It was my first time visit. I contacted Just Tires by phone and talk to Ryan Slaughter. He gave me the price for alignment by phone and charged what he quoted without trying to upsell. They took my car for test right away. Fast service. However Ryan spent at least ten minutes explaining the problem with my car and offering solutions. Good Location, easy to find. Very happy with my 2 most recent experiences. Today they replaced 1 of my damaged tires. The service department at my auto dealer said that because my car is AWD I have to replace all 4 tires although only 1 was damaged. I checked with Just Tires and they said not true. I went in to repair a slow leak in one of my tires. They found a nail in the shoulder of the tire and said it couldn't be safely patched. That's fine. But they don't carry the Michelin tires I have on my car and instead wanted to sell me one Goodyear tire instead. Anyone with basic automotive knowledge knows that you shouldn't mix tires like that because it will adversely affect the car's handling. So I'm not sure why a shop that focuses on tires would suggest this. At least I wasn't charged for the inspection, and I was in and out quickly. read more

Not recommended! Was attending a conference just a few minutes away. Wanted to get a quick oil change. Went online, found Just Tires in Deerfield, IL. Thought, this is a National Chain and it's in a excellent neighborhood. Scheduled for that day and also found a coupon on their site. Although I had an appointment, took them 45 minutes to get my car on the rack. Then a Just Tires consultant came over to the lobby an informed me that I needed 4 new tires. I politely declined, since I just got the tires a little over a year ago. Took about 1 Hour and 15 minutes from that point on to complete a $19.95 basic oil change. When I got my car back, the leather steering wheel had several cut marks. I complained but they denied anything to do with it. Should've listened to the other complaints about this location and this franchise. Don't think twice about it. Find somewhere else. Not recommended! read more

I've bought tires a few times here and they're OK. Prices seem to be competitive and the staff seems competent. Last year I bought two tires and the guy tried selling me two more by saying he wouldn't drive on the other two like that over the winter. I didn't care for the over-exaggerating much - and I did drive on them and they were fine. Ended up just replacing them now - they would have been a little difficult in this coming winter. Just Tires did it again!! They always do a great job and have the best prices for service. Alex took great care of me today and was professional and courtious. They will reset your TPMS, mount and balance the tires and I didn't even buy my Winter tires there. That don't sell the Blizzak tires there but they still do the right thing and help you out. My tire had a nail right in the middle of the tire. It took more than an hour and $44 for them to remove the nail and fill the hole. While I am still waiting for this simple repair. They could have repaired this nail hole much faster and less expensive. read more

Went to this location to have a flat tire fixed. Was treated rudely and told theyu could not even look at my tire until the next day. I had just bought the tires a week ago from Just tires. They would not even help me get my donut spare on the car. Now mind you you it was the coldest day we had in Chicago and snowing. I would never recommend or go back to this location. Chris was very rude turned me away i had an emergency a screw in my tire he said he would be able to make an appointment for 6pm it was 9:30am, i drive a commercial vehicle and work out of my vehicle i needed it fixed ASAP. Went in for an oil change without an appointment and also knew I was in need of new front brakes. Not only did they take me in but it was cheaper than the dealer by about $200. Customer service was great and I felt safe during these times they used all appropriate protective measures. I was nervous I would be there a long time but kudos to Jason the manager as he got me out quickly. read more

Be very cautious of doing business here. I recently had the oil changed on my Lexus ls460. The bill was 79.00. They claimed it took extra oil. No other quick change facility charged me extra. I phoned my local Lexus dealer , ( never the low cost provider, ) and was quoted 59.00. Be warned, this is not a low cost option for an oil change they love to up charge. read more

