Great to see this in the AUS Barbara Jorden terminal. They have two self service kiosks (that give receipts) that makes things easy. A caution that they do a small credit card surcharge. Turn around for the drinks was fast and efficient. I got the Sunshine Daydream (large), as I'm not a big fan Peanut Butter, otherwise the others sounded interesting. I've been enjoying JuiceLand smoothies for more than 15 years. It's been years since I lived in Austin, and I hardly ever visit anymore - so I was thrilled to find this JuiceLand location at the airport when I was flying out of Austin on Sunday. JuiceLand is a local chain; it's founder opened the first location in 2003, and now there are 36 locations in Austin. (There are now also a few locations in Dallas and Houston.) Why is JuiceLand the best? A fantastic menu of smoothies (fruity, protein, and green), smoothie bowls, juice, tonics, and plant-based food options. But heads up - the JuiceLand at the airport has a much more limited menu than a regular location of JuiceLand. So I was thrilled to find it at the airport, but I didn't have near as many choices as I would have had elsewhere in Austin. Still, it's a great option for a healthy snack or meal if you're in the Austin airport. read more

Rating: 3.8/5 [take out] Juiceland is located in the Austin Airport in one of the food court area. They have some juices you can grab from the market area and self-check out which is convenient. The price sticker is on the back of the drinks. You can also order on the kiosk or in person at Juiceland if you're interested in a smoothie or bowl. I got a 16 oz Red River juice which is made of apple, pineapple, carrot, carrot, beet, lemon, and ginger for $10.95. Sometimes I don't understand how a small juice bottle is so expensive. It was good, well-balanced, and easy on the tummy. read more

Fabulous and fast! This crew is speedy and courteous early this morning. Smoothie was quickly ready and I thoroughly enjoyed that Percolator early this morning. Great balance of ingredients and well-blended. Located by Gate 16 and conveniently close to the restrooms & water bottle filler. Menu signage helped us folks who can be slightly indecisive or quite frankly, a little near-sighted. With clear and large print, clear signage with easy to read print sure helped me know the listed ingredients for every smoothie way before approaching the register, super helpful. read more

Looking for a tasty snack while waiting to board my flight to Baltimore I found Juice Land in the terminal. I had some questions, but Samantha wasn't having it. Her poor attitude made me reconsider, but I took a chance and ordered a Sunshine Daydream with Hemp, and it didn't disappoint. Juiceland is one of my favorites and the one in the Austin airport never fails me. They must prepare some smoothies in advance because they are so fast. The Honey Beary is amazing and I always try to grab one before taking a flight. It's a simple light way to fill your tummy but not heavy before traveling. They have kiosks to order which I happen to really like. The shop shares a space with a few other places and it has always been clean when I have been there. read more

Juiceland airport location has a limited menu compared to locations across Austin. It still has their staple smoothies, some prepackaged foods and smoothie bowls. Staff is usually pretty friendly here and drinks come out quick. My knock on this place is they pass on the credit card fee onto the customer, so it's an extra 2-3% and i believe it's a cashless location. Take away the CC fee! read more

One Star - Disappointing Experience Had a really frustrating experience at Juiceland in the airport. I placed my order and waited patiently in front of the counter the entire time. After a while, it was clear my drink wasn't coming, so I asked about it--only to be told someone else must have taken it. I was literally standing there the whole time, and no one else came close to the counter. Instead of owning the mistake or even offering a basic apology, the staff doubled down and showed zero accountability. No remake, no apology, nothing. For a place that charges premium prices, the service was incredibly careless. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this location. read more

As is typical with airport food, this place is overprice. But! I think it's the cheapest juice/smoothie place compared to the other options in the airport and therefore that's a win. I got the honey beary and it was delicious! The peanut butter flavor wasn't too strong and you could still taste the berry flavors. And it was perfect to settle my stomach after a flight had made me nauseous. Workers are friendly and work pretty quickly too! read more

