granola included. The size is perfect too. Great for mixing without making a complete mess but the only thing that made me deduct stars was the price! For $7.95 I can get double the acai bowl at other locations. So for this size I would say $5 would be a better price point. Both items did seem like they might have lacked a little flavor but I'm currently sick so my taste buds are askew. Let me start by saying my review is because of the inconsistency of my smoothie here! I had the same girl make it for me each time, I have tried 3 times! I actually just got here hoping she was not working, but she is, so I won't be ordering. This location is clean and they offer an awesome bagel for only $1.50, this is the closest Juice it up! To my office and if it wasn't for the poor customer service and her lack of consistency I would be here all the time. I always get the same thing, so I know exactly how it should look and taste. I have added a picture of the darker one purchased here in Santa Ana and the lighter one which is what it looks like everywhere else I go! I left the first time so dissatisfied (Didn't even finish my smoothie) and then thought I'd try again, I told her when I came in the second time what I experienced and that I felt she forgot to add coconut, cause all I could taste was pineapple juice, she assured me she's never wrong (this time it actually came out right), the 3rd time again right back to square one. I've had decent experiences with their product, but their hours of operation aren't always easy to predict. On their website it says 9pm closing, on maps it says 8pm. I've called to check to see if they're open because I work graveyards and will sometimes pick something up on my way to work and one of the girls I spoke to reassured me that they close at 9, but I've showed up at 8:30 to locked doors and shrugs from staff inside. I've been a frequent customer due to the proximity and convenient location. I used to call in advance and get the drinks without long wait. The drinks are standard, but service is not. To them, the membership points are like a burden. They never mentioned the points until i have spent like $400 or so (many trips) and I asked because I see a little app icon. They said app is not available, they will give me card but it ran out. Next time coming back, they gave me the membership card when I asked but they are very reluctant. This time They are refusing to add points to the card and told me to download the app. Downloaded the app while instore (dont want my $50 purchase went to waste) and they refused to add points for me. Their reason is "l am too busy right now, i dont want to undo the transaction to add point for you. You can call the phone no. To add points". Still like juice it up, but I am going to stop going to this place. You just loose a $50 -$100 purchase a month customer. Thanks for the service. read more

I utilize the LA Fitness across the street from this Juice it Up, 2-3times a week. My work out is always followed up with a delicious smoothie. I'm always received with welcome smiles and friendly greetings from Maria and Shireen. Customer service isn't their only skill...I've seen them really go into action when the crowds come and go. Even when the place gets packed, I've never waited more than a few minutes. The food/fruit quality has always been top-notch fresh. every morning I wake up from 4 hours of sleep to rush to my daily grind of getting my startup off the ground. I like yelping, I think it serves a great purpose. But I seriously just figured out that I don't Yelp the places that I frequent pretty much every day. Now I know what your thinking, this is going to be 4 five star reviews in a row....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. No, in fact, what I am figuring out is that although I am here every day, there are still things that bug me. so over the next week, I will be reviewing these spots. Anyhooooo There is nothing I love more than juices. If I had two last meals, it would be Mexican food, (all of it of course) and a Juice. In this review, I focus on the brand first. GREAT product, unbelievably fresh and tasty every single time. And lately, what I really like are the bowls. They are well balanced for calories and have fruit topping and granola. BUUUUUUUUUUTTTT...the smoothie size ends at large which would be more correctly labeled as Medium plus or Diet Large. I am not saying the prices are unfair, but about (actually I have no idea) many years ago they used to have a large that was about 40% bigger and every day, when I am back at my office, and I hear that hopeless slurping sound of me trying to get that last bit of smoothie from the bottom of my drink I think how much happier I would be if I had that last 40%. Or I start thinking who is the person who sits on the board of Juice it up and is enjoying my 40% every day. Whoever he or she is, I hate them and envy them at the same time. So the brand analysis would be a 5-star product, 4-star sizes. Now before I hear the smart alec responses of "why don't you just buy 2?", my answer is "what do I look like, Daddy Warbucks". I would rather pay an extra 25% for 40% more (taking in discounting for larger purchases) than paying $15 every time I went in. (although I have bought two before and it's not as pleasurable knowing what I spent to acquire it and I feel a little dirty afterward when I am full and there is smoothie left over) Sooo, make me an X-Large size and we can call it a day. As for the location, I would say 4 1/2 stars. The staff is mostly great with one lady who is a little entitled in her position but not enough to put on blast. So I have been coming to this place for about 1 year now and I have to say this place is one of my favorites. Their Acai Protein Bowls are fantastic. I usually call in the order and I believe the manager is the one that usually picks up the phone. I recognize her voice but I honestly have never asked for her name. I assume she is the manager, she is always there first thing in the morning. I'm usually tight on time and have never once had to sit and wait for my Acai bowl. I call it in 3-5 minutes prior to arriving, come in pay and out the door. Just like that. Excellent customer service. Cudos to her. Dear Owner, FYI you did an awesome job and you have a great team that work for you. The person that I greet whom I think is the manager but could be wrong is very friendly. If she is not your manager make her your manager. She takes very good care of your customers. I have seen 1 helper here and there but she is usually the one that puts in all the work.
