I agreed to pay the cover to not ruin her birthday night, they were about to charge my card and let me in as I asked for their names to make a complaint later. The security guard then got more upset and refused to give his name (Wed 8/19/26), and told the door person "why are you letting him in, don't" because I asked their names. The door person 'Manny' claiming to be the general manager, then gave my card back and declined me entry. I asked why they are treating customers like this and if not resolved the group of girls will leave and we will go elsewhere and leave a negative review.
