Welcome to Oak Hill! This Dripping Springs mama is thrilled to have a yummy, healthy drive-thru option that my kids will beg for when we are heading home. When you pull up to the drive-thru window, you can smell the aroma of fresh fruits and veggies, and my kids let out a cheer. I like the kid-size cups and extra fat straws. I've been a fan of Juiceland for awhile and have had many positive experiences. However, today is likely one of the worst drive thru experiences at any establishment. Yeah, getting orders incorrect happens, but the way the transaction was handled overall made the experience one I won't repeat. While I may visit other locations, I won't be back to this one. I love this location for the the employees!!! They have the best energy of ALL the Juiceland in Austin, tx that I've been to. I was going 2 times a day for the Kaleaberator.. It's the best! By far, the best juicebar in town. $14 for my smoothie is a bit high but, I can't help but give them my money. The people making my juice make me smile. Take my money! ahahaha read more

Love this location! The drive thru is awesome of course but the people who work here are extremely nice and personable, at least the ones I've met are. I sometimes get a little overwhelmed by the menu but have never felt uncomfortable asking questions about the ingredients etc. They are always happy to talk to me and never seem annoyed haha! Omg I can't believe I havent rated this place sooner. It's awesome! The smoothies are yummy, and not as thick as I like them.. But still good. I love the honey bear and few others (can't remember the names of them). Really chill vibe and great customer service. Also the punch card is great and over all worth the money... Slowest service ever. 20 plus minutes both times I came. They gave me an expired coupon once because of the wait.

Yummy green smoothies and juices, super nice cashier helped me pick out a smoothie. But no changing table in bathroom.

I customized the green alkalizer plus smoothie, because the sugar content seemed like it was going to be high. Subbed in coconut water for apple juice and removed the banana. Added avocado. It seemed like whoever made my smoothie compensated for the lack of fruit by increasing the peach. It tasted delicious, don't get me wrong, but I doubt the sugar was as low as I hoped. I will definitely do this same thing again, but will probably add to the comments about further reducing the fruit. Also, I did the order online and had it prepared for a later time, so I could grab it on my way to an event. It was wonderful! It was perfectly chilled and ready for me when I was early, even. My wife, kids and I have been drinking juice from this location for a few weeks now. The selection of juices is great as well as the salads and other healthy snacks. The people working at this location are also friendly and easy to connect with. I would recommend my new favorite juice: The Recovery Punch. read more

I go here at least 3 times a week, typically more. Haha. Their smoothies are so fantastic and creative! Down side is that they are expensive, but they have a reward program that often times gives discounts which is nice. However I'm giving this location 1 star based on a bizarre experience I recently had in the drive thru. A man with a black ponytail seemed like he was in another world. He kept making uncomfortable jokes with me that I didn't understand or think funny, and made multiple dinosaur screeches at me?? That was my only bad experience I've had though. Let me first start this review by saying the Smoothie I purchased was great and that the girl at the front counter was also great. Very informative and patient as this was my first time ever setting foot in this location. My only problem with this location and my first experience is the very foul mouthed employee with the hoops in both earlobes in the back. There was an open serving window separating him and the customers and he was swearing like a sailor while making my Smoothie. "F" this and "F" that as he was talking with another employee. The girl at the front counter seemed very ashamed of what was transpiring in the back so much that all she could do was bow her head in embarrassment and shake it side to side. Now one of my fav hotspots! Love the drive thru! Fast and efficient! Having smiling faces! Prices can get steep as you start getting smoothies with more ingredients but they are definitely fresh and you feel clean! My personal fav is the 24oz triple double for $7.50. It has almond milk * banana * hemp protein * brown rice protein * whey protein and after you finish it you feel refreshed and no bloated! :) My wife loves the next level smoothie 160z Morning Sunshine for $7.25. it has fresh pineapple orange juice * banana * mango * goji berry * local bee pollen and goji berry will get wired because after my wife drank some she cleaned the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms in 2 hours. Very tasty .. the only complaint i would have is when i was in the drive throught for 15 mins for 1 drink. & it took them 5 mins just to say they would be right with me, only AFTER the line was getting longer. The manager personally messaged me & apologized for the inconvenience. So that was very thoughtful. He didn't have to do that. I understand they are busy .. but at least acknowledge the customer before waiting so long. read more

