Like many loyal customers, I participated in their rewards program, expecting the benefits I had earned to be honored. When my reward was not credited to my account, I reached out to their customer service team via email to resolve what should have been a simple issue. Instead of making it right, they essentially ignored the problem -- choosing to lose a high-volume, loyal customer rather than honor a $2.99 reward. That says everything you need to know about how Just Salad values its customers. A business that cannot stand behind a small reward for one of its best customers clearly does not deserve that loyalty in the first place. Just Salad has a wide range of options from salads, warm bowls, wraps, avocado toast, smoothies, and much more! Looking over their menu, I decided to order the Honey Crispy Chicken Wrap. Ingredients in the Honey Crispy Chicken Wrap included the following Baby Spinach, Extra Crisp Romaine, Shredded Cabbage, Crispy Onions, Regenerative Organic Quinoa, Roasted Corn, Sliced Carrots, Crispy Chicken, Crumbled Feta. I asked for no mustard. The wrap was delicious! It certainly had a lot of the extra crisp romaine, but it was really good. I was surprised at how filling the wrap was with all of the ingredients included in it. All of the vegetables tasted fresh and crisp. This is a quick service restaurant and the pricing is relatively inexpensive! I would order the honey crispy chicken wrap again from Just Salad! read more

I decided to order in-store instead of online since I was nearby and ended up getting charged $3 extra for the exact same order. When I asked why, the cashier said it was because I didn't say the word "warm" when asking for a custom bowl despite there being 0 difference in the preparation or ingredients. There are many salad places in FiDi here in NY but i like going to both Just Salad places for lunch and have not been disappointed. They have many variations of salads, but I tend to order their specialty bowls like the Backyard BBQ with kale. The ingredients are fresh and crisp. Both locations are clean and the staff are attentive. I just wish they would smile more. The price is reasonable and the salads are good. I've gotten some of the custom salads before and they were very good but lately I've been obsessed with the Caesar salad. The combination of ingredients is fresh and flavorful. I will say they could put more chicken in it for the price and size. I end up paying extra for more chicken but it's worth it. I ended up buying the reusable bowl which gets you a free item every time you use it. Better portions than SG, fresh ingredients, more choice, faster service etc. This store is no different, I have frequented it dozens of times during lunch & dinner rush hours. I would love to give 5 stars, however they have been taking off some menu items that I have really enjoyed, from Shawarma chicken to crispy onions. Now today they stopped their loyalty program and I am no longer getting the $9 for $99 spent which I believe is a fair deal. Quite unfortunate, especially since I was just $4 away from my next $9 discount. Salad spots in NYC are all over the place. This is especially the case in the ultra-competitive FiDi area. Just Salad has multiple locations in the neighborhood and my wife and I walked in to the Maiden Ln location. It was almost closing but the staff were still very attentive and had a joy about them. I felt very welcome. I was using a couple of free salad vouchers and the manager was very accommodating and did not give me a hard time at all. I had the Chicken Fajita warm salad. It was a great mix of a variety of flavors, natural sweetness from caramelized onions, a good-sized piece of chicken thigh, really yummy avocado mash. It was really delicious. The team member suggested I add cilantro sauce and it was a great call. It really tid things together. My wife had the cilantro sauce chicken and she said it was also fantastic. Easily the worst just salad location. I try not to judge fast casual spots because I know they can get busy, but this was horrible from start to finish. When I first walked in, there was no one there and a ton of staff just standing in the corner talking and it took forever for someone to come help me. Then more people came and the manager told people to step up and it took a while for them to be helped as well, to the point that the woman behind me complained. Creating my salad was also complicated. The woman helping me didn't seem to know where things were and kept having to ask for help. I also got a slip (which the person checking me out seemed frustrated that I asked for), and it was not even filled remotely to the top (and was charged $4 for this!). I came here around 5 pm because I had to work late and was starving. Place was empty; I imagine it's busy at lunch time. I'm giving 2 stars for the really nice guy who made my wrap. I got the tandoori fire without the pita chips and he suggested I pick another side to replace it. The place also looks very clean. However as I was taking a picture to put on yelp I was told "You can't take pictures in here! What are you taking a picture of anyway bowls?" by another staff member. Some of the chicken pieces weren't as good as I'd have liked but overall, a decent place to go and a fair portion size.
