When order was ready I went up to get it , walked to my table and sat down , not even a minute into eating the lady(manager or owner) came over and grabbed something from my plate saying this isn't yours I responded saying what isn't mine she said the spoon and knife I put it on the wrong plate . I responded with a weird look like did you seriously walk all the way over here to take a PLASTIC spoon and knife off of my plate instead of just giving the other customer a new one? Like that's a health hazard you can't just take it off my plate touching my food and then handing it to a different customer. Anyways, first and last time I will be eating here.

Appetizers: Aquachiles- They were freshly made that morning and the was fantastic. Clam Strips- They were fresh and nicely battered. Portions were on the small side. Delaware Bay Oysters- Fantastic and so fresh. Very clean tasting. For the main dishes we ordered: 5oz Blackened Red Snapper- The snapper was grilled perfect. It was flaky and moist. 4pc Alaskan Cod Fish & Chips- I ordered it half Beer Battered and half Panko Fried. The panko came out dry but had a better crispness to it. The beer battered is the way to go. The fish was moist and flaky and the batter was nice and light as well. Plus the chips ( Fries) where amazing. I believe they were double fried. It was crispy on the outer layer and creamy inside. All in all we did enjoyed our Mother's Day lunch at Fisherman's Catch. Until our next visit.

The chowder was incredibly thick and the flavor was completely different than usual--it just wasn't enjoyable. My date wasn't happy with it either. To the restaurant's credit, our waiter was nice enough to take the chowder off our bill, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the crab cakes didn't fare much better. They tasted very fishy and the flavor was just completely off. This was the first bad experience we've ever had here, so it really stood out compared to what we are used to. That said, personally, it's hard for me to rate the food above 4 stars. Nothing tasted bad, but nothing really stood out or left a strong impression either.
