I was referred by another client of "Just Right." With the drastic California heat waves we've had, my family and I decided to finally get AC installed in our house because the $50 fans from Costco just weren't cutting it anymore & to add the fires in the mountains, ashes, and smoke in the air -- it was just wasn't good quality air to be breathing in. I initially contacted him because I thought a mini split would be the best option financially-speaking. The day of the inspection, he gave us his honest opinion and took a look around in the attic, quick glance in the bedrooms, and outside the house. He told us based on the size of the house, central air would be a better option aesthetically and a good investment for the future if we ever planned on selling but he said he will do whatever WE want and there's no pressure in what we decide. **Best part, he offered payment plans.** Within a few days, he emailed me the estimate which included the down payment. My family and I were heavily surprised at the price because we thought it was going to be double the price based on other estimates we've had in the past with other companies. We agreed and signed the contract on a Friday. By Monday, he and his team were at our house 7am on the dot and began working. Keep in mind, this is during the covid pandemic and they took precautions by wearing masks inside our house, as well as eyewear. They kept their distance and weren't disruptive at all. I was able to work from home and my brother attending classes on zoom. When they were going to make a lot of noise, using the drill or anything, they did advise us ahead of time that it might be a little noisy. They finished the job on Friday (5 days total) and we were able to enjoy the AC at 3pm. Their working hours were from 7am - 2:30pm on average but it may differ client to client, I'm assuming. Once again, we can't thank them enough for the amazing work they did.
