We had a nice dinner for reasonable price. The new menu items have been added. Shrimp stir fry and veggie stir fry were good - Fresh variety of chopped veggies. The mixed drinks were too sweet. Arrived in town late and most restaurants in the area were closing. I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp and a side of French fries to go. I was grateful when I arrived for food pick up that they thought enough to keep the fries in the warmer instead of letting him get cold and soggy and a to go box. Beautiful restaurant located at the Polo Club Trilogy gated community. Which is open to the public and members. Met my girls for lunch. Angel was our server and was very pleasant. I had the house Chardonnay which was great. Margarita pizza which was light on the sauce and flavor. I also did not like the type of tomatoes used. Edible, however I will pass next time. My friends had the rocket bird which they enjoyed. We shared a butter cake which was amazing! Do not leave without tasting this dessert . There are so many items I would like to try. Excellent brunch place in the Palm Springs area. We were in town for a bachelorette celebration and they planned brunch here on Sunday afternoon. Bottomless mimosas for $6? Yes please and thank you. Even though I was driving home, I knew I could drink my money's worth. We got a table in a cute little room and started our bottomless mimosas. There was a bowl of sweet bread with this orange sauce - yummy! My friend and I split the California Veggie Omelette and the Coachella Valley Cobb Salad. Both really delicious - the omelette came with spinach, mushroom and hash, salad had your typical Cobb toppings like ham and turkey bacon and eggs. Staff was super nice and accommodating and the views were spectacular! We brought a cake and the staff brought graciously brought it out and helped us serve it. I am really disappointed to have to give this place less than 5 stars. We came as a group of 11, with a reservation, and were sat at a table right away. We were in this small sectioned off area, which was nice because it was a bachelorette party and we didn't want to disturb those around us too much. [let me preface this next part with this -- 5 of the 11 of us work in the restaurant industry and totally understand what it's like to be a server] My initial impression of the restaurant was that it was nice, clean, and friendly. So, we were pretty excited. We were brought waters immediately after being seated, so we were thinking the service would be great. But the. It was almost 10 minutes before anyone even came for an actual drink order. One of us had to get up and ask for a server. By the time she got there we were completely ready to order -- that's how long we'd been waiting there. The girl took our order, but was really rude throughout the interaction. We waited another probably 30 minutes for our drinks and then another 15 after that for our food. We had ordered a round of shots that was comped and because of this we didn't complain about how long everything was taking, we were grateful. We had one girl with a few severe food allergies and she made sure to list them out and ask questions. She was specific in saying that her order needed to come WITHOUT avocado -- it came with avocado. We had another girl order a shrimp dish and the shrimp were undercooked. We had another girl order her steak medium and it came almost rare. And another girl had a piece of sharp plastic in her drink. When we told the server about these issues she asked us "well, what do you want us to do about it?" We were clear that we DID NOT want a free meal. We just wanted to inform them of some things that could have been avoided. The manager was sent to our table completely unaware of the situation. The staff didn't tell him about anything. Again, we were clear that we did not want a free meal. We waited another almost 10 minutes for our check to come. One of us finally just went to the register and paid on the spot. The whole time the bill was being paid our server was talking about our table in the kitchen -- we could see her pointing at our table from where we sat. We could have overlooked slow/sloppy service if it hadn't been for all of the food/drink problems. And then to top it off our server was just horribly rude to all of us. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and I can't say that we would go back and give it another shot. read more

Yes it's in a private club and opposite charming downtown La Quinta but this place is an absolute gem. I've eaten here several times and the great food is as consistent as the outstanding service. I live in this community and I enjoy going to June hill. The food is incredible. Try the pizza with arugula and wild mushrooms. It's my favorite and the beef dip. Everything is so fresh. Always hot when it comes out. The staff is really good they really take care of you, no bartenders normally is where I sit up to and they take good care of me there. The ambience is very nice. I love this restaurant. The food is excellent and the view is stunning. Wait staff are lovely as well. They make excellent cocktails. Menu is also very good. Just a little of everything so everyone at your table will find something they like. They are very allergy conscious for all food allergies including latex. I've been here twice- both times for special occasions with a large group (10+) and was pretty disappointed. While I wanted to like this place, it's just not great. The staff is friendly but overwhelmed and inattentive. The kitchen seems chaotic- our plates came out at wildly different times. More than that though- the food is mediocre for the price point. The salads are overpriced and underwhelming - tried the Cobb, the harvest salad- both were meh- no flavor and the dressing options were bizarre (vanilla vinaigrette only?). I give it one star for the smile on the server and bartenders face and the proximity to my home. I have heard negative feedback about the food and service, my experience aligned with the feedback others had shared about June Hill's. The hostess was not able to answer any questions and didn't engage with us at all, even though we were the only guests waiting. The bartender, Ladean did make eye contact with us and smiled while we were waiting to be acknowledged, which was a simple but professional gesture. The service for such a small and intimate restaurant was terrible, I was told the person who sat us was the F&B manager and he was frazzled and had zero engagement. The restaurant manager was also there and we noticed him talking to a few tables, but never came to our table and we were there a few hours due to the slow service. When we were finally sat (it wasn't busy) the table was set incorrectly and the smell coming from the table was disgusting and I think it was from a very dirty towel the used to wipe the tables. The bench I sat in had noodles and food all over it. The server, Jesus, came over and his smile and engagement was the best in the entire place, twice the F&B manager started talking to him while he was taking our order which was very poor timing on his part. The menu was not impressive and food sub par. The hummus appetizer took so long to get out, but the fresh vegetables on top was a nice touch. The pita bread was good and served warm, but I felt there should have been a few more slices as there wasn't enough for the hummus. The space is cute, a large outdoor seating area with a nice view and there are endless options for a better menu, improved wine selection and engaging events. Lastly, no vegan options on the menu and lack of education and willingness to suggest a vegan dish was disappointing. I heard the Chef is leaving, I will try it again with a new Chef, but the new Chef won't improve the guest service and experience which was so disappointing for a small place with both managers present. read more

