At the end of the tour you get to try a sampling of their single origin coffees that are paired with bite size pastries from a local bakery, La Casita, that were delicious! The pairings really brought out the notes in the coffee and even I felt like a coffee sommelier! Plus after the tour you get a discount at the coffee shop and it applies to their sweet shirts. However, after visiting multiple times at different times of day, I don't think I'll be coming back. The food is fine and the coffee is okay, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing, and that's what ultimately ruins the experience. Each time I've gone, the staff behind the counter seem disengaged and uninterested in helping customers. There have been multiple occasions where no one acknowledges you at the counter, or they stay in the back and make you feel like you're interrupting them just by ordering. When they do interact, it often comes across as short or unfriendly. I'm not trying to make assumptions about the staff, but after repeated experiences like this, the environment just feels unwelcoming. It's gotten to the point where I can't even focus on working there because the overall vibe feels off. It's frustrating because this place could be great with more attentiveness and basic kindness in customer service.
