We arrived to the location about an hour and a half before closing. We eat pretty fast so I assumed it would be fine, we ask for a table and the waitress checked her watch saying they'll start cleaning up in about an hour. That's fine but now we're uncomfortable because it doesn't feel welcoming. Whatever, we sit down. Another person comes to take our order but very rude tone and almost rushing. It was very awkward. When he came back after he was actually very polite and probably realized we weren't going to sit inside forever. The food was actually amazing but the initial hostility made it strange. Make sure you go right when they open LOL!

Painted on the wall as you enter is a QR code to order food and drinks. Don't use it. Use one of the kiosk screens just down the entrance steps. Staff is extremely friendly and was very helpful when we struggled to place our order. Pizzas are oblong in shape and perfectly baked. They have a wide variety of toppings and sauces to make your own or you can try one of their specialties pizzas. Prices are very fare for the amount of food you get. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

When we asked about ordering a beer, the employees were rude and acted as though we were inconveniencing them. It was confusing and disappointing, especially since beer is advertised. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The music was extremely loud and included vulgar lyrics, making it difficult to have a conversation. We also found a hair in our food, and the soft drinks had an odd taste. Overall, this was by far our worst dining experience in Nashville. Between the poor customer service, misleading advertising, and food quality issues, we left very disappointed. I would not recommend this location and will be encouraging my friends and family to dine elsewhere.

We went at lunch time on a Friday and the place was totally dead which felt weird, but the service was great and food was made to order and delicious. Lots of flavor. The shrimp chowmein had a lot of cilantro and onions. Fair warning for anyone who doesn't like that. I feel like this place would be a great place to go with their live band some nights. Definitely give it a try if you are in the area.

The momo were definitely the star of the show. We had all the different fillings and cook methods, and all were fantastic! Chili was my personal favorite. The dal bhat was also very good. The waiter was super nice and very helpful, giving us suggestions on what to try since it was everyone's first time. He was the only one working though, so the service was very slow. He said multiple people called out. It took quite a while for the food to come out, but once it did everything came flooding out. The only other thing was that it was much too dark inside. Once the sun went down you couldn't see much. Maybe that's the ambiance there were going got but it made it difficult to see anything. Outside of those small things, it was a great time! Will definitely be back.

We originally were sat at a smaller four-person table right by the roll up windows towards the front of the restaurant, and the draft was so intense, we were freezing even with jackets on. We asked to be seated somewhere else, which they did (although that spot wasn't much better), and placed another couple at the original table. Within minutes they had the same issue... bundling up, switching seats around, etc. our waitress seemed on the younger side, and maybe even new. But she appeared visibly confused with just about every request we had. Her response was usually "uhhhh..... okay" followed by us getting wrong drinks/food. The food overall was decent. The chicken tenders were juicy and crispy and the ranch was great. Their fries were delicious. It likely wouldn't be my first choice in picking a place to eat, but I do believe it deserves a second chance. I'll be going back when it's warmer to hopefully have a different experience.

Visited Edley's in Nolensville on a Monday night with my husband and three young kids. I've been to…read moreall of the Edley's locations around Nashville, but this one is by far the best for families, mostly because of the outdoor play area. Parking was super easy, and the woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean, and the restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of tables and room to spread out, which is always appreciated when dining with little kids. My kids played outside while we waited for our food, but the food came out quickly. The kids' meals are some of the best values in town. One tip: the bun on the kids' cheeseburger is huge compared to the patty. I asked if they could add an extra patty, and they did for just $1. After removing some of the bun, it made for a much better burger and still kept the meal incredibly affordable. The spicy chicken tacos are also some of the best tacos in town. Our family of five ate for about $50. We usually buy Edley's gift cards at Costco, so our actual cost was closer to $40. It's refreshing to have a restaurant in Nashville that truly welcomes families while still serving great food. Highly recommend for anyone dining with kids.
