I tried their Panna too in the Hazelnut Chocolate Panna which was good! But I must say, the mochi drinks are better. It's usually busy, but 3CAT is a well-oiled machine. The line for the kiosk was a little slow, so I ordered online. I love that they have a TV screen to tell you what orders they're working on. And when I ordered online, they gave me an accurate ETA and texted me when the drinks were ready. For how busy they were, the wait really wasn't that long. I'd love to come back and try more!
