My biggest complaint is that I went to ride my road bike and the front tire was flat. They're supposed to inflate and inspect the tires. Had to drive back home and looked at it myself. The tire and tube was pierced by what looked like a thorn? My tire/tube weren't flat when I took it in or when I last rode it. No way to know when it truly was damaged. But not happy about having a flat right after it was tuned up and the I have to do my own maintenance. What's the point of even paying for them to tune up my bike? Not sure if I will come back in the future honestly

These days I keep it simple -- a cool, breezy ride through the Fullerton Loop, maybe cruise the Greenway Trail or Riverbed. If you see an old man rolling by, feel free to say hello. My boy took my Giant Trance X mountain bike into Pat's 605 Cyclery, and Tristan hooked it up. He did an outstanding job getting my bike ready for the road again. Everything feels dialed in and smooth. An old guy like me appreciates those dual shocks -- makes it feel like I'm riding a Cadillac down the trail instead of getting rattled around in a hoopty.