Don't go here! I took my STi here for a quick oil change. Shortly later my engine seized due to lack of oil. I took it to the dealership and the rebuild cost~ $7,800. The dealer gave me the oil filter and told me the gasket had been pinched. I contacted the location and even corporate multiple times and was always told I would be contacted after they investigate. I'm, probably going to need an attorney to sort this out and I'm not sure my time and effort are worth the recovery but I thought I might let any potential customers know to avoid this place and GoodYear the parent company if possible. I took my car in for oil change. The technician in the process of unscrewing the drain plug damaged the threads of the oil pan. As a result, I now have oil leak. Thanks for the gift! Prices are OK, they're just very slow. I made an appointment for 12:30 and they didn't get to the car until after 1:30. Why have an appointment if it doesn't mean anything. It's frustrating. I took my car here and bought a full set of tires. When one popped a few thousand miles later they would not honor the warranty-said because I was not taking it in every 6,000 miles the warranty was void (which I didn't know because no one told me). I was upset, but I just told myself next time I would get more info and read the fine print-my fault there. I went back to get a full set off tires, and they told me I needed all new brakes and brake pads changed for $800 (keeping in mind my car is not a foreign or luxury car that would require special brakes). I knew I needed the front but my back brakes were done recently. So I took it to a shop down the road from where I live to double check and the guy there said only the front brakes needed it and the back breaks were at 65%. He said whoever told me they needed to be done was ripping me off. Plus, the other place charge me half of what this place quoted for just the front brakes and my car has been fine ever since. I will not be doing business here. They like to nickel and dime you and I have a dent on my car that I am pretty sure came from this place. Be wary off these guys-they will nickel and dime you for everything and overcharge. Never going here again. read more

Why does a tire store have magazines only for men? I'm guessing they subscribe to what they want to read when not busy. ESPN, Sports Illustrated and... nope that's it. The people are nice, though the upsell is ridiculous. Every question I asked was about cost. Every response was to give me a more expensive one. Since the basic had more miles as a warranty than I have with the ones claimed as nearly bald, I see no reason to spend more. read more

With two flat tires in three days, I had to get three of my tires replaced. Just Tires was the closest place that was open on a Sunday. The staff was honest, knowledgeable and explained everything. They told me why my tires were worn. My three tired were replaced in 35 mins and at a somewhat reasonable cost. They rotate the tires for free every six months for the life of the tires. read more

They offer free wi-fi! Oddly, I couldn't reach any website with Just Tires coupons until I disconnected from their wi-fi. Came in to repair one tire but ended up spending away more. Two new tires, rotation, balance, filters, oil change and something else, I forget. Place worked like a used car dealership. When I refused something, they strong arm you onto it. Admittedly, I was too busy to argue and shop around. And no, they wouldn't let me use the coupon I found online. My daughter blew out a tire on her car on her way to our house. I called Just Tires in Deerfield and spoke to John. I told him the make/model of the car and he went over the options, recommending one of the cheaper tires. When we got there, we told him to check and see if all four tires needed to be replaced and he told us only the rear tires were bad. The tires were changed in about an hour. The honesty of John and the speed with which the repair was done will keep me a customer of this store. read more

After hitting some ice and bending my wheel I was ready for the worst but this place made my day so much better! I asked that they rotate the tires and put the spare on (the last mechanic I went to tightened the nuts to about 500 lbs). Despite being very busy they squeezed me right in when they realized I had to get my 5 year old to afternoon kindergarten. This is a great place for tires. I've been coming to Just Tires at Deerfield and Lake Cook for many years - except for when I lived out of the area - and haven't found anyplace else with better service and good pricing. I'm a single woman and don't feel like they're trying to get me for every dime they can. I've bought a couple of full sets of tires here and they've always provided the best, middle and least expensive options and let me choose. A couple of times I've come in with low tires - one they were able to repair for no charge, and one required I buy a new tire because of where the nail was. No hard sell and their prices always beat the dealership and are competitive with other tire shops. Service has always been great, whether I have an appointment or stop in because of an issue. The place does alot of business and they hustle. No one looks forward to spending money on tires, but if I have to buy them, I'll buy them here. read more

I'm not happy with these people. I went to buy a tire and I asked for the lowest price and the service guy told me $$$ amount .. later looked up online when I got my tire installed. I was checking prices because wanted to replace other tires as well on line and the lower price was way less than what he told me in store. I called them to have them refund me because I asked for the lower priced tire when I walked in. Told them mail my money back because I paid an additional $40.00 than what the cost of the lowest tire price was online. This happened weeks ago. Spoke to manager for them to mail me my money. Until this day never got my money back from them, nothing else despite I called and sent them message online. This kind of thing makes me take by business somewhere else. read more
