Loved the wings, good grilled sandwich and burger was decent. We ordered twice through GrubHub. The first time they messed up my wife's grilled chicken sandwich so I spoke to (Abdullah) and he proMised to replace it in my second order. Much to my surprise, he remembered when I called back two weeks later to place another order. This time he got it right and replaced it for free. 5 stars the service. My first time at Jungle Burger. Could be my last. I ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich. I ordered it to go, so I didn't taste it until I got home. The first bite tasted like a dirty ash tray smells! Burned! The bun was burned black (see photo). The steak was actually good, but the lettuce and tomatoes were minimal. I ordered a small order of fries, extra crisp. (see photo) I got a greasy pile of over cooked, limp, wet fries. I wondered why the place was empty on a Friday night at 6:00pm. Now I know why! It is under new ownership... my Daughter wanted a bacon burger and they don't even have actual bacon ‍ only Turkey and Beef... we ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. After we had our burgers is when we were told they were out. He said he could bring out friend mushrooms. This is one of my fav burger places!! Kahuna Burger med-rare, tater tots, and sweet tea every time! Today was a bit different. I arrived about 2pm to let the church lunch rush fade out and they were still about half full. I wasn't greeted as usual (no biggie), I went straight to the register and ordered from the only waitress to be seen. Placed my order and went to the bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Went to an open table and sat for about 10 minutes and got my own drink. After another 15 minutes, I went and refilled my drink. I was watching the area where finished food is placed because I was pretty sure I was going to need get my own. My food sat there for about 2 minutes and the waitress brought it to my table. (No biggie) My burger was well done, but I wasn't going to wait another 25 minutes. The burger literally fell apart in 2 bites. The toppings were short of the norm and there were maybe 10 tater tots. JB has gone through ownership, cook, and management changes of the last 2 years. Finally tried this burger place. As I've said before, our favorite burger place closed and the search for a replacement had been ongoing. This just may be it. Everything about this place just hit the mark, with one small exception ( which I'll get to shortly) hence the four stars instead of five. Nice casual decor to start off and a pleasant greeting. My wife asked about the possibility of a patty melt since there was not one on the menu. They clarified what it was and happily made it. She said it was almost perfect, here's that small exception... My wife ordered the melt medium well and it came out much closer to rare. She did not want to complain or return it as it was a custom order... She was able to eat it and would just order well done next time. For the record when asked how things were by waitress we mentioned it was not cooked as ordered. They were apologetic and more than willing to replace it. We just decided it was not necessary. I ordered the bacon egg cheeseburger, also medium well and mine was cooked perfectly. Actually a little closer to well than medium, but that was cool. Fries were really good. All in all, this is a very good burger place. In my opinion you can't go wrong here. read more

Ordered to go/delivery every burger patty was burned. The order was wrong and missing items. The 9.19 chicken strips were 5 tiny thin shaved pieces of chicken that were disgusting. The quality of the meat was like bubbas frozen burger patties. They had a weird old taste to them. The buns were fresh. The tater tots barely cooked. No condiments requested were put in the bag. I am pretty sure this is not owned by the people that owned it in the beginning when everything was fresh and good. I would never recommend or eat here again. I am out $75 for my family and all of the kids are still hungry so we will have to get something else for them. read more

Just ate here for the first time and it was incredible! We used to go to JCs that was here before but they moved across town and were next to a cigar lounge and it smelled horrible. So we have been lacking a good burger joint and now we have found it. HUGE burgers (at least a half a pound) huge portion of fries. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese burger and it was amazing. No precooked soggy bacon but instead bacon made right when i ordered that was crunchy! My husband got a jalapeño burger and onion rings and there wasn't a bite left. My two year old was begging for a quarter to get a ball out of one of the vending machines and one of the waitresses overheard and offered me as many quarters as a needed. I love trying hole in the wall mom and pop eateries, upon getting my vehicle service at a near by dealership I decided to go have lunch with my siblings, this showed up as a near by location, and we'd never heard of it before and decided walk over and pop in and see what it was about, looking at the building there isn't much to look at, upon entering it's got even worse ( for some ) for me it was excitement as I looked upon what looks like a family owned grimy little eatery, nothing fancy nothing elegant, in fact the drink dispenser was mostly out of the drinks I wanted and it appeared to need a good servicing, nevertheless. We committed and ordered. WOW. A fantastic burger it was, fresh, tender, flavorful! Everything was so fresh, so robust in flavor! The buns were fresh and soft, the meat seems to be hand made Patties rather than pre-made frozen Patties. The fries were perfectly fried, not dry, nor greasy. The food was piping hot when it touch our table making it all the better. This will be a burger hot spot for me going forward. Lastly but not least. The service was absolutely fantastic, there were only two gentlemen there when I went, one cook and one server, both of them were extremely hospitable. Making for a comforting environment, the cook came to ask how we liked our food, you can tell just by the mannerisms, and the way it's made and how it taste. We've been here several times, and it's always been a GREAT meal. In the groups I've dined with, several burgers have been consumed, all were really good. Fried chicken salad was good, BLT was good. Loaded fries with chili, queso, jalapenos and adding onions have been fantastic every time - they might be my favorite (except last time, the fries were a little undercooked, I'll order them well done next time). And, the mozzarella sticks are perfection. It's never been busy when we've been there at lunch. Lisa was our server and she did a super good job each time, whether there were two of us or 6 of us. Everything always has been fresh, the place has been clean, and we really didn't experience anything that the negative reviews reported. We were first greeted by a friendly group of regulars who laughed when I said that I came in because of Yelp reviews because they said it was probably their reviews that brought me in. Fast, friendly service, great prices, and outstanding food. Two notable things to try: their sweet potato fries are served with a side of marshmallow sauce, and they have a delicious dessert called funnel cake fries. We didn't have time to order them ourselves, but the aforementioned regulars at the next table were nice enough to share.
