The patties here are good. They have flavor and a decent amount of meat inside the flaky patty. One patty alone for me is never enough. You can order from the menu starting with two patties under the number 1 option. When I walked in, there was a line, but it moved quickly with two employees taking orders. The patties come in the usual varieties: beef, chicken, or veggie. This isn't a dine-in spot, there are no tables, so you'll be taking your patties to go. In hindsight, I guess I had high expectations, but these were solid, classic patties that didn't disappoint. I'd definitely return when I'm in the neighborhood.

I came here to see what the hype is about, and low and behold, it is just that, hype. First thing that caught my eyes were the prices. For 1 patty and a coco bread i paid almost $9. That is insane!!! This meal used to be the best cheap ways to grab in the neighborhood, guess that's all over now. The service was okay. They had security to keep the line moving steadily, and there were people inside telling you where to order and where to pick up. The ambiance was regular. As far as the food tastes, the coco bread was warm and soft and given to you in the plastic bag as pictured. The patty wasn't anything special to be honest. Again, i only came to see if the hype was real. But living in Brooklyn kinda has you a bit spoiled. There are so many patty places where you can get a quality patty that won't cost an arm and a leg, or if you prefer dollar tree has single golden crust patty's. Not much of a difference. But if you'd like to splurge a bit, then this place isn't bad. Will i return, probably not. But see for yourself. See pics below

Caught it when there was no line so I had to try it. Definitely more flaky and piping hot filling vs other patties. Definitely my new go to place as long as I can catch it without the long lines I see outside sometimes. Small spot, no where to eat inside. Service was quick and friendly.

Some friends told me about this spot in Brooklyn. I love Jamaican patties so I went to check out this spot. I visited early Saturday morning around 11am and there was no line outside. There was a small line inside that moved fairly quickly. The staff were pleasant and moved quickly. This is a take out spot only. I ordered one of each patty with one cocoa bread and they were all good. The seasoning in those patties were on point. I didn't order the patty with cheese which my friend told me I need to try so I will return. lol This is definitely a spot i would return to for some delicious patties.

So excited that Brooklyn finally has a Juici Patties!! When I arrived, there was already a line outside, but it was well managed by an employee who directed people where to go. Thankfully, the line moved super fast--I only waited about 5 minutes. I ordered two mild cheesy beef patties and one spinach patty. The service was quick and friendly, and the patties were hot and delicious!

Not much of a wait, surprisingly. Cashiers were friendly, no seating there so it's to go only. A bit chaotic ambiance wise, but the parties were crispy and delicious. Check them out! I had a spicy beef and a chicken patty.

Who doesn't love a good patty? I decided to try them out one day but was leery of the long lines. Surprisingly as I was headed there my friend mentioned that she was already there and she was able to pick up some patties for me. There was still about a 45 minute wait with the line down the block. She was able to get me the spicy beef patties and coco bread. I wanted to try the chicken but it was sold out. Upon tasting I was like ok not bad but not the best I ever had. The heat was there with the beef but the flavor of the crust was a tinge off for me. Loved the coco bread. It's served warm in a separate plastic bag. I think attempted to visit again on a sunday around 7pm and that was perfect. There was a small line outside with about 4 ppl. We were let inside about 5 minutes later. I was happy to see that they added a shrimp patty to the menu but they were sold out. This this they did have the chicken patty so I finally got to try it. Again not the best but it's good. I prefer the spicy beef. By the time I left there was no one waiting in line. If you do go bring patience with you or go later and hope that the flavor you want is available. They do have security present to help with the line flow. Once you enter they have lines for cash or card payment. Once you order they call your name once your order is ready. Overall, give them a try.

They have the process down solid. There's a queue rope that they had people form a line. A friendly security guard sent customers in one at a time. There were two separate cashier lines to place orders. Each patty is $4.25 for any flavor which are Spicy Beef, Mild Beef, Spicy Chicken and Spinach. There were various combo meals e.g. two patties and a fountain drink is $9.99. They had the typical Coke, Sprite, etc. There were also interesting ones that I suspect are powder mix. There were Passionfruit, Watermelon Mint and Dragonfruit. They weren't overly sweet and were quite refreshing - yes, I did sample them all. Fyi- there's no restroom.