The smoothies here are simply amazing, but honestly more expensive than I feel they should be for what you get. The Originator is really good, and you should go in and try it sometime, but is it really worth the eight to ten bucks you'd shell out? Mmm I don't know. You decide. The drive-thru wasn't very well thought out, in my opinion. It takes just a little longer to whip up than your average fast food order, unless you call in advance or something, due to the freshness of the product. And the placement of the drive-thru is a little awkward for me, since I'm westbound, and the exit is met with eastbound traffic. That's not Juiceland's fault, but it's a second reason why I personally don't use the drive-thru. You may as well go inside to order, as I rarely see too many people here all at once. Going in, the place is clean, and I immediately get the healthy hipster vibe, which I find a little farcical and gimmicky. But the service is prompt. 5 stars for the product, which is awesome, minus 1 star for the steep prices and other stuff. read more

My husband and I came into this juiceland last weekend and it seemed as if we were invisible, we did not get greeted or ever served so we walked out. Shortly after that my husband evan wrote a 1 star review, and then he got a personal message from the manager saying how sorry she was for our experience, and that we had a gift card waiting for us to come pick up! Nevertheless today we went back into the juiceland to give it another shot and it was a completly different experience! The guy with long hair and a hat greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. So I guess the first time we came in, the people working at the time werent very good at customer service. So my 4 star rating is based off this time we came in, the customer service was great and the smoothies were awesome! :) read more

Love the juice and product but the service and the wait has gotten bad again. It was bad and then got better and now back to long waits. Took 20 minutes to get through drive through today. (Only2 cars in front of us) went last week with no cars in front and still took 20 minutes. Disappointed! read more

I love Juiceland but this is the worlds slowest location by far. It's a bummer because it's the closest one to my house but I almost think it's worth it to drive farther for faster service. Even if the store is slow you will still forever to get your drinks. Beware. read more

I love Juiceland, and I go to one of their locations multiple times per week - here are my comments on this location: Pluses: The juices and smoothies are delicious and healthy, as well as the food options, they have a special area for small children (or big ones I suppose!) to play while your drinks are made, they have a drive-thru, the parking is also pretty decent, the staff is friendly the vast majority of the time (there is just one staff member who is consistently not-so-friendly, but the rest are awesome so your odds are good!) "Growth" areas: They charge you for a drink of tap water - no joke, 25 cents! (at the Duval location it is free, they just give you a cup and there is a machine), They stopped making the Kale salad, which I was sort of addicted to and frankly, nothing has come close since - please bring back that kale salad Juiceland!!, They frequently have issues with their drive-thru system, so you may be sitting there a LONG time before they realize you are there! read more

This place is a wonderful revolution in the fast food world we live in. They make every order fresh from scratch, using high quality organic ingredients. I love the environment, it has that Keep Austin Weird feel, and super friendly staff. I first tried The Originator, some say it tastes like a blended PBJ. It's awesome, and loaded with super nutrients. I feel a theraputic effect every time I buy a drink from this place. I've moved on to trying a number of other drinks, most are great, some are an aquired taste, the menu is vast and amazingly thorough. I like to get a Big Dada shot sometimes instead of a coffee for a smooth clean pick me up. The medicine man shot seems to help when I was feeling down. The Live Geen Ade is weird, but I felt good after drinking one. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone. I would caution anyone with food allergies to be sure and mention that when ordering, as their drinks are a complex cocktail of different fruits and veggies. I live close to minimum wage, so I wish the drinks were about a dollar cheaper, but with it being organic and fresh made, the quality makes it worthwhile.