Service was good for an airport. Needed a quick bite that was healthy, this spot provided smoothies and açaí bowls. I liked it a lot however I like a more thicker cold consistency but it was a thinner liquidy consistency. I think it needed to be blended more. I ordered a smoothie from JuiceLand during a layover at Austin airport. It was a very pleasant sweet treat that came out pretty quickly. It's located in a cluster of restaurants and food stalls. I got a blueberry-banana almond milk pb smoothie and it was delicious. Not too icy or thick, it was easy sipping. I have actually started making smoothies this way as well. Of course it was very expensive but not as bad as some of the other options I saw in this airport. Overall a great spot if you're craving something healthier during your travels. read more

This is a chain I've seen a few times in town. Tried the Originator bowl. Berry based smoothie with apple, blueberry, banana, PB. Topped with granola and a cut strawberry. It's $4.50 extra for the bowl and it has little granola or cut fruit to justify the cost. Stick with the smoothie. Not the best, not the worst for an airport. read more

JuiceLand needs to take over all Jamba Juice locations ASAP. PLS. I first came across this chain when in Texas with my close friends, immediately fell in love. So glad to run across another before my flight home. Located in the ATL airport. Along with their signature drinks, they have a small selection of snacks and water bottles available. Their drinks are magical. Staff here were very sweet and friendly, in spite of the grouchy airport clientele. HONEY BEARY: To die for. Lovely medley of berries with a hint of honey. Quite thick, which is how I like my smoothies. Granted, much like other juice spots, can be a bit pricey-- IMO, worth the quality. Vegan options also available, even with their limited menu. Every time I fly out of Austin, I stop by JuiceLand for a smoothie. They're so refreshing before a flight, and the service is fast. JuiceLand is located across from gate 16. Bottom Line: A good spot to get a healthy smoothie in the Austin Airport. Juiceland is my go to spot to get some healthy fruits and veggies in via a very portable cup. For the morning I like the Percolator with coffee, banana and cocoa. I have also enjoyed some of the slightly less sweet smoothies made with spinach. When JuiceLand was recently out of the Percolator I had to branch out and get the Honey Beary which was sort of like a PB&J in liquid form given the combination of blueberry, peanut butter and honey. Some days the line to order is long but even if it is short it is usually a five minute wait to get your smoothie. There isn't really anywhere to wait that isn't in the way of other travelers pursuing the adjoining market so that can be bit of a game of human Tetris at times. Service is average. read more

I'll be honest that I was craving a cookie so I was happy to see that I could scratch the itch with a spinach banana peanut butter smoothie at JuiceLand. You'll find this stand in a cluster of eateries - tacos, salads, you name it. They already had leftover smoothie from another order that they instantly served up for my order which I thought seemed odd but it tasted fresh and fine. First off, I really enjoyed my smoothie very yummy and delicious but it was so popping in place that there was a 20 minute wait. I'm usually pretty patient but waiting 20 minutes, feels like an eternity when you're hungry. I had already committed to going in to order so I waited the 20 minutes. Although they needed more staff to help support the influx of traffic I can't really fault the employees. I was less than impressed, to say the least. I work out of town a lot, but austin is my home. So I have not had juiceland in a long time working out pf town months at a time doesn't allow it! But this was not what I am used to from juiceland. It was way watered down, and I swear they use to make their own almond milk. I could actively see them using the almond breeze from a carton. The taste wasn't the same without the good almond milk but the price was.. Pricey for way less quality. I have not been to one outside the airport yet since being back home. Glad there's an option for something on the healthier side in the airport, but very limited options. Only two premade juices, both of which are on the more difficult side to drink, strong, not sweet enough and bitter in the case of the green one. I mixed the two half and half to cut the ginger in the beet one and cut the bitterness in the green one. I was surprised to not see an orange/carrot type base. I really wanted to have a smoothie from your place, the menu looked great. However, I wanted to special order, basically add protein. I went up to the counter after trying to use the kiosk. The employee who was wearing a mask finally gave me eye contact and I said I would like to order. Basically, they blew me off. I walked away, did a 180 and went to your competitor 50 feet away who gladly took a special order, which actually wasn't so special.