I was in the neighborhood and decided to give June Hill's Table a try since I'd heard a couple of people rave about the place. Note: I ordered food for pick-up and this is not a review of the in-restaurant dining experience. It's only a review for the food. I bought some basic items -- a couple of bowls of the Soup of the Week, which happened to be chili; a Caesar salad; and an order of the charred brussels sprouts (which came highly recommended from a friend). I was disappointed in all of it and the food was simply either average or not good at all. The Caesar salad was the same quality you'd get from a pre-made salad at any grocery store -- no frills and virtually none of the "torn croutons" or "reggiano parmigiana" mentioned in the menu. There were maybe 3 tiny sprinkles of cheese on the entire thing, and the croutons were all smaller than a dime. It looked like I was given leftovers from someone else. The chili was very salty and had the consistency and taste of a bottled spaghetti sauce. The charred brussels sprouts were incredibly disappointing, because I'd heard so many good things about them from other people. They were oily and bitter. This was just a quick comfort food stop and it turned out to be a bad experience. I am wondering if maybe it's just like this for take-out, and perhaps the food is better if you eat *in* the restaurant. I'm not sure I'm willing to give it another chance. When I walked in to pick up my order, the bar area was full, while the restaurant portion was practically empty. Perhaps the food tastes better if you're drunk. read more

Love this place. Everything I have ever had here on multiple occasions has been excellent. A great place to also bring guests when they are in town, as the ambience is also absolutely stunning. This place was once very reasonably priced with a great menu. All of that changed about a year or two ago and has steadily gotten worse. It is now ridiculously priced and the selection and quality is not even near what is was several years ago. At one time we visited June Hill's at least once a week but have not been back for months. May give it another try when and if they improve the menu and prices. Please get rid of the Brioche buns/rolls or at least offer a choice. read more

We had the pleasure to stay at Trilogy @ The Polo Club with the Discovery Stay. We dined at June Hill's table for lunch and dinner. The food is delicious. They also have Happy Hour with yummy meat balls and great prices for wine/cocktails. For dinner we had the Short rib tacos and Shrimp with Grits and both were excellent, especially the Shrimp and grits. The atmosphere is lovely, service great and all around we had a wonderful time. read more

Like most other places in Indio, June Hill's Table is located behind closed gates. To get into the gated community where the restaurant is located, we had to go around and use the gate on the south side. The woman at the gate gave me a temporary pass, and the gates were opened. The restaurant is nice, spacey, and at dinner time it was surprisingly empty. The staff are very friendly. Everyone who served us or helped us had big smiles, a cheery voice, and seemed genuinely happy to help. From the table I had the most amazing view of the mountain ranges to the east. Instead of bread and butter, June Hill's Table offers homemade potato chips and blue cheese. It may not sound gourmet, but the quality of both the chips and the blue cheese is. The chips were clearly made in house, and I wouldn't be surprised if the blue cheese was as well. I ordered the Millionaire burger, which is made with ground NY strip instead of regular ground beef. The burger tasted phenomenal. Again, the quality you can taste. The burger was seasoned perfectly for my taste, and it was cooked as I ordered. I ordered sweet potato fries with my burger. The fries were good, but I was engrossed with the homemade ketchup and honey that was on the side. Honey and sweet potato fries are now my new favorite food coupling. They go perfect together. Everything about this place, apart from the fact you need to pass the gate keeper, is incredible. The food is well worth the price, and I highly recommend this place. read more

Sorely disappointed in food quality from June Hill. Ordered Fish & Chips with coleslaw. Timely table service however food was not acceptable and I've eaten here before. Coleslaw several days old and NOT coleslaw, Shredded noodle like vegetable, kale, parsley, and several days soggy and limp. Frozen fish sticks like school cafeteria, uniformed and tailored. Fries were okay however again old and soft. And it was only 1:00 on a Saturday with a couple of tables outdoors. No desire to go back even operating on Covid issued policy it's not an excuse for inadequate food. read more

Our first visit here will be our last! Happy hour is insane! Noisy crowded and understaffed. The food was so so. The Brussel sprouts were heavily breaded and deep fried. The buttermilk chicken sandwich is doused with sriracha sauce. The veggie wrap was the best of the evening. It's a beautiful venue in an upscale gated community. My husband and I had a nice dinner at June Hill's. We ate outside on the patio. Ambiance was good, pretty views to the back. It was still quite sunny and someone did put up a free-standing shade behind us. Adjusting it was awkward as he pushed the heavy bottom of the screen into my chair several times while adjusting it and then left it directly against the back of my chair so was difficult when time to get out. It's the thought that counts though. The wine list is short, but has good choices, cocktails featured on the standard menu were innovative though we did not try any because they all had sweet ingredients (simple syrup honey, grenadine, or Sprite), it would be nice to see more variety. Our starter and entrees were very good and made with quality ingredients. The server was attentive. Drinks took quite awhile to get to us, but the server did check in and apologize for the wait. The food was delivered at an expected pace. Overall, a good experience and we will definitely return. read more

Three of us had lunch there last week and it was three strikes! (1) The chicken lettuce wraps had large pieces of dried out, over-cooked chicken with a small amount of sauce, dry chow mien noodles and a lettuce wedge that didn't have one piece of lettuce large enough to make a "wrap". (2) the margarita pizza had a rock hard crust, halved cherry tomatoes and bits of mozzarella that were not even melted. There was no basil to be found. (3) the quesadilla had some sort of sweet sauce and the cheese was barely melted. The setting outside was very pretty. read more
