Arrived today at 7:25pm to get 1 latte, and was told there coffee station was closed. They were 2 girls working, like there always is. I was told previously that they don't serve coffee after 7:30pm. I did mention that, and they told me they were short staffed. There was absolutely no one in there, just my husband and I. I am sure it wasn't going to take too long to get 1 coffee done. I am also a business owner, and I take full responsibility as an owner. I try a way to make things right, by replacing their order. Even offering them a discount on their next purchase. I don't try to cover for my employees, and give a bunch of excuses. This just shows me not to support a business that doesn't care about my customers. I was really flexible with design and just wanted to get something nice for my sister's wedding. They exceeded my expectations and created a beautiful yet simple design (I added the topper) and just ultimately made a beautiful cake for my sister's wedding. It also tasted pretty amazing.