I walked right in line at all which was perfect. The place was definitely clean and cool especially since it's warm day outside. I ordered a mild beef with coco bread totaling $8.44 not bad. They take your money then you step aside while they call your name. The mild beef is juicier hence the name with a hint of spice and the coco bread is very soft with a sweet undertone. I give it a 9 because the crust was flaky which I liked but have had better. I would give them another chance since the service was seamless and the young lady behind the counter was pleasant as well.

This is the Jamaican patty place everyone is hyped about. Complete with long lines typically. Since I was heading home I decided to get off at Nostrand to try it if there wasn't an insane line. It was 8:15 pm on a Monday and there wasn't a line to get in. Perfect There is a velvet rope outside to corral the usual lines I suppose(which is bananas to me ‍) I was let in by security and ushered to a cashier to place my order. I went with a 2 patty combo with a bottled drink and ordered a side of coco bread. . Service was quick and pleasant. I enjoyed the spicy beef would have liked more filling vs crust. The Spinach patty was just ok. I wanted the chicken but they were out. Coco bread was good. Soft and fluffy. Would I stand on line for them for 20+ minutes- no.

Juici Patties is a native well known Jamaican Franchise now in Brooklyn. Food: the patties are freshly baked everyday. They have spicy chicken, mild/spicy beef, and veggie patties. Also have coco bread, Jamaican plantain chips, and other Jamaican drinking products. The patties taste fresh like back in Jamaica. Service: the service is really fast with a minor line outside. They have staff with handled credit machines to make order quick and fast. The staff is all polite with great customer service. Ambiance: the take out restaurant is very clean, spacious, and nice like a traditional takeout location. All menus and drink products are displayed nicely. Overall rating 4.7/

I was finally able to come to the Brooklyn location. There was no big line. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Service was quick. This is a grab and go spot no table and chairs to eat at. The patties are delicious. They are nice and warm and flaky. The meat filling has great flavor. They are not cheap with the amount of filling in the patties. I tried the mild beef and the spicy beef and both were really good. Best coco bread I've tried. This is definitely one of the best beef patties I have had in a very long time. This is definitely a spot you can go to at least once a week without getting tired of it.

Patties pattie My son love Pattie's and I love them too. I' wanted to try the spinach and cheese but it wasn't available. I order the spicy beef, and chicken. It was fresh and delicious. The patties was nicely baked. Not too hard not too soft. Service was great. Staff did an excellent job with the line. So you didn't feel like you was on the line forever. Nice and simple decor. I have to come back to try the Spinach and cheese patty!! It's a MUST

They say some things age like fine wine, and I believe this restaurant falls in that category. After 55 years, this family oriented fast food shop known for its famous roast beef sandwich and other popular greasy goodness is still standing. I swung by recently for my usuals and glad to report that everything still tasted the same, just slightly more pricey year after year as expected. My regular order has always been the Roast Beef w/ Cheese, which was maybe $4 when I first tasted it over 25 years ago. It is now $9.45 or $.50 less for no cheese. Regardless, the roast beef (medium) is still tender and juicy, piled on top of a soft and pillowy, freshly made bread that's been dunked in a bath of delicious beef gravy. The ooey gooey cheese makes it complete for me. Everything else is solid. Nothing fantastic or worth driving out of your way for. Don't come here looking for the best version of everything on the menu. However, if in the neighborhood, this place is an inexpensive experience that brings you back in time, when the world was less complicated and a night out with family meant a delicious trip to a local restaurant like Roll-N-Roaster. Enjoy it for what it is and you'll have a good time.

Driving through Brooklyn and stopped for the first time in prob. 10 years, and it was the same quality, portion and taste as I remembered. I'm not even a big roast beef fan but it is just so good here, and their fries are legendery, too. Their iced tea and lemonade is also memorable, in a good way. We spent enough ($50) to get a free pizza and that too was tasty - thin crust. Can't wait to stop by again in another few years. It's worth the stop.

It was sixteen dollars with a fried egg, and the bowl was about ninety percent hard rice that clearly had been sitting around. The toppings were minimal, just some shredded carrots, bits of iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, grilled onions, and small pieces of dried out spinach. It was barely a bibimbap at all.
