The cookie wasn't overly sweet, which I really appreciated, and the kolache actually ended up being my favorite item of the meal. There was a steady flow of customers the entire time I was there, which says a lot about the place. The staff were all friendly and easy to talk to. I really liked the décor and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to sit back and enjoy my breakfast. I'll definitely be back to try more things.

They have a gluten free bread option (woohoo) and I've had both their avocado toast and the fried egg breakfast sandwich (with added avocado haha). Both are sooo good. The avocado toast comes with smoked salmon, which I do like, but I'm more of a basic avocado toast person. It also has a little pico de gallo and red pepper flakes! The breakfast sandwich is 2 over easy eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, and tomato on sourdough (I subbed gluten free bread and added avocado) with a side of breakfast potatoes. What better place to do it in Dallas than at Window Seat Coffee? They have a great selection of coffees to choose from, and they have great study spots for studying, working or different things to do. I was pleased with the staff who took care of me and made sure I enjoyed my time there in Dallas. Only thing to keep in mind is the parking situation, since it's sandwiched in a shopping strip, be prepared (if you're lucky) to find parking in the front or park a little ways to walk to this place.
